Ali cleaned our room to perfection everyday. The staff, especially the lifeguards were so attentive and friendly and fun. The grounds were perfectly kept and staff were constantly cleaning the pool side area, the gardens, and generally just top tier customer service. Great value for money!

The food wasn’t great - the buffet breakfast and dinner were OK but we never enjoyed the lunches served. We loved the a la carte Indian restaurant but the Italian menu was awful and not Italian theme at all. After the buffet finishes at 9pm there’s no food available unless you pay extra. The popcorn and candy floss offered in the evenings were also subject to extra charges which we found odd in an all inclusive. We were looking forward to the sports bar but again were asked to pay to use the pool/snooker table? The hotel room was great but the bathroom needs updating and we had no hot water for the entire stay.

The staff were all kind and helpful. The food was amazing.

The water park is awesome for kids. the water in the park's pool is only 40 cm which is great even for toddlers. we found a wave pool that isn't mentioned anywhere. Very suitable for kids with many activities for them. No real need to leave the hotel. Spacious rooms and showers. New TV that supports casting from your mobile.

The food isn't that great in spite of the variety. if you come late to the dinning room you may even miss out some cuisines they do not bother to refill. Some basic dishes like omelets or pancakes are served manually and that causes long lines and long waiting. A severe problem of mosquitoes in the room (bring a repellent with you ) (* if you intend to pay cash in USD they do not accept bills printed before 2006 - FYI)

Great 3 night break at the hotel for Christmas. Room was massive and spotless. Food was good. Staff all excellent. Fantastic waterpark my son loved it. Christmas gala dinner was also excellent. Thank you all would definitely return

To begin with, I am writing as a professional in the tourism industry and a guest visiting this city for the third time. I would like to thank the welcoming team, especially the night reception staff, who greeted us warmly. The staff members are very polite and considerate. Our room had a pool view, was spacious, and very clean. Housekeeping attended to it daily. The food was notably better than at other hotels I’ve stayed at, with the head chef always present and attentive. The pools are good, though not exceptionally clean—perhaps due to the windy weather. Even after we checked out, they allowed us to use the restaurant and pool. They didn’t take our towel cards. Later, there was a place to change clothes and shower, which was really clean.The hotel provides shuttle service to the beach every hour, ensuring timely trips back and forth. Pool towels are always available, large, and convenient to use.

*The animation team was the most mediocre I’ve seen. There was no set program—just random activities. It can’t even be compared to teams at other hotels. The kids’ club was also disappointing, although Hatice was excellent. *We had requested an early check-in, but we only received a response a day before our departure, which amused us. I understand that there may be high booking volumes, but they should be more attentive, as a large number of guests have children. *The quality of the ice cream was terrible, and the staff at the bar next to it were quite unfriendly (while others were very polite).

Staff was friendly and helpful. Aquapark has good tracks and a lot of deck chairs. Room was a little bit dark and has issues with electricity, but overall okay. Internet was only in lobby, but they working to have wifi in rooms.

One day a few peoples caught a stomach bug due to poor seafood, but I didn't experience it by myself, so it can be gossips.

Quick response for any problem, especially from Mr Ahmed Maher reception manager and Mr Emad, really there are very polite, responsible, Smart and respectable persons. House keeping workers mohamed and Ahmed are excellent and supportive. Italian restaurant is very buetiful, delicious food and smart place, Thanks Mr Ahmed for this chance in this restaurant. Finally, the acuapark is very good and the guards are active and responsible.

Food especially in breakfast and lunch is very bad with no taste (just quantity with no quality), sofa bed in room is very bad and not suitable for sleeping, and the attitude from some of the men bars is not good, especially in the main bar. Also there is only one pool in the hotel which make us disturbed and it is very crowded, and not clean any more.

Resort setting (even though there’s no beach at this hotel). Water park was brilliant, kept the children busy for hours! Suitable for young children and teens as there are different types of water slides. We took 2 family rooms which were spacious and clean. They even provided us with extra beds for our Nanny’s. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows and extra blankets. Cleaners were very friendly and made animal towels on the beds for the kids. The animation team were fantastic! Honestly hats off to them! They kept the children and adults entertained throughout the day. My kids loved Miss Khadija, she was so full of energy and rounded all the children up for kids disco every night. Mousa, beba, Imad, Habiba and irina were also brilliant! All staff were friendly and helpful (especially mustafa - look out for him!) The buffet was okay, I was expecting hash browns, beans and proper sausages at breakfast but to my dismay they didn’t make them! Lunch and dinner buffet was also good, they had different themed nights for example Mediterranean night, bbq night etc, a pasta stand, a kids food area, salads, sauces, and a variety of bread. We went fully inclusive and honestly I would recommend that to anyone as there was snacks and drinks provided pretty much all day. There were two ala carte restaurants on sight, the Indian was much better than the Italian!

No hot water in the shower - we told them several times, they finally attempted to fix it a day before we left but the next morning it was cold again. We travelled with small children and I’m sad they had to have cold showers at the end of the day. The Italian restaurant was not for us. I expected an ala carte menu with authentic Italian dishes but we were served from a set menu which we had to preorder, the pizza dough was undercooked, not enough tomato sauce, and the mains was chicken and rice (came cold) wasn’t tasty. Needs proper sausages, hash browns and beans at breakfast!
