The stuff was very nice, everyone was trying to help and make us enjoy, specially, the guy in the reception, he helped us so much changing our rooms to meet our family needs, and the chef (Tarek) was making an amazing bolognese, Stuff in bar and in the restaurant were very welcoming and showing so much hospitality.

Staff are nice but unprofessional, some of the staff were very disrespectful, specifically the guy by the bar on the pool (his name was Abd-elfattah), he was cussing at people in Arabic, one time he was walking by the pool and he said “hey animals” (ايه يا بهايم), another time I was taking a drink and he told other guest „here, stuff yourself” (خد اطفح ياله). I think this guy shouldn’t be around guests.

I had a great stay overall, with many positives and just one disappointing experience at the end. First, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance—it actually looks even better than the pictures on booking sites. At check-in, the receptionist was very accommodating, providing the room I requested and even allowing early check-in, which started my stay off perfectly. The room was spacious, newly renovated, comfortable, and clean, with excellent housekeeping service from Fathy. All the staff offered great customer service, especially in the main restaurant and the snack bar. The beach, while rocky, is easily accessible with a short walk, and sea shoes make it safe for kids to swim. The coral reef is one of the best in Sharm el-Sheikh, especially on calm days without wind. The variety of food was good, though it did become a bit repetitive. The kids' club staff were wonderful with the children, and the animation team was fantastic, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly spoiled after check-out. About an hour After leaving my room and I had already checked out at the reception and was ready to exit with my car, a security guard at the main gate asked me to wait while they checked the room. I found this unprofessional and honestly disrespectful—I mean, what did they expect to find? Did they think I’d try to take the TV or pillows? I’ve never encountered this in any other hotel, even within JAZ hotels. While I truly enjoyed my stay, this ending left me feeling disappointed and upset, which was a shame after such a lovely experience.

There are always no towels available at the beach, and you have to go back to the pool area to get one. The water served in the main restaurant doesn’t taste good at all.

The hotel staff starting from reception to services team are very friendly and doing the best for support. And I was there with a family and kids. So the kids Club was amazing for kids they like it so much specially the girl responsible for it called (Rym). She is very smart and decent and made everything as a best for them so they liked to go there and playing with her every day. The hotel is very quiet. So if you target a relaxing hotel it will be your best choice.

Everything was good except the foods at restaurants. They didn't have a variety in food and no changes in menu during the whole stay. And taste was bad in many items. Plates wasn't cleaned enough and most of time the food wasn't hot at all.

The hotel is completely renovated and the room is nice and clean. The food in the hotel is very good and could be better. The water games are new and suitable for children. The only thing that I do not like is the design of the outdoor pools and the few green spaces and the large number of rooms and buildings in the middle of the resort.

There is no good air conditioning in the hotel lobby or public areas such as restaurants. In addition, the entire hotel does not have fresh juices!!!! When asked the reception staff, they said that this is the hotel's policy. Another thing that was asked about the entertainment and parties in the evening needs a lot of attention and better work to attract tourists again. Thank you.

The staff were excellent. Super polite and very helpful. The tennis coach was amazing. I feel the hotel should make more use of their tennis facilities. A little repair work also needed and the courts would be great. The cleanliness of this hotel was 5*.

The staff also eat at the hotel. They should wait until the clients have finished. e.g. the returant finished at 9pm but some staff tend to rush in and load (actually overload) their plates. One evening a member of staff took the last piece of chicken that I was going to have. No big deal as plenty of other choice but nevertheless there is also plenty remaining if the staff were to wait until the clients have finished.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely amazing stay here!! Our room was spacious and comfortable and our bathroom was modern and clean. The resort is a stone's throw away from the beach. The pool areas are lovely and there are so many bars. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The food selection is incredible and they change up lunch and dinner every day. We were so sad to leave!

Their taxi airport service is extremely overpriced - just make sure you go outside the resort and book a local taxi. It's less than half the price.

I had the best vacation ever, and cannot wait to come back ! A massive thanks to the staff who is AMAZING, and a special one to the main restaurant staff and Mr Hamada ! The hotel itself, absolutely gorgeous with its beautiful gardens The service ! Wow wow wow, if I was the hotel manager, I would make sure to keep these super people ! They really make a huge difference. Room was clean, nice and comfy (the housekeeping did an amazing job throughout my stay) Space is huge and beautifully organized with 3 pools and a massive beach Biggest gym I have seen in a hotel Buffet is delicious and offer a lot of variety Yoga class on the beach at sunset with Veronika

Everything was great

The hotel is a real paradise! One of my favourite place I've ever stayed, we loved every minute here! Restaurant, bar staff, cleaning personnel, animation team, everything was just simply professional and outstanding, friendly smiling people! What we loved the most were the tidy gardens, the waiters professional behaviour in the main bar (Ahmed and his friends, who made sure our glasses are always full :)), main restaurant, snack bar and the Mediterranean restaurant. The beach is also nicely maintained. The shows in the evening were fun, good quality, great entertaining! Definitely want to come back, this was an outstanding experience in Egypt.

Maybe the English proficiency at the reception could improve a little bit :)

I thought the lobby toilets needed to be cleaned more frequently. Each time we used them they were not very clean. The massage staff by the pool were very pushy - to the point of annoyance. The fitness centre needs to be open earlier - opening at 8 is a little too late for people like us who want to do excursions The communication of the reception staff needs to be improved…we ordered early check in on arrival and were told to wait because it was early, for another guest to just arrive and be checked in immediately. It wasn’t very polite. The food was at times bland and all the drinks had lots of sugar in it…it would be nice to have a wider selection of fruit for instance watermelon and pineapple, and fresh orange juice instead of orange squash
