- coral reef and sunken ship next to hotel beach. very cool! - the sea view and beach next to the rooms is really amazing! - most guests were Egyptians (it was local holiday time) or Russians. almost no Germans, which we liked ;) - the water slides are nice for the children - there is a pool bar - on the hotel area you always find enough free sun beds

- Internet was the worst i've ever had!! during the evening absolutly NO connection. Only on day and in deep night possible (but then EXTREME slow, less then 56 kb/s) and only in the lobby - the evening shows were nothing special - the pools closing every day at 18:00. Everybody must go out - the food was not so good (but we always found something to eat). sometimes not enough tables free in the main restaurant - drinks in small plastic cups were very annoying - in the night sometimes some drunk russians screaming and beating... - sometimes no electricity (but it was an adventure) - the reception is always so full, usually long waiting time

Lines for food. Lack off table during eating time. At anny time. Food is... 4/10 . Its not a bout how much only lack off quality.

The smiley waiter from outside, Mohammed made our stay more pleasant with his outstanding service and friendliness. We were hesitant to book this hotel because of all the bad reviews regarding of the restaurant food but in the end it was actually surprisingly good. We also enjoyed the pool area and its facilities.

The WiFi wasn't free in the room, we had to pay for it and it was very weak, also the free WiFi in the lobby was terrible. We also find our room a bit dirty and dusty on the floor, we had to change it because we didn't get the room we booked for. The people who were selling the tour packages were very annoying, they were disturbing us continuously. Also the luggage boy would not leave our room until he got a tip.

Hotel View, Location, Environment & Vibes are Super... Staff are very professional, Friendly, so helpful since first minute especially in Reception (Mr. Sameh & Mr. David: Fast checkin process - efficient - suuportive - great attitude - presentable) & in Restaurant (Mr. Ibrahim & Mr. Hazem: very helpful - amazing customer handling - cheerful) & in Room Service (Samir: very decent - productive - proffissional)... Thanks for Management team (Mr. Hany & Mr. Nady) for being always ready & happy to listen for all comments and their prompt response and actions to enhance our experience & stay at the hotel.

Food: no variety - average quality... But management team working on uplifting and changing food strategy.

the staff is the best I have experienced. this is my tenth time in Egypt, would recommend this hotel to those who want a nice holiday. The hotel has new management. it can be seen and felt.

Cleaning cleaning.. really need to get their act together. We arrived late. Since we could see room in daylight. Is really disgusting. It was corrected. .

-Food is not delicious and no variety in the main restaurant, however, the food in the (fish, international, and asian) restaurants were delicious but small quantities. -The Rooms need some maintenance

Well it is my zillian time in the hotel ....have been in and out for some years now ...still my favourate place in hurghada due to ...location ... nice reef for snorkeling beside also sandy beach ...nice multimedia team .....cozy room and nice food ...it amazing how staff is getting better every time you check in ...i value the time taken for check in and out so much ....thanks muhammed in reception ....just amazing how professional these guys are ...management are all nice always contacting you assuring a pleasant stay ...well best wishes for them and greetings to all

The palce and stuff is great we really enjoyed our time there our rooms 5106 - 5110 - 5144 from 7 Dec to 19 Dec Thanks for give the best you can to make everything happy in this time and it's not easy when you deal with big family have kids from 1.5 year to 70 years. Food was great beach clean pool clean stuff every where smiling and trying to help even when you not asking they asking if you need help. Rooms was always clean and fresh no matter what time I went from my room I saw this guy's cleening something around. Thanks a lot and see you soon.

-The place is very beautiful. It consists of three hotels. You can use any of the three hotels, including restaurants, bars, swimming pools, and beaches. -The view from all the rooms is beautiful. Most or almost all of the cave overlooks the sea. _ There is a warm swimming pool and more than 4 swimming pools. In all hotels, the sea beaches are all sandy and very beautiful. _ All hotel staff are at your service all the time _❤️Of course, I would like to extend my special thanks to (( Mr. Walid )) who made my stay more than wonderful. He always helped me in everything and always hoped that we would be happy throughout our stay at the hotel. Also Svetlana She asked us every day about the stay and if there was anything she could do, but everything was good I will definitely come back again
