Spacy apartments 2 steps from the Sheraton street with lots of cafes, bank and the sea. 15-20 min walk from Marina. Inside - full kitchen with microwave, kettle, electric stove, coffee pot, mixer and other enough in case you want to cook at home. Thanks for washing liquid and other small things, that you usually not using much to buy full bottle. And welcome water/tea/coffee/cookies. Really good Internet everywhere in the buildings and on the roof is the definite competitive advantage. Blackout curtains and convenient bed. Enough light, TV, Air conditioner. Great roof with warm pool and perfect sea view, lots of places to sit and relax. And the staff - very helpful & positive. Sofya, special thank for small talks and recommendations. Near by: Coffee studio - great breakfast whole Day, Costa coffee, and lots of cafes for dinner. Good supermarket Abu Ashara 5 min walk.

The city overall is quite loud, you can't escape it. Though apartments are in relatively quiet area. The walls are quite thin - not an issue if the neighbors are calm, I didn't have any problem during 2 weeks stay. Furniture is not that new, but everything is in the good condition. Overall, very minor comparing to good things you get.

The staff in the apartment went above and beyond to accommodate me. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Every day, a member of the team messaged me on WhatsApp to ask if everything was OK and if I needed help. The personal WiFi in each apartment was super fast, and I never had any issues. The location was great, and I didn't have to walk far to get to the beach or to go shopping. The pool on the roof was great, and the view from the roof was breathtaking. I would like to say a special Thank you to Khaled who always made me feel welcome and always smiled.

Everything was perfect

This was my second time in hotel, I was very excited about the changes made since then. Hotel now has the free breach access (about 12 mins away walking) and second (deeper) pool available (Lilly's Lounge & Pool; close to the beach). I really love this new facilities. Staff was also very kind and professional. They were checking daily if everything's ok, if we need anything etc. It was also very close to main street with lots of stores, restaurants, ATMs etc.

As the water in non-drinkable we always needed to go out and buy bottled water. I would suggest hotel to secure bottled water for their visitors (at least 1.5 l for a day). Even there was free wi-fi, it was only enough for chat but otherwise wasn't very strong so I was bit disappointed. There was also smart TV so I tried to log into my account f.e Netflix, Apple TV etc. but the connection was not stable enough to watch. I would suggest to invest more into stronger wi-fi.

The rooms service in these apartments were great, hadn’t seen such a nice hotel for a long time. We were together with my Wife in a vacation in Hurghada and decided to have a stay at this hotel and I have to say, that we made really a great choice. The team was really friendly, helped us with different kinds of questions (e.g. the orientation in the city, tricks and tips for the stay), provided support, when we asked for it, what I find is the most important thing, when you are woking in the social environment. The room. It was great. Big and nice room with a great view on the sea. Totally clean, has a great modern fridge, smart TV and a WiFi connection. In both rooms (kitchen and bedroom) you have 2 air conditioners, which are helping you to survive in this a little bit hot climate;) In the bedroom you have a nice big bed with a closet for your clothes and stuff. You also get free access to the great beach, because the hotel has a contract with it. The beach is also really good, clean and with friendly staff, including restaurant and bar as well. You do also have a pool with bar on the roof, where you can spend a great time if you’re not in the mood going out on the hot weather The hotel is also offering a great choice of the activities, that you can choose and enjoy to the content of your soul. Firstly, even before we arrived at the accommodation, we booked a tour via “GetYourGuide” to the city of Cairo, which totally disappointed us. That’s why we were a little bit scared to book something else, when we found out, that the hotel is offering tours as well. But we decided to book a tour to Orange Bay with snorkeling, island visit and banana ride. Now THAT was a tour. The team was friendly, interested in the guests and this time we’ve really felt, like this was a rest, comparing to the tour on GetYourGuide.

The only aspect is there are a lot of constructions that are going on around the hotel and it can be a little bit loud from time to time, but still it’s okay 😉

They usually care about you during your stay, That was my 4th time in Lilly Apartments and I didn't stay longer this time but they always care about you, they ask about your arrival time and offer a transfer for you if you're coming from the airport, and they always ask you daily if you need anything to make sure that you're having a good stay, they have a deal with some nearby beaches but personally I liked seashell beach, The food and drinks there is amazing and good service. The staff in Lilly Apartments is absolutely amazing and professional from the bottom of the reception till the roof top. Thank for all .

The roof pool was amazing and had good service We got an upgrade so had breakfast from Bella vista which was super The staff are nice, specially Ahmed the manager. The rooms are clean and cozy They arrange many activities for tourists sadly we didn't pay attention to it, so it will be definitely for next time. I would love to be there again

The hotel is infront of a building that's making construction so its super noisy, but Ahmed managed it for us. The beach is not recommended at all, they can move to other ones

The pool and views on the roof are beautiful with beautiful views of the Red Sea

The hotel is very good, staff is respectful and helpful specialy Ms. Haneen (guest relations officer). Many thanks to all for a good reception & hospitality, the apartment is excellent, furniture is comfortable, the cleanliness is acceptable.

There was one bad thing (Sitting in the balcony). The view was on the main road, so the cars noise was very loud at night & the air conditioning units in the balcony were also annoying.

Rooms were very clean and Tidy. Staff provided clean towels daily. Had a washer in the apartment which was very helpful.

Their Handling of our Lost item. My wife forgot her expensive shoes in the apartment and we realized it only after reaching the airport on our way back to Cairo. Immediately reached out to the property staff who found the item , but they wanted us to come back to the property to retrieve it, this is highly impractical as we are not residents of Hurghada to go back to the hotel to pickup. We requested them to ship it and agreed to pay any shipping costs or any other way , but they won’t relent. It is sad that our experience ended this way after a wonderful stay here.

It’s my second time staying here! I visited last year with my family. As always the staff are definitely the best thing about the property! Ahmed and Wael are at the front desk 24/7 to help with any issues. They always greeted us when we entered and left, and I would catch up with them every evening. The rooftop and pool was also amazing! My family and I would go up there in the evenings to chill by the pool and take in the view. Plus the property is located close to the Marina and Sheraton road so you can walk to restaurants and bars etc.

The WIFI is a bit slow and could be improved. It’s a minor issue as it still works but it’s the only dislike of the place I could think of. Apart from that, everything is amazing!
