Nice hotel, really great staff. Slide in the pool was a nice addition! Room was large and practical, ideal location with easy transport links to downtown.

Breakfast wasn’t particularly to my taste, waffles, cereal and some breads etc but wasn’t the worst. Only real issue I had with the hotel was that I got an unbelievable amount of static from the bedsheets, I didn’t even know that was possible! I had to actually get up and find something to discharge the static before returning to bed, I could seriously see the shocks lighting up the dark, I’ve never seen anything like it and I’m not exaggerating! After that settled the place was great!

Provided an affordable stay when you are on a budget. Complementary breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay (a must for someone on a tight budget.) Great staff willing to help in a city with alot of misdemeanors and crime. Proximity to the University of Calgary campus creates an easy way to be on campus, without being on campus (plus the LRT red line has a stop literally outside the hotel).

I had my personal possessions stolen right outside the hotel. Even though this happened, staff were willing to help file a police report and use cctv for a further investigation.

I absolutely loved the Breakfast and not just because of the food it was the Lady I believe Alison was her name she really knows how to brighten up someone's day. From her outgoing personality and big smile I found her to be very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to make one feel at home. Comfort inn is definitely lucky to have her.

I told the staff right away if I had an issue and they were more than happy to fix/change basically accommodate me best they could. I did see ppl complaining about a dirty room but that was aftercthey had already spentvthw night so obviously it couldn't have bothered them as much as they declared in the morning.

Hot tub only bottom jets worked needs new one. Room heating cooling needs fan control for better sleeps. Fitness room no water in cooler provided Fitness room like closet to small and no hand towel to wipe down equipment after use, unsanitary. Need more room cable channels. Poor WIFI.

We had a great stay it was clean comfortable and very friendly! So helpful for suggestions to how to get to certain things.

Somethings I would change is getting a facelift for the place take the carpet out put some dishes in the rooms with some dish soap . Pillows need to be replaced very soft and nothing to them . But all minor stuff tho it was clean and safe and I hardly hear any noise.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.. Unfortunately there was only decaf coffee. The staff couldn't find any in stock. I checked out too early for breakfast.

Real coffee would have been nice. My only real complaint was being charged $21 to use my debit card for the damage deposit. They would not accept cash for the deposit but they did for the room.. I think the fee for use of my debit card was outrageous.

I asked for an early check in between 10 and 11. I was charged an extra 40 dollars to check in early. When I asked the manager why there was this charge,I was given vague answers such as,everybody charges that,I would be using the rom for more than tha alotted time,they had to bring staff in early to clean the room. None of these answers were valid. It was,in my opinion,a money grab. I paid the fee but will remember about Comfort Inn

They tried to put us in the same area as some very rowdy drunks and I demanded to be moved. They initially denied the request until they heard the swearing coming from the room. Not impressed and then I was harassed by one of the young men from that group grrr and so told them they just said tell us if it happens again we will talk to them.

Breakfast was delicious hotel staff very friendly hotel it’s in front of the train station room perfect

They need to fix the hot water a bit and clean more frequently the snow at the entrance of the hotel because of the frequency of cars it gets a bit slippery

everything was exceptional for what we needed. breakfast was good. the room was great and the location was excellant. when we return we will be booking again with comfort inn.

the only issue was that the light in the hallway did not work. otherwise we had no complaints about the service supplied.
