The resort had an amazing facilities that has a modern and premium look. The Reception staff was extremely helpful. Never seen such hospitality anywhere before. Each and single member of the staff carried a broad smile. Everyone made sure that your stay is comfortable. The whole experience was an amazing one and will definitely go again. 3 different restaurants and each one was amazing in its own way. Access to the nearby aqua park made the stay even more fun.

The hotel and the rooms are very modern and clean, they are designed in a boho-chic style and are very big. We had a room with pool infront, and it was amazing. The beach is beautiful and the beach-beds are clean and comfortable. It has a corall-reef infront of the hotelbeach, it‘s perfect for snorkling and freediving! I really enjoyed it. Mahmoud from the reception was always available for help with any needs. You are allowed to use the partnerhotel beach/restaurants and entertainment, what‘s a big plus point.

I wish they would have more variety in the restaurants cause they are a la carte, but the food was good. The partnerhotel has restaurants you can visit too, one of them is buffet.

Everything was amazing..the staff was very helpful and cheerful.. We received a complementary upgrade to our room, and it was really a nice gesture. The food was delicious..the place was very clean.. Everyone is trying to help you enjoy your stay. Definitely we will come again.

Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

The location is excellent and quiet, really for those who would like to have a rest. It is an all-inclusive hotel with a la cart restaurants (buffet restaurants are free to use in the neighboring Sunrise Hotel). The food quality is good, the staff is very helpful and always try to do their best for you. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with very comfy beds. There is a Royal Club for only the Swim-up Suite guest with a separate pool, sunbed area, and bar with import drinks. Special thanks for the great cocktails for Isak. The entertainment is good, but do not expect large theater-style performances. The Hotel is more of a family hotel where you are treated as a family member. The beach is clean and there are possibilities for different water sports.

The first thing you notice about the property is its stunning Aesthetic beautiful pools, beach and facilities. The resort boasts 7 restaurants and leaves little to be desired. Upon check in my partner and I immediately decided the 2 days we had booked weren’t enough…that’s when we learned the resort wasn’t just pretty pool bars and beautiful balconies the staff at the resort were without fault. Specifically Ahmed Adel (we asked his last name bc there are many 🙂) Ahmed helped us smoothly book another night and made everything in our stay feel like it was his pleasure to assist with. With his above and beyond attitude and welcoming attitude it was hard not to believe him when he “welcomed us home”. The staff also periodically checked in with us from the house keeping to managers and bar keeps always asking us if everything was going well. It’s clear that the service is just as high as the beautiful vision of the resort and we are already planning our next stay.

I think the most unique of this resort is the constant request for feedback. The hotel grounds are nice and the hotel is much newer and in better shape than any of the others we saw in Makadi Bay. The staff from housekeeping to butler to restaurant was amazing. We liked the Posh Club concept and would recommend you choose it. It makes a huge difference on the experience you will have and the Swim up rooms are great. If you prefer quiet and more privacy choose swim up rooms in the back side of the property.

Wifi was terrible, dont stay here if you need to do any type of remote work. Reception staff was poor both our check in and check out experience were terrible.

This was our third time visiting this incredible resort, and it only keeps getting better. This time, we brought our friends along to share the experience, and they were just as amazed as we’ve always been. Sunrise Tucana has officially become our home away from home! The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. The housekeeping team does an excellent job ensuring that everything is clean and welcoming. Coming back to a fresh, comfortable room every day was such a treat. The à-la-carte restaurants at the resort are phenomenal, offering a variety of cuisines with dishes that are both beautifully presented and delicious. Our Top 3 favorite restaurants were: The Italian Restaurant – Led by the amazing Chef Said, this was hands down our favorite. The authentic flavors, creative dishes, and excellent presentation made every meal here an experience to remember. A true culinary highlight! The International Restaurant – With impeccable service from Yousef, this restaurant delivered a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes that catered to all tastes. Perfect for anyone looking to explore different cuisines in one place. The Greek Restaurant – The flavors were fresh, vibrant, and authentic. From traditional Greek salads to perfectly grilled meats, this was a delightful dining experience. The bar service was another standout feature of our stay. From Red Bull to Heineken, the variety of drinks available was impressive. Kamal and his team went above and beyond to serve with a smile, ensuring that every evening felt special with their excellent cocktails and top-notch hospitality. A massive shout-out to Yasser at the reception, who was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, his warm smile and genuine kindness made us feel like VIP guests.

The hotel is amazing and the staff tries to do their best, still - as a 5stars hotel with butler service, booked the premium offer with VIP offer - they need some training. Long waiting time to serve any drink. I ordered a Birthday dinner and cake for my husband, when we arrived had to wait like 25 minutes for our table, then then wanted to sit us at our Birthday romantic dinner with strangers. It was very uncomfortable.. at the end we eat by a lounge sofa and prosponed the birthday dinner for the next evening because the night was already ruined. Positive is that they tried to make it good the next day. Still I was via Whatsapp with 4 different people and nobody knows what the other does. (Difficult to relax because they push you to give feedback constantly)

The hotel’s location is perfect, The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff specially Mr.said Ibrahim and khaled who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The lobby is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for my stay. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurants, which offered a fantastic selection of delicious dishes. The service in all restaurant was top-notch, with the staff always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, my experience at sunrise tucana resort was exceptional. The combination of superb location, outstanding service, and luxurious accommodations made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in hurgada I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
