F&B staff need more training.

We stayed in a room with both pool and sea views, just as we had hoped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The booking manager even extended our check-out time until 4 pm, allowing the three of us to enjoy the hotel's facilities and meals until our midnight flight. This gesture made our last day so much more relaxed and comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the Marina, fish market, and mosque. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the meals offered a wide variety of options that suited all of us, even though we come from different nationalities. The beach also offers something for everyone: one side is peaceful for those seeking quiet, while the other side is lively with all-day beach entertainment and music, providing enough activity to keep you engaged. Overall, we had an amazing stay at the Seagull Hotel and can’t wait to return!

i really like the new seagull hotel not the old one. They gave me a family room at the old hotel, I didn’t like it so they upgraded me to a spectacular room. I was speechless and even cried when they showed me. I was going through some rough time, Irina at the public relation desk checked on me everyday. she made sure I was well taken care of, she really showed me compassion. she explained my situation to her colleagues and they make sure I was satisfied and had a great time i never had that to any other I went to. big thank you to Mohamed the cleaning man, he was so kind with my kids , everyday did something special for them while fixing their bed. we were all so happy and felt so special.

i didn’t like the food, I feel that it was lacking variety. it’s the same food everyday. if you are not familiar with the oriental food , you are very limited with your choice.

We spent a week in this beautiful resort on the sea just a stone's throw from the city center. The hotel has everything you need to spend a relaxing and fun holiday. During the entire stay the staff was always smiling and friendly, we felt at home. The beach is beautiful, there are many shops and the food is good and varied. Thanks to the entertainment staff Harlu, Temo and Tonich. Very nice guys, full of initiative and never intrusive. To the staff on the beach in particular Hady, very nice and kind. Thanks also to the staff at the Eid und Amir bar for the delicious drinks, and last but not least a big thank you to Mr. Hany Shehata, for his professionalism and kindness towards us. My stay at your hotel was an exceptional experience in every way. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for by the professional and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities a guest could need. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel manager, Mr. Hany Hassan, who was always available to ensure our stay, was comfortable and free of any issues. I also want to thank all the staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious and varied. The stunning sea view added an extra touch of magic to our stay. I will definitely return to stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to all my friends and family. Location was great, swimming pools were awesome. Room was clean and nice.Larger beach was beautiful, crystal clear water and clean sand.

Food variety was poor , same food everyday. Fish restaurant wasn’t good at all.

The resort is huge, has everything you need for an amazing holiday. The food is delicious and always fresh, all areas are very clean and the bedrooms have a fantastic view to the pool and the sea. The animation never stops throughout the day, and the night shows in the resort’s own amphitheater are spectacular, different every night. With the 2 private beaches and water park it makes Seagull resort the best choice to stay in Hurghada. Thanks to all the staff for being so helpful and going above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful holiday! Will definitely come back!!

Everything about hotel, the staff and the food was great, they really exceeded my expectations. Basem Daoud who assisted us with our check-in and our needs for the stay was great. on the 5th when we checked in it was our anniversary and he made sure that he gets the room prepared to surprise my husband and even got a table reserved and decorated for dinner. What a way to get WELCOMED. My husband was really impressed and 😊. Happy husband, happy wife, 😊 Basem nailed it. Thank you for the exceptional service. Mohammed from house cleaning was on the ball, the swans and elephant towels were 👌 My daughter was also catered for, the resort really is great, they have everything for all ages so there was never time to get bored. The various activities available keeps you entertained the whole day. The area also, is safe to also walkaround day or night so if you prefer night walks definetely a place to come to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definetely return in future. Definitely VALUE for money.

This is the sixth year that I have spent my vacation in Seagul. The hotel is wonderful with a very relaxing atmosphere, and it is an excellent destination for those who love tranquility and relaxation. The staff is excellent and pays attention to the smallest details. Everyone is very cheerful and helpful, and the recreational activities are more than wonderful. I would like to extend my special thanks to the wonderful Mr. Ashraf Ramadan for the excellent hospitality. And Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim and Mr. Sameh for the wonderful and professional attitude, and Amr Al-Srougi, Mahmoud Al-Adly, and Ayman Abdel-Azim for his wonderful singing and music.
