First and foremost, the staffs were amazing and customer service was premier. They greeted me with love and a genuine sense of humility that made my family welcomed. The property was well cleaned and newly constructed. The room was amazing, well neat, gorgeous for the price we pay. Most important, the bathroom was another game changer- just absolutely no critic at all, it was cleaned and everything was organized including the closet, which was a plus to hang our clothes. This property is well maintained and managed and the price was affordable.

I enjoyed everything about the property, great place to relax about a long drive, and not forgetting how polite every staff member was- they were just happy to provide great customer service.

Daniel and James were EXTREMELY helpful to me, I had packages delivered before my arrival as well as during my stay and they made sure to secure them to give to me upon arrival etc. They were very professional and informative! I will Definitely return!

The breakfast was very basic, at least the inclusion of boiled eggs instead of only hammered scrambled eggs and turkey sausages (for those who do not eat pork) can be considered.

Room size was great for a family of 4. Hotel and room cleanliness was great. Breakfast had suitable variety and the waffle maker was a plus. Hotel honored our request to get a quiet room with a nice view. Free 24 hours coffee was also a plus

It was a little far away from Miami down town and the majority of the attractions except for the Miami zoo and the Everglades.

Everything was great, don´t understand what some people complain. In total we stayed 10 nights. Good pool, good breakfast, rooms are clean, NO moist or bugs or any other smells - SUPERB, staff is extremely friendly. Rooms were little bit dark, but this is personal preference :). Air conditioning was actually working as it supposed to - you could adjust room temperature as needed. 24/7 available free coffee/hot water for tea/cold flavored water. At this price range, definitely the best hotel we have stayed in, in recent years, even compared to other continents (EU, Asia etc, we have traveled quite a lot), highly recommend this hotel !!!!

We stayed in the Queen Studio Suite which was huge and perfect for 1 night and even more depending on your group size. Since we were 2 adults and 3 children it was a very good room but we did not open the sofa for just 1 night so we had lots of room. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the kids loved the make your own waffles with wiped cream and sprinkles. We also enjoyed the small pool.

The breakfast every morning was exceptional as they had a variety of items to choose from. Eggs, waffles , breakfast meat, bread, muffins, cheese etc. All of the staff were very nice and attentive. The room was very comfortable and spacious. You can pick what floor you want to have your room on and the television greets you with your name on it.

I didn’t like that the ac would not stay on the desired temperature I set it on . It would go from 70 to 88 randomly. The pillows were extremely soft. Not enough garbage bags or big enough bins for trash in the room. The front desk wasn’t sure how to assist me with utilizing the washing machines properly; they had to get a building staff member to help me.

Very relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. Extremely clean rooms! I was there for a wedding in a black dress and zero lint or anything got on my dress and there were plenty of spaces to hang up clothes, lay clothes and shoes and jewelry...it was perfect. Also before the wedding we went to zoo Miami because it was only about a 10 min drive

The facility is great, nice hotel, with beautiful rooms. Nice fitness and delicious breakfast. Staff is nice and helpfull.

The service for that high class of hotel and money should be better. They do not wash your clothes on your request, they have a washing machine, but you need to bring your own washing powder (it would be nice to buy powder in hotel:)). Our room had quite nice kitchenette with a fridge. We bought a bottle od wine, they didnt have a glasses for wine, nor wine opener. Rooms do not have safes, at reception they couldnt open their safes, so we couldnt use those. Just little things to improve, which are somehow important for good experience. But we recomend the hotel!

The smell throughout the hotel was amazing, the location was great, the area was quiet and the staff was extremely welcoming. Breakfast could have been a bit better but satisfying. The snack bar at the side of the front desk came in handy the first night, so great job with that.

The wifi connection was slow on the second night, it was connected with no internet.

Ever since this location opened I’ve always stayed at this. Hampton Inn is close to my family’s house when I visit from Central Florida.. i’ve stayed at all the hotels around the area and they do not compare to this location. It’s new it’s modern and it’s clean and the staff has always been helpful
