the room was very spacious and clean, staff was very kind and provided assistance when needed. we had a beautiful balcony on the 6th floor with an awesome view of torre glories and sant pau recinte modernista, you could see the top bits of sagrada familia too. location was excellent, 2 different metro stations just a couple of minutes away, the sagrada is one metro station away.

breakfast could offer a wider selection of foods. the scrambled eggs had a funny taste.

The hotel is well located, in a calm area not too far from the metro, the rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are very comfortable.

The hotel attempted to charge the amount on my credit card a few days before the stay, just using the card number. Of course that was rejected by my bank (use 3D secure, we are in 2023!). I got an automated message from booking.com, but the hotel never actually contacted me to ask me to pay (and provide me a way to do so). Instead, they just cancelled my reservation. I had to make another booking and the price had slightly increased. That second reservation almost got cancelled for the same reason, but I had reached Barcelona by then and was able to pay in person.

Easily accessible access to the Metro (note: either uphill or downhill) comfortable room, very clean. Rooms on floors 5 and 6 have large balconies (lanais?) With views and breezes. Also lots of avian visitors.

Really not much to dislike. A solid choice in what seems to be a more residential area as opposed to the more party-centric areas of Eixample.

Breakfast has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Perfect coffee and tea, salty and sweet beverages. Everything is fresh and tasty.

The room was very clean, and the facilities were perfect. Full size bath with shower. Lighting was good with ample plugs and a fridge. I was given a balcony room. Great view and not too noisy from the road below. There is a safety deposit box that’s easy to use. Air con can warm up or cool the room to your liking and there are electric shutters to block out any remaining light or noise Staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable too. Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection and is good value at €10 and sets you up for the day. It’s in great location thats not far from the Sagrada.

I booked this hotel just because of the very close Recinte Modernista I visited in the next morning already after opening, so that I could leave my car in the hotel garage during the visit. I had a hughe rent-car and it was quite tricky for me to park it in the small garage. Therefore, I was very thankful when a young gentleman from the hotel reception took it out from the garage next day for me. My hotel room would be perfect for longer stay because of the big terrace with seats, table and a very nice outlook.

I do not like those pillows, not good for my neck, sorry! Very basic room equipment. No big towels.

The hotel offers everything for a nice stay near the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. You can reach it in about 10 to 15 minutes on foot. The area around the hotel is also super, as the Hospital Sant Pau is right across the street and is really beautiful to look at. Our room was bigger than we thought, as was the bathroom. The window could also be opened, which we found convenient for airing the room in the evening. In any case, the rooms are bigger and nicer than in the photos here on Booking. There were also shower gel and hand soap in the bathroom, as some people have written here that the didn't have any in their rooms. Everything you needed was near the hotel as well: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Also a subway station and a bus stop are right next to the hotel. We didn't have breakfast included so we can't comment on that. It was written in our booking confirmation that Netflix is ​​also available, but our TV didn't have this app. The WiFi didn't work very well in our room either. Since we were on holiday and from an EU country (there is no roaming here), we didn't really care, but anyone coming from a third country or from overseas could possibly have difficulties here, especially if you want to work in the hotel room. Nevertheless, I think the staff would find a solution to fix this too. They were all very courteous and friendly. We paid the amount for our stay in cash and that was no problem. The credit card is charged with a third of the amount the day before arrival, but if you pay in cash they will refund it and give you a confirmation for it. If you pay with card, you simply pay the rest of the amount already charged. All in all, it went smoothly. We recommend the "Freenow" app in Barcelona for taxis. It works in a similar way to Uber and is also great value for money!

The hotel is a bit noisy, but that was OK for us, as it wasn't that late at night that you could hear the shower or our neighbours from the next room. It was also because our room was between two other rooms. On our side there was a busy road, which was a bit noisy at times, and when an ambulance drove past because of the nearby hospital, it could also be a bit noisy, but that's to be expected and for us that only happened one night. If someone is too sensitive here, then you should take earplugs with you for the night to be on the safe side ;) But all in all with a kettle and a minibar, this hotel would be perfect and certainly worth even more stars! :)

Excellent location - 2 metro stations very close by, Sagrada Familia is just 8 mins walk. Rooms are clean with basic facilities and cleanliness is maintained well. Staff is very helpful, organised cab, gave directions, booked bus tour tickets for us.

Missed tea/coffee arrangement in the room, a basic necessity in morning and evening after long meetings. Breakfast spread could have been better. Otherwise all good. Just an observation, while Barcelona is very colourful - hotel has only white and brown as tone for everything :)

My room was quite comfortable. Receptionists are very kind. Everything is nice.

There werent slippers in my room. My window was looking towards a wall. And my window didn't have an insect screen.

Price, location and the terrace. The rooms are clean, good sized (we stayed at the double with terrace). Comfortable beds, very good and polite staff. Towels and bedding changed everyday. Good coffee for breakfast. We had a very decent stay.

The bathtub is small. Like, really small. So don’t count with a relaxing bath after a full day of activities. The breakfast was ok, but lack of varieties. But on the other hand, even if you arrive for breakfast at 10 there will be fresh food. I would suggest more fruit (even fruit salad). The hotel is currently redecorating, but no worries with noise, as they just work during the day.
