The best hotel I have done, there are so many beautiful and excellent things to say but I would say that The place (the hotel, the rooms, the view, the pools, the turquoise beach), the helpfulness, the hygiene,the serenity, the cleanliness, the security inside and outside of the hotel, the attention to the detail and Above all the stuff, they were amazing, always smiling, helpful and listening (special mention for the chefs and the waiters of the buffet, always smiling and welcoming in addition to doing a very good job next door). Everything is constantly cleaned, facilitated, the hotel is opérational 24 hours a day so that our comfort and our stay goes extremely well. A perfect trip to hurghada in part thanks to this hotel and the staff who work there, so thanks to them!

It's rare but There is nothing I didn't like, everything was perfect

The hotel was well designed, with 3 arch shapes buildings, easily can be reached the reception and the restaurants. Gardens were well groomed and clean. The food was always fresh and a excellent quality, staff was polite and attentive to all guests requests. The beach was clean with more sunbeds than guests, so not too crowded.

The option half board was not including the 6 restaurants in the central court. So, to enjoy the different food offered, the best option is the bed and breakfast option and pay for the restaurants. Another point is at lunchtime: only the pool bar was open for lunchtime and, during summer season with sunny and hot days, it was not the best option. So, unless to move to other resorts, the only option was the room service (the food was excellent, but eating in the room is not what I supposed to have as lunch).

I absolutely loved everything about this place! The staff, the facility, it was super clean, and the food was delicious. Plus, the sandy beach was perfect for snorkeling!

The kids area didn't quite match the high standards of the rest of the resort. The water games were rusty and slimy, leaving my daughter feeling disgusted while playing there. Additionally, the indoor kids' activities were outdated, with old PlayStations and not many interactive games to keep them engaged

A Truly Wonderful Stay at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh! We had an absolutely amazing experience during our stay at Baron Palace. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. The beach is simply stunning—crystal-clear water, soft sand, and plenty of comfortable loungers. It was the ideal spot to relax and soak in the sun. The food was another highlight. Every meal was delicious with a wide variety of choices, from international dishes to local specialties. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was fresh and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Ramadan at the reception. He welcomed us with a warm smile and helped with everything we needed throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a real difference and set the tone for an unforgettable vacation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is my home from home. It is an amazing hotel resort, that is much more than a standard resort, this place is above and beyond. From bathroom cleaners ensuring the bathrooms are fresh and squeaky clean no matter what time of the day it is, to the top Reda Etway the brilliant resident manager and Mr Osama the GM. Both Reda and Osama lead by example of exemplary hospitality with attention to details and being present and serving with a huge smile on their face. The hole of the main restaurant and pool bar staff are amazing, special mention to Mohammed Galal lead bar tender and Mohammed Abdul Rafia the Shisha master. Finally, even with the limited personnel and staff shortages, Misho the animation lead is simply a friend of the family, we absolutely love him. After five times staying at Baron this is truly a home from home.

Very spacious room. The bathrooms could be modernised a bit, but are of a good standard. The hotel is clean and tidy throughout. Food is varied enough in the buffet, so it doesn't get tiring for all meals. We tried a few a la carte restaurants but didn't feel it was worth it. The swimming pool outside the family area is spacious, and the beach area is well-maintained. Relaxing sea dives, with the only shame being the house reef being so shallow, but nevertheless it had an amazing variety of fish, coral, etc.... Staff are extremely polite and always ready to assist.

The voucher offers for massages, water sports, and a la carte restaurants couldn't be easily redeemed and were, therefore, useless (I would suggest they are not advertised as a sales point). There is minimal offer in terms of hotel entertainment/activities during the day. We had to change hotel rooms because in the ones that face North-East, you can hear the constant humming of the external vents/AC. The hotel staff let people reserve sun loungers for hours without using them. During our trip, other hotels would mark the towels and then remove them to assure people that were in the pool/sea could use the facilities adequately.

The hotel is really very silent. Even the main restaurant is very calm. Food is very good and delicious. Air conditioning in the room is working very well. Pools and sea very good and very clean for swimming

At my visit tine the region was too much windy. The card that is used for not disturbing could not stay on the room door due to wind. It is better to find a solution for this problem. Also there is only one family pool which is only allowed for burikini ladies. I would to inform you that the pool in the middle is the best, biggest and good one to swim. Due to the rule we couldn’t use it. I advise the hotel to make this pool mix allowed for everyone.

By far the staff and facilities. Excellent front-desk and concierge services - Check in/out and effortless and quick. The bar attendants in the main lobby and at the main pool/beach are fantastic - very friendly, engaging and extremely attentive. Daily housekeeping in spacious and well appointed rooms (thank you Karim) was really appreciated. Gardens are really spectacular and pristinely well kept each day with very courteous facility gardeners. Variation of the pools (some heated) and the adults only section of the property (swimming pool, bar, spa, beach area) also really complimented our stay. Lot of variation and opportunities on the property with meals and restaurants, again with superb service. Beach front and dedicated children recreation facilities/activities/meals/heated pool was great too. Complimentary vouchers are tremendous. On our departure our stay was topped off with a valued late check-out and a Baron Hotel airport hamper - which really is a first for us. Can't say enough good things about our stay. The hotel is out of town, but varying excursions easily arranged with pick-up and drop-off, and has everything you need for a quiet, relaxing and stylish stay in Hurghada. We are definately going back.

Nothing. Perhaps a suggestion to add few additional wind-shields to separating sunbeds on beachfront.

I loved the place. Really beautiful buildings, the food choices was excellent (you need to make sure to reserve immediately when you arrive the restaurants a la carte). The super all inclusive was amazing including 2 20minutes massages, 2 x laundry services, snorkeling lessons, kayaks… They allowed us to check out late which was really great for ou baby to take a nap before our flight. The Egyptian restaurant wasn’t great amazing for the mezzes.

The activities for the kids. The yoga was also in front of everyone with the loud music which really wasn’t inviting… there was no real activities for the kids… The Mexican restaurant wasn’t great either. Furthermore make sure you pay in dollars and not euros as the conversion was not correct and they didn’t care … Tennis courts didn’t have lights 2 times in a row.
