The rooms are totally renovated and small but very functional. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and had a wonderful sleep. The toiletries are upscale and very lovely as is the shower. Really enjoyed my stay. And I loved that the building was dog friendly

I was a bit disappointed at the look of the building as it was old on the outside. It’s in an old part of Thunder Bay.

Breakfast was excellent. The coffee machine was exceptional. The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff both morning and night were very concerned with my questions and service.

The hotel is under renovation but it will be very good when finished. It is difficult to get a parking spot in the hotel lot however there is overflow across the street.

Front desk staff very nice and friendly- they gave me good recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Descent morning breakfast. European style hotel room. Cost was ok- not great but better than competitors around them.

Downtown Thunder Bay undergoing a lot of construction. Area was a bit sketchy at night.

I know they have been under renovations and were unable le to provide a hot breakfast BUT what they did have was well stocked and a lot.of selection. The coffee machine offered cappuccino and lattes as well.

I actually love this hotel a lot! I think that it’s very nicely renovated inside, it’s pet friendly which is great for us! The rooms are comfy and clean, the staff is awesome! There’s free breakfast thats yummy, and the location is great too! Definitely would recommend, and would stay here again!

The breakfast was above average for hotel breakfasts. The decor was updated. The bed was quite firm but comfortable.

There was a strange speaker phone that had a tiny emergency button that I pushed without even knowing it and suddenly 911 was on the line. That seems like a booby trap.

Courteous staff. Clean and well maintained hotel, rooms, and gym. Clean, well run breakfast area. I would certainly stay here again.

The window coverings in the bedroom were black-out blinds, which (although modern and attractive) failed to block much of the outside lighting.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, property has been updated and rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. Great proximity to the waterfront.

Close to the train tracks which are busy through the day and night. Also seems to have a high # of houseless folks in the area.

The room was very comfortable. It was quiet and spacious.

The breakfast could have offered more like dark roast coffee and 1% milk. I would have loved scrambled eggs and bacon. It was one of the more basic on my trip, yet the room was the most expensive.

Very nice room, bathroom and tad too small or should I say the counter was way too small. Also no recycling blue bin in the room.
