We liked that it was good value for the money! We stayed there 2 weeks before school started, (end of July). We paid 20 dollars more per night of a bay view and it was worth it! We were expecting an outdated room but it was not the case, it was totally remodeled! The room was clean and it had plenty of space! The towels were clean, the tv worked perfectly, and the shower had hot water( we were worried since we read in some previous reviews that the hotel had cold water) just needed to let the water run for a couple of minutes and the hot water came! The hotel has a private beach, but it had trash, we assumed that it was from the previous night, cause you can stay there during the night, we saw people fishing at night. The water at the bay at times had a bad odor but it was not a hotel's fault, we enjoyed spending some of the morning there before heading to Pensacola Beach. My kids love the pool, but to me it had a lot of chlorine. The breakfast was ok, they had eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, muffins, juice, waffles and yogurt, nothing special, it was ok. The housekeeping came on Friday but since we arrived really late the previous night we put a sign of not disturb, and they put a note inside the deadbolt mentioning that they came but they didn't bother, we really liked that, and also it said if we needed anything we just needed to ask!. Overall it was good value We will definitely come back.

Maybe more options at breakfast, we eat the same for 3 days in a row. And clean the Beach area in the morning.

The location was good being between Pensacola Beach and Downtown. They had a decent breakfast of Waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, bread, muffins. Nice view of the ocean with small beach area and outdoor pool.

The outside and bathroom door both had paint chipping and were dirty looking. At first glance the place seemed a bit sketchy, but turned out to be a pretty nice place. Bathroom ceilings are pretty low. If you are taller than 6 foot you will have to duck in the shower the whole time.

Love the location. It was like 1min from Starbucks and Walmart and like 3-5 minutes to the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Shaun in housekeeping . We were able to see dolphins from the property. Which made it so neat. Love the little beach area.

There were no elevators. Also it was a little hard to to get down to beach area. Our room ended up being close to stairs so it worked out . I was able to get to beach area just might be hard for older people or people with handicaps.

Omelet, meat patties, kind of oatmeal, soft belgian waffles, milk, yogurt, fresh juice and apples We expected to have more noise from the nearby road, but, probably because our room was a bit away, it was pretty quiet.

Our room was connected to the neighbor's room by a thin door with a single latch. This did not feel safe.

Over all, I enjoyed that stay at the quality inn and suites. I did not get up for the hot breakfast so I do have commentary about the quality. Room was clean and smelled nice!I loved that the hotel was right off the bay with its own little beach. Unfortunately the wooden lawn chair have not been very well maintained did not lay on one because I did nit want to get a splinter. I loved that there was a nice walking trail near by and local grills and bars within walking distance. Pensacola beach was literally 5 mins away in car. Beautiful beautiful beaches.

The shower could if been in better condition, but it functioned! I suppose that is all that matters!

Would have been great if weather had been good. Not your fault. They changed our room when the lock wouldn't work. It was next door but a better room. The Jamaican ladies working there were great!

Beach approach. Have leg problem and could hardly get down there. But then it was too cold anyway.

The location was perfect, room was clean, comfy bed. Nikesha at the front desk was exceptional! I have issues with my hip and she made sure we had a 1st floor room with short access to the pool. Pool was clean and there is access to a private beach on the bay. Breakfast was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Nothing really...could use a fresh coat of paint but otherwise clean and comfortable!

The hotel clerk was kind and personable! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had some good choices. The hotel is right on the bay and a short walk takes you down to a little beach, which was quiet and peaceful.

Be mindful of the highway- the traffic is heavy coming over the bridge making it impossible to make a left hand turn. Not the hotel’s fault at all, but just a heads up.

The price was great, and the staff working check-in on 3rd shift was great. I wish I had written her name down. She was super friendly! Also, the woman who takes care of breakfast was quick to supply the guests with what they needed. The rooms were clean, and the other guests were nice, and I appreciated that I saw many families. It was a great price for our stay.

I would have liked a bigger breakfast bar.

The view was beautiful. Breakfast was fine . Great it was pet friendly. The price was ok . The room was on the smaller side but clean . The only thing was in our room the bathroom needed a up do . The toilet led was rusted and the one side broke off . Other than that for the short time we stay was fine .

Maintenance needed in the bathroom.
