The staff make this hotel what it is. All were amazing and couldn’t have done more to help during our stay. The hotel is easily accessible via the train system and is only a couple of stops from the main station. The hotel was very clean and well run. A “sweet” touch were small bowls of sweets at reception.

The WiFi during our stay was on and off and pretty unreliable. There was no tv reception in the room due to the WiFi server being unavailable so we had nothing in our room music or tv wise. On arrival we had booked a twin room but was initially told that we had a double bed despite having confirmed the twin room with the hotel well before our stay. The staff managed to sort the room eventually but the error could’ve been avoided had the request been read properly.

I just love the style of Moxy hotels. The food is good, the rooms are clean and the design is great. However, it is the staff are what makes this place great. Always a pleasurable stay no matter where in the world I am. This particular hotel is close enough to the exhibition centre but far enough not to be overcharging for rooms. You can pick up Bolt or Lime scooters near the hotel or at the train station just 5 minutes walk away. An easy, cheap and fun way to get about. The train goes into Munich, and also stops at Marienplatz if you want to sit back in the square with a stein, some currywurst and watch Munich go by. If you want a great evening head over to Killians Irish Pub at Frauenplatz 11.

I didn't like that I have to leave

Very fun hotel vibe and all the normal amenities available. Good transport links. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Bed sheets and towels were not changed daily as thought and there’s no way to signal this to cleaners for example a tag on the door so had to ask reception for clean towels which they kindly provided. Would be helpful to have an option of letting the cleaners know to change sheets and towels.

Excellent service from staffs. Close enough and convenient to Messe. Very comfortable and modern fun environment. Comfortable and good sized room. Near to 2 bus stops. Come with parking too!

Far away from the old town. Limited bar menu at times. Unstable and weak WiFi connection.

Great style and design, love it. Rooms VERY clean. Staff very kind and helpful. Great that the hotel extended both kitchen times and breakfast time in the middle of the week because of many Adele concert visitors staying.

The price was kind of crazy, but this is how the market works… Minor technical issues with the sink in the bathroom, also paper tissues almost empty.

Close by to the Messe Munich venue. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was also prepared for an Adele residency so from the first steps you get into the mood. Near by is the train and bus stations.

It's a great hotel, with very friendly stuff, very clean, and well located. The lobby is a lot of fun, with some board games and other funny stuff.

The price was abnormally high during the Bau München Fair, one colleague paid even 430 € for one night with breakfast, The price I have paid was approx. 200 € per night, which is also excessive.

Business Hotel, well located for my business meeting near to the hotel. Good value for money and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Breakfast in a Moxy is always the same, very limited with rubbery eggs and greasy bacon and sausages. Perfect for a vegetarian who likes fruit, yoghurt and croissants.

Very close to Munich Messe, you can take a 263 bus in a bus stop right besides the hotel and easily get to Messe Am. The hotel is also very clean and cozy, staff is very warm, very good job for ECEONONA, she talks always with smile :)

There’s no slipper in the room

We stayed at this hotel because of Adele concert, so it was perfect location prior and after the concert to come back on foot and avoid all hassle. It is also easy commuting to city center. Hotel had everything you need for a short stay. Consistency of Moxy style.
