I chose this hotel because it was located in the same area as Dolphin Mall! We only stayed for a short while for my graduation and also so my family and I could visit around for a few days, and majority of our day was spent outside visiting restaurants (food, yummy) and malls, and also visiting downtown and brickell. It was very convenient to be in walking distance of such a huge mall like dolphin, and the parking lot was very large! The room was nice and clean, too. I gotta say that the customer service is excellent though! They responded to any inquiries I asked and resolved any of the small problems I had right away. Very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were really clean and very modern and very very comfortable. That together with the high quality blackout curtains could have let me sleep really well. The pool was also very nice and warm in the night and closes at 11p so it was perfect to relax after all the shopping at dolphin mall.

The AC in my room worked to cool the room and then would shut off when the temperature reaches the set temperature, however it would then take quite a bit long before it turns on again which caused the room to become a bit warmer than you'd like for a little while (maybe 15 mins or so every hour). It may have just been my room and it wasnt too much of an issue that i reported it, else maybe the friendly helpful staff would have sent maintenance or move me to another room. My experience was really great otherwise.

The room was clean and a good size for one person. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially Eduardo), with fresh towels changed every 2 days, and it was conveniently located right next to a Mall, within walking distance. In the morning, there is a Starbucks coffee counter where one could order breakfast and a drink (very good idea).

Only two little things... 1. the TV was fixed and at a funny angle so I could not adjust it so I could view it from the bed, and 2. the shower worked, but the hot water was not hot enough, and the metal tap was a little broken so that it was hard to get the shower head to work (Room 104). And if I wanted to get a little more picky, the Pool was not as big as pictured. I thought it would have been bigger as I saw it in the ad. That's all.

The hotel is conveniently located on the compound of Dolphin Mall. It is the ideal place to stay if you are on a shopping trip. Breakfast was available on the compound which I found to be very good and satisfying some persons say it is pricey but it is the same amount you will spend at the Starbucks in the mall where you get a pre-made sandwich heated up. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff and to the Bistro staff. The water in the shower was very refreshing especially after hours of shopping - one of the best showers I have ever had in a hotel. The room was also very clean and once you requested for it to be cleaned it was cleaned very well!

This is no fault of the hotel but unfortunately the smell of marijuana could be smelt in the corridor at times. Fortunately the scent did not come into the room.

The room was clean and a comfortable size. The pool area was relaxing. The location to the mall is excellent.

The laundry costs are expensive. The taxi driver connected to the hotel was nebulous about his rates for a tour to downtown Miami. He did not deliver according to the agreed tour yet required the full payment.

Very convenient with the mall next door! Love the breakfast option. The scale in reception is very helpful! Hot water in the shower worked really well!

The shampoo, conditioner and body wash labels are designed badly. If you look at them close up outside of the shower you can make the words out. Definitely not from above with the shower on. Ever worse if you are over 40 and need readers! Impossible!

The location is excellent, near the mall, with free parking. The gym is reasonable but could have a few more pieces of equipment. The lobby is comfortable to use the notebook and the staff is very nice. The cost benefit is a very good one.

The gym could have a few extra machines. The room is reasonable but, if you want a bit more space, the regular one would not be my choice again.

Staff was considered and friendly. They made us feel welcome and left us a personal note to make up for a mistake they made.

The room we reserved was given away because we arrived late, due to flight delays. We got a room with a bad aircon but we were so tired we just fell asleep.

Rooms were very comfy. Having the hotel in the mall's parking lot made it easy to get to and felt safe. Chocolate Chip cookies at the front desk were a FAVORITE Staff is super friendly, everything with a smile!

Having an option of breakfast included would be great.

Staff was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel and property very clean and well maintained. Parking was very convenient, and very close to the mall for many dining options. The hotel is very convenient to the Turnpike extension. We felt very safe here.

The elevator(s) leave much to be desired. Only one was operating, and it was amazingly and tremendously SLOW! Stairs did not offer access to the floors from inside, so stairs were not an option except when leaving. Also, the hotel is directly under the approach to Miami International, and aircraft were very loud. The rooms themselves are very soundproof, but be prepared for incoming aircraft while outside or at the pool.
