The Inn is quiet and the staff courteous. There is a pleasant atmosphere, including outside with ducks and occasional iguanas. Free Breakfast was a major feature, as well as being able to eat a delivered dinner in the dining room. The pool, the fitness room and the computer room all contribute to make this Inn special.

It would be nice to have some hooks in the bathroom and near the mirror to hang up clothes. Also, a lamp at the desk and another at the easy chair would be useful.

Landed in MIA Int'l Airport we made our way to the hotel after collecting our rental car. Hotel is only 20 minutes away and there is a car park in situ. Reception just in the main door with very courteous personnel. We checked in within few minutes. The corridor decor is a bit dated, the room is a bit better as decor goes but had 2 nice double beds and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast is available between 6 to 10 am which realle suits european as we were up really early due to the jet lag. Breakfast has a wide choice from hot to cold and also a pancake and waffle station that our kids loved as it was a make your own.

The decor would not hlbe my preferred choice but god value for money.

Breakfast was good. A nice selection. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean which is a key for me. The room had plenty of pillows, extra blanket and the iron worked.

The water pressure in the shower was weak and the temperature was warm at best., the hot tub outside the water was cold. I didn't like that you had to make a reservation to use the gym and only one guest was allowed I didn't have a set schedule to plan for that. I wish there was something for the evening to eat. Even if i had to pay, had to walk to the mall to get dinner.

It was nice and clean, breakfast was awesome! The lady at the check in, I didn't catch her name, but she was so helpful as I just had surgery and couldn't lift my arms.

The walls in the rooms needs touch up paint, and little dust along baseboards. But I doubt people look at that. I worked in property management so these little things I notice

Breakfast had a good variety of cold and hot items. Fresh fruit was available on a daily basis. The room had plenty of room, and a great outdoor pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will be visiting again this location next time I visit the area.

I wish there would be more pool towels available.

Only one entrance and also one road to get in which just so happens to be a one way so if you’re coming from the south, for example route 1, you have to circle ALL the way around or commit and illegal turn just to pull in to your hotel

The best hotel we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot. 2 things that aren’t always great we excellent at this Hampton the AC was so cold and perfect for us !! The shower pressure was also great. 2 things a hotel normally misses on. It was also clean and everything was great!

Breakfast open Until 10:00 am was good.

Water pressure was extremely low. Probably for cost savings for management. Was not appropriate for us. Should be guest comfort first. Also, pool should be open later for guests. 9:00 pm is not appropriate.

Very clean room and the bedding was very nice. Pillows and towels were nice.

The breakfast had a lot of items but not very tasty. Only the muffins were edible. The walls of the rooms were very thin. I could hear other peoples TVs and their dog barking as well as people talking in the hallways.

Breakfast and location. Also pool facilities where very good. Staff helpful

Carpets in hallways are a little rundown and have to ask for room cleaning and sometimes they forget to do it.
