Perfect, my reservation was 2 connected room garden view but they offer for us pool view without any charge just to welcome gift

Room service could be more perfect compared to all facilities in this hotel.

- Staff is very friendly and helpful. - Room size is nice, very clean and furniture is new . - Jacuzzi in the toilet is nice. - Rooms are close to the reception, pools and resturant. - The heated pool is very nice . All in all the, Hotel is very nice and I definitely plan to re stay in soon .

- They need to do more efforts on food regarding varieties and taste. - Poor evening activities maybe coz of low occupency during my stay .

We have stayed in numerous hotels in Sharm over the years and generally select 5 star all inclusive. This hotel is similar to others in the same class/category and although it lacks some of the benefits of similar hotels. The layout and cleanliness of the hotel was as expected, the room was of decent quality and the staff were well mannered and friendly. The staff on reception in particular were we very helpful and went above and beyond what was necessary when I had a problem with the ATM machine. They arranged for a private car to take me to the bank and the driver translated my problem to the bank staff and waited with me until my issue was resolved. The on site shop had all the basic requirements and was very reasonably prices compared to supermarkets in other hotels. The food was not fantastic but was good and when you consider what you pay between room only and all inclusive it was very good value. There were not many guests in the hotel at the time of our visit so when you consider the amount and variety of food available and factor in staff wages etc it is a wonder that they can produce the variety and quality which was on offer. The location was not brilliant but there was a free shuttle bus taking guests to the 2 sister hotels at the beach and waterpark where we were free to use all their facilities. All in all a pleasant stay, no complaints and very good value for money, we would stay there again.

The only thing I would say on a negative note is that the lack of guests made the hotel feel empty and desserted. I would suggest that it would have been better to temporarily close this hotel and move the guests to the waterpark or beach. This would not only improve customer experience it would generate more profit for the group and eliminate a lot of waste.

Staff were very friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was excellent and the perfect temperature. Lots of food variety. Meals were tasty. Bedroom was cleaned very well by Islam. Bottled water was provided daily.

Night entertainment was more geared for children. We booked this hotel specifically for the new water park but during our whole stay the water park was closed. They took us to their sister resort's water park but it did not compensate to our likings. Desserts in the restaurant were always the same. The Italian & Lebanese were always closed. Taxi transportation to the airport wanted 500 EGP but we got it down to 300. (which was still too much)

As a family we stayed at Parrotel Lagoon for a week in Dec 23. Staff were very helpful and courteous. We are vegetarian and my son had a special diet. Chef had cooked for us what we have asked. They were very accommodating and took care for dietety needs. Big thank you to Mahmoud and Emad!!!. Also, to chef as well. There was entertainment every morning like music, Yoga, Aqua dance. In night we new theme such as Belly dancing, Magic show, Fire, etc. My son loved Aqua Water Park, and there were a number of good slides. In addition, there were 4 swimming pools, including one heated. We had fantastic time and will definitely go there again.

Very comfortable room. All the staff I met were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. Made a special effort to give me a room on the ground floor with not so much walking ! Nice big pool ( a tad chilly) Reviews before I arrived complained about cleanliness , this has obviously been addressed , as cleaners were constantly out keeping The place tidy.

Bathroom needs updating , photos on site showed nice walk in Showers , my room did not have this and the bath was tiny I never had warm shower water always cold. Breakfast geared to Eastern Europeans , in fact all food was ! Great choices but few in enjoyed ! As all inclusive staff were at times over run as they had to pour such small measures , bigger glasses means less visits to the bar and more relaxed everyone . Only beer on offer was Sakara which after a few was not the most pleasant

A great surprise of a hotel. 5 star service from a very good team. Very good restaurant food with a lot of variety (the deserts are pure art) and a great personal service (a special thanks to Mina for his smile and professionalism) as well as to all the rest of the super friendly team and the ever present food and beverages manager who is doing an excellent job, particularly for the amazing Xmas eve gala and dinner! Marina in guest relations is also always there to help and assist - thank you! Really liked the huge room, the super equiped gym and the heated jacuzzi pool as well as the rest of the hotel grounds and the option to visit by mini van the sister hotel on the beach.

The music selection can certainly improve in order to accomodate the >18-year olds - after all it is the grownups who are paying the bill. Also there is a member of staff which unfortunately stinks to high heaven and is impossible to even be near him. We found this to be completely unacceptable and action needs to be taken in order to fix this problem which spoils the image of an otherwise great hotel.

First I would like to thank all the staff Members especially Mr. Adel (Reception Manager) and Mr. Sherif (F&B Manager) for their kind support and facilitation they made during our stay, the staying was wonderful and I will really would like to repeat it again but after make sure that some minor comments that could ruin the whole stay will be taking care by the Management team. * Food Quality is very good and varieties is Ok except for breakfast need more varieties. * The Animation team members ( Not the programs) were very active and friendly I would like to thank them all especially Nosha & Pedro. * The room was fabulous and very relaxing. * Aqua park is very good , although the taxi river is not available all the time but the distance is not too far.

What's really need the attention from the Management is the following: 1- the type of guests weren't have any culture of resorts/ hotels, huge groups of local families ( may reach to 20 members) which they not respect any type of privacy , calm, and queueing. You have to wait for the whole family even if you were in the first of queue to finish, after that you may proceed this happened in restaurants, taxi river and aqua park. 2- the beverages quality is very poor no fresh juices at all or even high quality ones. 3- the snacks were not so good. 4- Animation programs were very very poor and boring also. 5- No Dj or any sort of songs during the day in any part of the hotel except for 5 mins during the day.
