Very friendly, and helpful, even if it was unrelated to the hotel stay. Very comfy, big bathroom, hot water kettle, mostly clean. Employees can communicate in many languages. Only about 40 minutes to an hour outside Munich city center via public transport!

It wasn't spotless, although it was clean. No mini fridge. Location is good if you don't mind walking. Great if you have smaller bags. I recommend taking the bus stop (not the U-Bahn), which is right by the hotel because you don't have to walk too far

My mother is having accident on the first day we stay and twist her ankle during traveling. The staff is really helpful to accommodate us. I appreciate it. Due to this accident, i extend the visit for 3 days, so the total of 8 days. The kitchen is great, we can cook. The toiletries also great. The conditioner makes our hair shiny. The housekeeping is tending to our need and care.

Sometime the housekeeping enter the door without knocking, which fortunately happen in suitable time. The bus stop working after 9 pm. So the nearest stop is using Ubahn which need 700 meters to walk which is bad when my mom have trouble with her feet. My side of the bed have curve structure due to occasional use. This is not intended to be bad review because overall i think this Hotel is one of the best hotel i ever stay in Germany.

Stuff was very friendly and helpful, great breakfast. There are family rooms. Its when 2 rooms connected with each other. There is an option for free parking Rooms are clean and everything what usually needed is there.

If there is a room with kitchen its not allowed to cook on cooker only microwave. In fact there are no things like plates, forks, spoons etc. WIFI is weak in rooms.

It is quite big hotel. Location is in a quite location but little bit far away of the center of a city. About 8 km. for me it was important that hotel has parking, both underground and open with plenty of spaces. The price for the parking also fair. Staff besides German can speak English and Russian, may be Italian as well but can not guaranty it. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. It seems to me that not all the rooms have air condition and in summer it might be an issue. Also there is no fridge in the room. The breakfast is all right. Besides you have different snacks, tea and coffee near the reception for a small charge. The restaurant in the hotel is open 24 hours a day that may be a good option for some travelers. There is a small gym in the hotel but really small. I wouldn't say that around the hotel there is a good infrastructure but several bars and restaurants are quite near. Can recommend for a short business stay.

Our family had an incredible stay at the Wyndham Garden Munich Messe hotel. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, delicious food, and convenient location made it the perfect choice for our week-long visit to Munich. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the city. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Munich!

Only thing is that I booked the room for 2 adults + 1 kid (9 years) and in the beginning I was asked to pay extra again which I have already paid at the time of booking. But this was swiftly sorted out by the manager. Also despite having huge parking it was always full when you arrive in the evening. Underground parking was not open (not sure what was the reason) but always good to let the guest know where to park in case the hotel parking is full as it was paid parking.

Clean, Calm, and Full of Amenities I had a wonderful stay and couldn't be more satisfied with the services offered (except parking lot). Cleanliness and Space: The room was incredibly clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff did a fantastic job maintaining the room throughout my stay. It was an extremely comfortable environment to be in, especially after a long day trip. Atmosphere: The calm ambiance of the hotel also adds to its charm. The quietness was a boon for both relaxation and productivity, and I felt incredibly at ease during my stay. Amenities: The hotel offers an ironing room, which I found to be quite convenient. The fitness room is well-equipped, allowing me to continue my exercise routine even while traveling. Both rooms were easily accessible and added value to my experience. Restaurant and Bar: There is Restaurant and Bar in the hotel. I didn't use it myself but everything looked good. Parking Options: There is a free option in the dark (scary) alley. You can choose to park closer to the hotel for 10 euro or even in an underground lot for 12 euro. Overall It was a good stay, made even better by the excellent amenities and options available. Would definitely return!

First off the staff were exceptional. I was traveling with my mom and two of her friends. The three of them are in their 80's. The rooms and entire hotel was extremely clean, even though there were many guests staying there. The first night we ate dinner there and it was very good. We also had breakfast there twice. The breakfast had great options and was good value for money. There was ample parking, either within the paid area as well as outside of this area. I noticed that there was underground parking but didn't check it out. Although it seemed off the beaten path, it only was a short drive into the city proper. I did check and the U-bahn was a ten minute walk from the hotel.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like about this hotel.

We loved the location of the hotel because it is very close to the Messe Munich center. Also, it takes 20 minutes by car to get to the center of Munich.

We had some rather unpleasant experiences with the staff of the hotel. The employees of the hotel that work on the reception and the manager of the hotel were absolutely wonderful, but we had some issues with the maintenance employee of the hotel, but after we reported the issues back to the manager of the hotel he was really helpful and nice.

Big and comfortable room and bathroom. Regarding service, I have a mixed impression. The positive experience - I was checked in one hour earlier.

The negative experience with the hotel service. The first case was with the receptionist, who offered me to pay for my room more than it was indicated in booking.com. The second case was on checkout day. It was one hour before the checkout hour, I was in my room, having an online meeting. Suddenly, I heard insistive knocking on my door. I was confused and came out to check what was in. I saw a cleaning staff, who on my question on why he disturbed me started aggressively complaining that it was my fault because I didn't put the note on my door to not disturb.

The property looks very new and clean. the rooms are user friendly with big closets in the bedroom and bathroom. the staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I got lost the first day I got to there. they were very patiently communicating with me and trying to figure out my location. They understood how desperate I was and made a exceptional arrangement. They picked me up and brought me to the hotel. I need to mention that the manager Sameh, the staff Lenka, and Kelly were the people who had helped me. they asked me if everything is ok every time I saw them. I felt that I was at home. so the next week I came back and stayed a couple of more nights here. I am very grateful for their help and services.
