We enjoyed our couple of days there. The pools and beach are fantastic. Staff were all lovely. Food was relatively good although vegetarian options were usually scarce. Cappuccinos in the morning at the bar area were delicious. But I can't imagine any reason why such a nice place would use Styrofoam plates (known carcinogen, aside from being horrendous for the planet). Why cut costs on plates? Seemed a bit tacky to us.

The rate of the triple room is much higher than the double room Not sure if this is something that could be fixed but Stella garden access to beach through another hotel owned by same group. However the beach in that other hotel (stella beach) is rocky with lots of jellyfish. So it wasn’t children friendly.. so we ended up swimming in the pool The beach water is very shallow you have to go till the end of that marina bridge so you can swim in deep water but it might be good for snorkeling there are some coral reefs there

Very nice place to vacation

Egyptian still lack professionalism in management, they use cheap plastic and cardboard cups or small glass cups in a five star hotel...!!!. In addition they serve artificial juice that tastes and looks like colored water...plenty of food some tastes good and others have no taste .i guess thus what happens when the staff is under paid.

I liked the resort so much, Facilities were amazing , most of the staff were very kind and helpful. I also liked the heated swimming pool and Aqua . Additionally, the food timing and quantity were very good, the food was almost available all the day.

Pool cleanness need more focus. The distance between the heated pool and the main resturant was also so long, need to increase the golf car facility. Also the sand idea at the pool was good, but need to have some area without sand, since we need to clean our foots too much. Pool chaise lounges were not comfortable.

My second visit to this place and It was better than the first time last year.a lot of progress in everything . Helpful staff.spcialy Mr waael in réception and Mr Yani in the bar . everything was good.

Some little different treatment between Egyptian and tourists especially in Beach and outdoor bars

I liked everything literally about Stella gardens, Staff was very friendly and professional... special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim in the reciption. and all other members.room service Mr. Amr tried to do his best to provide us with clean and comfortable stay.I stayed in room 1971 with very unique view on pool with artificial waves simulating the waves in sea with big balcony...the food is very delicious not only for me as Egyptian but also for all other nationalities..many varities of food..for all inclusive all meals are great and all drinks soft and hard are included when reserving through booking.thanks for chefs and waiters and helpers...I saw many fish in the sea...don't miss it.the water is shallow..you can walk on a bridge till a suitable depth to swim or you can enjoy walking inside the shallow parts and see many star fish and other fish..beach is great and there is a free shuttle bus every 10 min.snacks are served on beach resturant as well as other drinks....I loved the place and I will certainly have another visit isA

I loved the staff, was really welcoming and helpful especially the guys at the front, one of them was named Ahmed, I believe he was a manager, great guy took my number and also whenever we needed anything he did it straight away, the barman called faris or fares excellent guy made sure we had fun and got us whatever we needed by the pool, Mohammed from entertainment showed us good Vibes

Aqua Swimming Pool and Lebanese Restaurant also, the Lobby terrace 🥰 Special thanks to Mr. Michel George and Younas “Front Desk” for making us our stay perfect one! Finally, thanks to Ahmed “house keeping” for making creative stuff with the towels specially the elephant for my kid 😍

Distance between buildings and restaurants/ reception “bar”, they need to consider golf cars for faraway buildings also, Food quality at restaurant needs to be improved or have more varieties.

Too far from hurghada you can only go by taxi and the food was very average
