Everything was very nice - the staff was super professional and genuinely worried about my comfort. They advised me on everything for my one day at the beach, carried my 30kg luggage up and downstairs for 3 floors and also made sure I had the voucher to visit the beach. Everything was clean and they free upgraded me to a studio, instead of a simple room - although I didn't need a full apartment, it was a very comfy one - they had everything, even a washing machine! And the balcony view was also breathless. They have an amazing rooftop where the restaurant is and the view is lovely!

Although I appreciated the value for an all inclusive board, I wasn't the biggest fan of the food. However, considering the price I've paid, I believe it was still a very good deal :)

Excellent family & friendly atmosphere, amazing food variety and quality. rooms are super clean and the room's view and rooftop dinner's view were breathtaking. I'd recommend this place, especially for such a price. The decorations and games on the beach were amazing for photos and we had a great time.

The reception lady made it worth welcoming my family, she proposed other room options with lower standards as no balcony rooms however my booking shows the balcony facility. I contacted booking.com directly and they solved the problem and that was appreciated. Thanks to Mr. Mohamed/ booking.com for his awesome & quick support so I take my exact booked rooms. That was a special case as the rest of the staff were very professional and friendly.

Great value. Clean, nice room. The hotel has a diving centre. Old Hughada is within walking distance.

The food was very average and repetitive. There's not much to do in the hotel, and the WiFi sometimes has issues. Very small pool open just till 5pm (its mostly used for scuba classes)

We liked everything and have almost nothing to complain. From the reception to the waiters in the restaurants, they were always friendly and tried their best. The room size is quite good so do the bathroom size. All very clean and in nice condition. We got a room with balcony with a great view!

The food in the first day we did not like. The vegetables were too hard, so not cooked enough. But in the second day was a bit better and finally in the third day was tasteful. But the salad here was always fresh differently of some other hotels we stayed in Egypt. It would be nice to have not just one type of fruit as a dessert and perhaps some ice cream available.

I cannot say enough about the incredible staff at this establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that made me feel instantly at home. The team is not only friendly and polite but truly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure that every need is met. They are at your service 24/7, always ready with a smile and a solution. I have traveled extensively, and I can confidently say that I have never experienced a better staff anywhere. They made my stay exceptional. The terrace where they serve dinner is superb.

I didn’t receive the room I initially booked, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the staff was very accommodating and offered to upgrade me to a better room in a couple of days. While the service is top-notch, a few improvements in these areas would make the experience even better. The WI-FI connection is extremely weak.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had an early arrival (7am) and the front desk let me check in early, which I am thankful for as I had just gotten off a long international flight. I did an excursion to Luxor one of the days and the property kindly packed me a breakfast take away box for my journey, and even saved me a plate of food for dinner when I arrived back to the hotel late that evening. The property is a very short Uber ride to the marina which is where boat excursions leave from, and many nice restaurants. There is also an Irish pub 5 minutes walk if you like to watch sports or karaoke. Everything was clean and well kept.

Very well located just across the street of the beach, with shops and touristical activity facilities. Nice pool, nice rooftop terrace. Good food for dinner. Very kind staff. Very big room (although from 1st floor see can only partially be seen from bedroom, balconny view being onto opposite appartment) wirh a big open kitchen with living and balcoy, and separate bedroom and barhroom, even with a washing machine in kitchen without extra charge.

Breakfast could be better with fresh fruits and yoghurts+some cereals. AC was loud but the hotel was in the process of installing all new ACs throughout the hotel.

Quite Hotel, we felt that we were alone there , staff was amazing, the location near everything, breakfast was very good. I loved the roof top so much especially the guitar, and its view was fantastic. Also, my room was supposed to be without a balcony but they gave me a one with balacony , with a fabulous view, thank you for that

The beach is so small and has a lot of rocks the food was very good especially the breakfast was amazing, but it needs to have variety for lunch and dinner, I didn't find tissues in the room or the toilet.

As we stayed in Hurgada many times - this was the best hotel so far. Extremly good food and kind helpfull staff. Hotel is smaller ehich is great. Restaurant is at rooftop with amazing view. Wellness - excellent. We had hamam and massage was so good, one of the best. Regarding location, also close to all shops, few minutes walk. Beach just 150m from hotel. Owner of the hotel, all the time at hotel, to meet the guests, speak with them - very professional.

We book all inclusive package - but they do not offer any alcohol and they offer limited selection of soft drinks.
