The view is amazing u could just sit and enjoy for hours we didn't want to leave, The location is great near everything and you have a hyper market like a 10 min walk from the hotel. Booking glass boats or sea trips is easy from the marina. Didn't go to the beach provided by the hotel so can't comment.

We found broken glass in the terrace so probably the room wasn't checked probably before we entered it. The room key card lost its programming multiple times and we couldn't open the door multiple times. The mini bar is unreasonably expensive ,we aren't far from the city and u could buy all the items in the mini bar from the streets around the hotel so i think if they halfed the prices i would have used it. The terrace is not usable from 10 am till 2 pm beacuse of the scorching sun ,an easy to use shade would have been great .

The cooperating beach was not suitable for women with Niqab. The stuff there was rude. The Wi-Fi Connection was pretty slippery and you had to Re-log-in every 5 or 10 Minutes or so

The location and the decoration of the hotel style was perfect. The view was beautiful. And it was clean.

Some of the doors were broken. The bathroom sink was broken and blocked. The water was not draining unfortunately. The kitchen was totally empty with even one pan or something to cook with. The kitchen for us was just the fridge and some cups.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The location is amazing as it's located inside the marine with lovely view, my flat was ocean view and I really recommend. The flat is huge, well decorated. The location is near to everything as it's around 8 mins by car to go bus station, 10 mins walking to Sheraton and cherry street, 0 mins walking to Marina as the hotel inside the marina. It's good choice for money to value. The hotel afford car to move you to and from the beach. However, the beach is not far away from the hotel, it's around 10 mins walking. The beach and the pool at the same area with very good vibes.

The kitchen doesn't have microwave. And we asked for iron service but they didn't have.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 14 days, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff's hospitality, honesty, and loyalty truly exceeded all expectations. A special thanks to Mohammed Nagar, who took excellent care of the cleaning and went above and beyond to assist with various needs. The reception team, especially the ladies, were always welcoming, smiling, and ready to help with any request. I also want to express my deep gratitude for their assistance when I accidentally left a bag behind while traveling further in the country. The staff made several calls to contact me and even offered to send the bag with a special driver. This level of care and attention is truly remarkable. The hotel is ideally located right in New Marina, making it the perfect base for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s safe to say this will now be my go-to place whenever I’m in the area. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

The Bay Hotel Hurghada Marina. I stayed there with my wife and our friends on Eid vacation (April 2023). The hotel is nice, I loved the decor, it's very simple but elegant, very calming colors and the rooms/apartments are nice and with the same calming decor, its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living/dining area and a small kitchen. The staff were helpful. The hotel is located in the Marina, the living room and the main bedroom have very nice sea view, and I heard the upper floors are even better. We were on the 3rd floor and we did see the marina and sea view and it was refreshing. You also have access to the hotel beach, with pool and jacuzzi, and also a restaurant on the beach (accessing the beach is included in your payment, but you pay for drinks or food at the beach). We didn't try the food in the hotel nor the drinks, so I have nothing to say about them. Also the hotel is so near to the downtown with so many good places to eat and drink and shop, as well as having a supermarket very nearby, and a pharmacy. Wifi was okay. The room service is very very nice and helpful, especially Mr. Abdo. We didn't have some stuff in the kitchen and we asked him to get them for us, and he was always nice and smiling. Also special thanks to Mr. KHALED SULTAN (I think he is the GM), he solved a problem for us on the first day and he was a HUGE help, very calm and nice and helpful, so big, big thanks. Another special thanks to Mr. Ahmed in the front desk night shift, he was super nice and calm and helpful. Also big thanks to Mr. Bishoy in the morning shift, he was nice and helpful. We also did a couple of trips with the travel agency in the hotel (RED SEA ADVENTURE), we did the Orange Bay trip and another Safari trip and both were AMAZING. HUGE HUGE thanks to Ms. Bodor, she helped us so much on the first day and handled all of our trip booking. She was such a lovely person and so helpful and nice. Not to forget Mr.

Reception all worker is helpful and Abdullah number one and professional. Also I forgot he is name HK cleaning man was so helpful and good cleaning. (Maybe he is name gaddam ) Hotel have nice location and good internet. All Hurgada coming to this place so you don't need move because everything is be side you.

Kitchen. There is only 4 plate and cutleries. No pan so you can't cook anything. İn one day only one Bootle of water and Bootle always opened. So location, staff is good but inside all thinks is so old. Price - performance good

Huge apartment with good amenities, they welcomed us at the early hours and accommodated our every request. It's location is unbeatable for the Marina area.

I booked an airport transfer with the hotel and confirmed it before flying - we never saw anyone with a sign so got a taxi. The double bed in master room was rock hard, the twins were ok. It wasn't cleaned very well, a bit dusty and some of the previous guests' hairs still in the shower.

Fantastic location. At reception desk, Muhammad and the 2 other female staff were very friendly, kind and always willing to help. Rooms were spacious and had all the necessities included. Muhammad also kindly provided us with a room with balcony free of charge which was excellent! It was my Birthday and he also kindly brought me a cake which was really nice. The cleaner was brilliant and even with not-so-great English he was very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend The Bay Hotel Hurghada Marina. All activities nearby, snorkelling, scuba diving, orange bay etc. At Reception, Mr. Sayeed also provided private tours to Cairo, Luxor etc , a great gentleman to work with. Great Value!

I think that some staff require English lessons so that English-Speaking Tourists can understand them a little better. Please note they prefer Euros in comparison to British Sterling and they do struggle to understand the Sterling Pound. Minor issue but I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel if I ever travel to Hurghada again!
