Location is perfect and getting there is ridiculously easy! Building looks new and maintained. Close to multiple gas stations and a park while only being a few minutes drive to downtown. Area around the building is clean and the views are awesome. Breakfast is really filling and tastes great ! Staff are really friendly and accommodated our requests. The rooms are perfect and the Wi-Fi is fast !

There was a guest letting their dog walk on the property off leash near the pool which surprised me and my cat as it appeared behind me as I was entering my hotel room. I was disappointed that they don't have smart TV to watch Netflix, Prime or YouTube and I don't know if I can connect my phone to watch though it. The air conditioner's air filter is a bit dusty. Upon arriving we found a tissue stuffed in the door's peep hole from the inside; we're not sure if its from the last guests that stayed there or a security feature of the hotel.

This was my review: "You can't do too much better because you're doing extremely well. We enjoyed the ambience and the well kept rooms but most of all we enjoyed the breakfast which reminded me of the hospitality onr only finds only in Europe and in many parts of the United States. You need to advertise t your breakfast better so that people know what to expect... The so-called "Continental Breakfast" that other inn's offer isn't breakfast at all in my opinion. So I think it's important for you to distinguish yourselves from many other accommodations who offer far less hospitality, comfort, and a full hearty breakfast."

It was very clean and the rooms were very spacious as well as the hot tub area was spectacular and super clean! the lawn chairs out infront of the mountain view was absolutely amazing! the breakfast was also absolutely delicious by far the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had at any of our hotel stays! i also loved how the lobby had a weather chart to inform us of that days weather! we loved revelstoke and can’t wait to come back and stay at stoke hotel!

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as we were hoping it would be but the rest of the amazing amenities made up for it!

This is a funky little property that has gone the extra mile to make what could be an ordinary room and stay seem out of the ordinary. Great updates and decor, small touches like the ear plugs, pet welcome package, and all you would expect in a room but for a really reasonable price. I paid much more for lesser quality rooms on my road trip. Best free hotel breakfast i have had. staff was great.

if you are a light sleeper, the trains and highway noise can be heard. And the a/c unit was noisy. Hence the earplugs i think. Fourtunately, I am not a light sleeper and it didn't bother me.

Rooms are comfortable (standard two queens with bathroom). Breakfast is fantastic: hot eggs, potatoes and meat (bacon or sausage), waffle machine, yogurt , pastries, fruit, coffee, hot and cold cereals. Also has cookies and sweet breads that you can take with you for a snack later. Made sandwiches from the bread and pb, jam, Nutella for ski day in the mountain. Hot tub is HOT (so nice after a day of skiing). Free shuttle into town at night (starting at 5:30pm) and free shuttle to ski resort (walk 4 min to hotel next door to pick up shuttle).

We stayed there twice during our trip. It was our first hotel night and our last as we drove from B.C. to PEI and then back again! They gave us the double room which was perfect for the four of us to share. The beds were the best of the entire trip! Breakfast was exceptional and the staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were exceptional as well.

AC was noisy. But in fairness...it was in all the rooms we stayed in! Some worse than others.

Except for the general manager who did not return my 5 or more phone calls, the staff were fabulous. They were all kind and courteous and made me and my small dog feel most welcome! The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. A bit of overhead noise in the morning. Breakfasts were great! Hot and cold breakfasts offered. Staff were super attentive. Very well run hotel. I will stay there again.

The general manager should have returned my phone calls!!! I called him many times the day before trying to discuss cancelling my second night due to family asking me to stay over with them that night. Booking.com said I should be able to work the issue out with the hotel but the general manager was impossible to get hold of. I gave up and stayed both nights at the hotel. The saving grace was the rest of the staff who were beyond all expectations incredibly kind and courteous. A special shout out to the woman who runs the morning breakfast! A small point but the owner should clean the outside windows of the dining room. Some early morning noise in the room above was a bit annoying. Otherwise, all great!

The breakfast was the weak link. As it is free it was probably within a budget? Perhaps there could be an option to pay for fresh fruit, local bakery products better quality coffee. Revelstoke has excellent coffee shops that could supply coffee and muffins at a separate charge. The staff are friendly and informed. The rooms exceptionally clean. Asa budget hotel this is a great choice

The location is close to the highway . There is nothing that can be done about this. For the price this hotel is a great choice. Noisy air conditioners. Again nothing that the hotel can do about this, the rac was needed

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Overall, It was good value for the money.

The room was super noisy. The hotel is exposed to the railway, and the trains are constant, especially during the night. The AC was also very noisy. I think people complained about the noise as the hotel provided two sets of ear plugs. Unfortunately, these did not help much.

Awesome breakfast with so many selections and to go bags, very professional staff. Great outdoor hot tub (sadly I ended up with a rash all over my body after the hot tub, it wasn’t an isolated incident because it happened both nights we used the hot tub. No idea what caused it but it was right after getting out both times)

Bedsheets with stains, floors dirty (minor garbage along the bed, needed a better vacuuming. Walls are thin, easy to hear other people talking/ walking (if you are on the lower floors). Rooms facing to highway had lots of noise, rooms facing inward to hot tub also loud when large groups are using the hot tub (closes at 10pm). Recommend requesting room on the far backside upper level to avoid this. Cold shower that first night, could have been a peak time?
