The hotel was just as you would expect-clean and good sized rooms. They offset cleaning on rooms during stays with funding children’s and education but offer help if you run out of anything which I thought was an excellent idea. We also had access to a premier plus room for the first two days-worth the extra if you can.

I booked this purely based on proximity with the site at Messestadt to go to see Adele . I went with my daughter and wanted somewhere close after a bad experience with her in London. However, the nearest train station is a 20 minute walk which was hard going at times as it was so hot. There is very little around the hotel as it appears to be in an industrialised area-the nearest supermarket is close to the station but heading away from the hotel and the only places to eat were a Burger King and an Italian restaurant (which had funny opening hours)

The room was spacious. Everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was nice, with standard mix of food : omelette, boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, muesli and corn flakes, yoghurt, different cheese and meat. But there were no fresh fruits available except fruit salad in syrop.

The parking cost was not included in price 😕 The internet connection was poor : you are allowed to use 3 devices with total 600 megabyte traffic per day, if you need more you should pay extra for the internet. It would be better to include unlimited internet and parking already to price.

It was as described and expected. It was clean and comfortable.

Overall our stay was good, stayed for 2 nights. The room has enough space where you don’t feel suffocated with having 2 people in there. It was very clean when we came in. Front desk was very helpful and professional

Trying to find the parking garage was a hassle. Directions weren’t given clearly so that took a while but once we found it, it was fine. Also, very early in the morning some kids were running around. Not a hotel problem but worth mentioning

I chose this hotel for a one-night stopover, and it exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, with very comfortable mattresses. In the lobby, they have a dedicated coworking space, which was perfect as I needed to send some emails in the morning. For exploring the city, it might not be the best choice if you don't have a car, although they do have taxi business cards available at the reception. The hotel offers parking for 15 EUR/day, but you can also park on the street if you find a spot. Overall, I think this hotel is a great value for money, surpassing expectations

-lack of fridge in the room -that's not actually a minus for the hotel, but rather a tip for visitors : if you need to go to the city center, Olympiapark or Allianz Arena, but you don't like long journeys in a public transport and constant changes, that might be problematic for you. There's no direct bus to Marienplatz/Hauptbahnhof.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the concert venue, good stay overall, you can order some sandwiches in the hotel during the day as there are no places nearby, the only restaurant close to the hotel is working only in the evening and during lunchtime. Bed is comfortable, teapot in the room for hot drinks.

We ordered a taxi to the airport from the hotel reception, a guy helped us to request a taxi but it was double the amount I was told at the reception, not sure why i was given wrong information, I would use the app instead.

Everything was perfect, except the behaviours from the receptionists. We had 30 min check in time and he calculated the price wrong and they didnt pay our money back in time, had to wait the supervisor next day to solve.

The hotel was excellent, and the staff were also fantastic. The check-in process was easy and smooth. The hotel lobby was nice, and overall, the place was very clean. Our room was spacious and tidy. I traveled with two adults and two children, and we each had a bed, which was wonderful. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay there.

They charged 17.50 euros for breakfast, but it wasn't worth it. The breakfast options were very limited and not good. This was the only drawback of the whole stay.

The bed was really comfortable, the curtains block light pretty well, which makes sleeping more relaxing. Plus point for having some coffee and a kettle in the room. Staff was kind and helpful.

The floor carpet and the vibe, the reception desk and bar corner have a more modern and nice vibe while walking to your room through the corridors somehow takes you back in time. The elevator is way too slow.
