A great resort, very family friendly and also great for couples. Rooms are a perfect size and clean. Awesome pool areas and a clean beach area. loved the wide range of options for meal times, also pizza and burgers on the beach and near the pool in between meal times. Excellent pricing for an all inclusive stay (includes food, all drinks, snacks and ice cream) Lots of activities happening to keep things entertaining. Everything you need is onsite, staff are excellent and very helpful.

There is no WIfi in room, only in public areas. Was sometimes slow or didn't connect at all. Would love to see more Egyptian foods on offer at Dinner, Koshary would be good to have as an all the time option

Sea, food most of the time was good, pool and the wonderful view from the grill restaurant

Reception guy was rude, while reserving my room it was mentioned under the children policy that any child under 12 is welcome to stay free of charge, but when I arrived they showed me a total different policy that states any child under 6 years is free and i must pay 15$ per night for any child above 6 years and under 12 years !!! They do not refill the salad buffet if it is finished They have to put some direction signs On my last night there was ants on the bed but they handle the issue on the spot There was water coming from the Air conditioning

I was there for a long layover and the hotel exceeded my expectations! The structure is amazing and it is totally worth it to spend at least a few days there! It is a small piece of heaven by the sea! Rooms are comfortable, beach is nice, pools are great! All inclusive very good and running for the whole day.

Check in was quite messy. You are not able to get to your room by yourself, the concierge guy took my key and kept it while taking a lot of other people to their rooms and I really would like to go to my room (just around the corner and only hand luggage) and I could not - it took me forever to get there. Also, food is good (average), not outstanding. But would not keep me from going back because I really loved it!

I was given the wrong number. The man from Spa in Hotel called Tima took money from my hand without asking. The full story: He was skiing for tips and I decided to give some meanwhile I was looking in to my cash trying to read money, he just took from my hands 200 egp pounds saying that's will be enough for him. I was so shocked with his behaviour that I didn't say something. Be careful with tps, never show money. Also, the quality of the spa at the hotel is poor. The vip spa costs me 125 euros, but the quality of hamam and the other are more than poor.

What needs to be said first - the place is stunningly beautiful. The hotel with its authentic buildings has this Arabic old town vibe that I loved - the sunset light in the white walls, the walks on the roof overlooking the sea, I just couldn’t take my eyes off these views. The whole stay was a tranquil and peaceful experience: no music on the beach, no annoying animators, no children running around. At the same time, for those who enjoy entertainment there was a lot of fun activities at the pool (which didn’t disturb those who came for a quiet time). The food was good, plentiful and diverse: from oriental cuisine to customer made freshly cooked pasta and oven baked pizza of your choice.

The room was a little worn down, and the AC was old and loud, but everything else was perfect.

Pay for a sea view room ! Its so worth it ! Our actual sleeping area was small , but we had the most wonderful balcony and view ! We loved our time, relaxing round the quiet pool . The bar staff , and lifeguard ,were always very pleasant, smiling and gave a great service :) Have a good walk around the hotel , there is so much of it that we nearly missed ! Have your breakfast directly overlooking the sea , get a window seat if you can ! The entertainment team were very friendly and always something happening :) Outside the hotel there is a good variety of shops . We will absolutely return here 100%

The food wasn't always to our taste, I think its more catered to the predominantly German visitors who the staff clearly prefer . There was plenty of lovely fresh salads, fruit and bread :) Staff interaction in the Restaurant was quite poor, especially the managers and chefs who mostly didn't even say hello , or even a smile. We have stayed in many hotels in Hurghada and through out Egypt and thankfully have never experienced this before. I love to snorkel, there are some lovely fish/corals in the sea here. it was disappointing that a lot of the sea is roped off .

.the free available WiFi around the hotel was enjoyable. .the Entertainment provided for kids were exceptional. .beautiful views and good facilities.

(Case of stomach bug) .reception lacks vigilance (no bracelets upon arrival) .our reservation was given away and we were given a substitution for it. .the in house doctor didn't provide a written prescription and the hotel didn't provide receipt for the fee.

Amazing experience. Everything in the hotel works perfectly. Restaurants, room service, bars, pool and beach. You can really relax and enjoy the fantastic scenery. The hotel beach zone is right next to a coral formation. Absolutely amazing to see and explore. We booked a room with sea view and we had a beach with coral just a few steps away from our room door. Incredible.

Liked the food - I'm vegetarian and there was plenty of choice and the food was delicious. The view from the restaurant at breakfast and lunch was beautiful as was the whole resort. No problem getting a comfortable sunbed and plenty of shade. Enjoyed the snorkelling in the sea. The beauty treatments I had were excellent and good value. Liked the fact that the cats around the hotel were well fed and looked after.

Didn't like the fact that everyone around us was smoking - the fire pit especially stank of smoke. Also there was very little/almost no information about facilities or trips in English. Due to the clientele being almost totally German we didn't have anyone to talk to in the evening and could have done with a little more entertainment or perhaps DVDs we could watch in English.
