The hotel is clean. The F&B staff was good. Some of the Guest services staff were OK, but some were stand offist.

It is located in the residential area. You can see clothings hanging on the balcony. It's a bit scary to walk down at night. The room we have was very small. My daughter had to side walk to past the bed to get to the toilet. I have to step on my suitcase when I need to go as well. It was hap hazard. I told them about it and they said that's what I booked and if I want to get a bigger room I have to pay 30.00 euro extra per night, anyways I was too tired to argue, so we decided to move out and went to Madrid instead the following day. I did not like the area anyway. It's full of graffiti. It looks like a rough neighbourhood!

The property was clean with good rooms. The staff were friendly and on an evening the bar and restaurant area had staff to attend your needs. The main reception was well maintained.

The property is quite far from main tourist attractions. Throughout the day the bar area and restaurant are not manned by staff so I could not order any food in the hotel. The main pool area was locked so you could not go outside. It is very noisy in the evenings and early mornings, some guests stand in the corridors and talk very loudly and didn’t have appreciation for other guests trying to sleep.

The receptionist asked me if i prefer a high floor with city view room , which is a plus, room was great in size for a solo traveler equipped with coffee machine and tea and a complementary mineral water, the front desk was so helpful in providing a good information for a first time traveler to Barcelona, Location is very prime near to Sagrada church and to Metro station, many supermarket , cafes and restaurants are nearby.

The elevator as too old and has some noise but it working, I was afraid to every time i took the ride to go up to my room but it was working fine at the end.

Within easy walking distance of Sagrada Familia cathedral. The breakfast offered was extremely good with a wide range of availability of hot and cold foods of good quality. Fruits, beverages and freshly squeezed orange juice were available.

Clean interior, friendly staff and within easy access of the cathedral. The room we were in was comfortable and clean and coffee and tea making facilities were provided. A good job really as we ‘misplaced’ our travel kettle, toothpaste and soap going through baggage security checks at Manchester airport (could have been a disaster if beverage making facilities hadn’t been provided at the hotel).

Good location, metro station is few minutes away. Lovely 'pastisserie' next door. Staff is very nice and helpful. We asked for a map of the city and gentleman working in reception gave us the map and highlighted all the places which we should visit. It was very useful. Bed was very comfortable. In general housekeeping was great but after last cleaning before our departure we found some long black hair tangled in my partner's pyjama and some on the floor. None of us was the owner. Other than that our room was clean.

Dodgy lift and lack of slippers. We normally take slippers wherever we go but this time we were travelling light so there was no space for slippers in our backpacks. It would be nice if these could be provided by the hotel or available to buy for some small fee.

Very clean, cool hotel. Very friendly, professional staff who spoke exceptional English. Air conditioned throughout. Room was large, with a good shower and everything I needed including a safe and big flatscreen TV. Free Wi-Fi. The pool area is tidy, if a little small. It’s situated in a quiet area, with a few small local bars and restaurants. The transport connections are excellent: Clot Metro station is a 5 minute walk away and has numerous lines running through it, including a direct line to the airport. Very easy to get a taxi as well, and we got everywhere we needed to for under €10.

It’s a little far out from the main centre and attractions, however that is reflected in the price.

The reception staff was friendly & helpful with maps & tips on what we should see and how to get there. The room was small but very well appointed, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It was very clean, renovated, and updated in rooms and common areas, shampoo and shower gel provided, and brand new bed linen and towels. Rooms were cleaned and the bed was fixed every day. They had a large choice in the breakfast including fresh squeezed orange juice, an omelet made by the chef in front of you and they also offer gluten-free bread rolls and lactose-free milk. Perfect location just 200 meters from the train and metro and 950 meters from Sagrada Familia itself. All in all it was a wonderful little find and I would definitely come back and stay in the same hotel when I get the chance to visit again Barcelona.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We liked having a fridge in the room for water. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance and a small market across the street where we bought water and snacks. There is a taxi area right in front which made getting to the sites we wanted to see very easy. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel a couple of times and they had a very good selection.

The hotel was overbooked, so I was initially moved to their sister hotel. Was able to return to an upgraded room the following day, since the other room was not satisfactory (very noisy right next to the elevator). Good quiet location close to a train station with connection to the airport. You have to walk a bit to reach nice restaurants, but basic choices are to be found nearby. Good breakfast, could even order an omelet.

The evening "restaurant" was not nice. No ambiance whatsoever. Felt like a student cafeteria in the hallway. However, OK to get your fill if you are not up for hitting the streets. Also staff was not very friendly, seemed overworked (this was February). The pool was not open due to lack of water in the city. Can't imagine that changing anytime soon. Would be nice to update that information on the booking page.

Amazing location just a very short walk from metro station Clot, and from there can reach easily any tourist destinations in Barcelona. The hotel staff was friendly, room spacious and clean, well-equipped. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing - lots of Spanish meat, cheese, fruits, fresh omelettes and eggs, even pancake and waffle maker available and juicer machine for fresh oranges. Very good gym with enough equipment for weight lifting exercises, only 1 barbell that can be used in many different ways, but not a problem as I was always the only one at the gym. Loved it.

I didn’t like the bath in the room for showers - a new shower would be nicer. The elevators seems a bit old.
