The location was perfect to explore the city,the surroundings were full of shops and restaurants.Taxis are easily available just outside the hotel.

The hotel didn’t have their name mentioned outside the building.Some taxi drivers didn’t even recognized this hotel.Its coz this hotel used to be ‘Crown Plaza’ before.The hotel requires renovation,although the interior was beautiful.I love the restaurant where breakfast been served.Another serious renovation would be in washrooms,initially we were offered a room where shower was in the bidet next to the pot, it didn’t have a stand on the wall to keep shower,which I believe isn’t hygienic.We asked them to change our room and they did.

Millennium Hotel is right in the middle of the city, this is very convenient because everything you need is just a step away. We had a really wonderful time. Our room was quite spacious, clean and very comfortable. We must mention our Room Attendant, John - he was extremely courteous, and his attention to detail is highly commendable. John is an asset to Millenium Hotel. Thanks to the front desk team who checked us in with ease, well done Hamid - he was very professional and he has excellent customer service skills. Looking forward to our next stay with you.

A very pleasant hotel. The staff is very helpful and takes care of the guest. It was possible to check in a little earlier. Meals – breakfast (7-10) and dinner (19-22) in buffet form. Spacious restaurant on the 9th floor. All dishes very tasty. Open swimming pool (8-20) on the roof, small but warm water, towels available by the pool, polite staff who take care of the guests. Jacuzzi. Good location, right next to bus stops, from which you can take bus number 9 directly to the Presidential Palace, bus number 94 to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, and bus number 102 to Ferrari World. There is also a drinks shop nearby. There is no problem with leaving your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Extra bed and linen on request. A pleasant surprise, room upgrade - we got a Royal Suite on the 19th floor with traditional decor.

The location is awesome. You can go any direction by taking the local transportation (bus), which is cheap, clean, and accurate. My room was simple but very roomy and so cozy, too. There's a great Middle Eastern restaurant right across the street from the hotel's back entrance, which made my stay so easy. Not overly fancy like some "palace" type of hotels, but chic and very nice hotel. Highly recommend.

There's a mosque right behind the hotel. Praying time can be very loud for those who have sleeping problems. It didn't bother me much, but it sure woke me up a couple of times during my stay in this hotel.

The hotel is located in the center of Abu Dhabi with loads of shops around and easy access to a taxi, with which you conveniently can reach different areas fairly quickly. As soon as i arrived, i was greeted by Panashe at the reception with such a positive, calm, friendly as well as helpful attitude. He supported me during check in and offered his assistance with different queries i had. Once in the room, he called to ensure, that i was satisfied with my room and that everything was up to my expectations. I travel a lot around the world, and Panashe offered truly exceptional customer service with a genuine “i am here to make your stay comfortable” attitude and friendly smile. I also had the pleasure to meet Arnel, from the Concierge department, who assisted me as well with different queries i had instantly as well as giving me tips on which places to visit on my short visit, whilst always displaying a friendly smile . Little gestures can really make a difference on once stay, and i had a truly pleasant experience, thanks to the staff.

Friendly staff. Diverse dishes for breakfast and dinner, you won't go hungry. There's an opportunity to visit the sauna. Enjoyed the heated pool and rooftop jacuzzi with a fantastic view of the skyscrapers. Once, the whole family went to the gym, and everyone found a favorite exercise machine.

The key cards for the room occasionally stopped working, and we had to go to the front desk to fix the issue. The hotel looks a bit old-style/tied/worn-out and could use some renovation, but for the price, it suits us fine.

Location was amazing as its close to a lot of restaurants. Very accessible and can easily walk around the area. Staff during check-in was very fast, Arnel from Concierge was very helpful. Breakfast was decent as well, it is worth the additional dirhams. Staff at the restaurant was also very professional and polite.

We requested a baby cot upon booking but it was not prepared prior to our arrival. The first room given to us smelled like paint so had to change it with the guy from the reception. He was fast to change our room, but having a 9 month old infant with us, its not very convenient. Baby cot came after 3 hours when we checked-in.

Breakfast perfect, room big enough. Great location in the city..close shops and restsurants.

We had to change room during the night, because someone book whole floor in the hotel. It is not a problem that we had to change a room, but they informed us during a night when we were at bed. During the day...they didn't sent a message or email or letter into the room, just it happens at night so this wasn't something nice a specially if you have to pack 2 kids and move.
