Location and cleanness

I wasn't able to get my room cleaned on a daily basis.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. We like the location as it is close to the airport and the cruise terminal. The hotel offers a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and offers a shuttle to the cruise terminal. We like to arrive early evening and then cross the street to our favorite Cuban restaurant for a wonderful dinner. The hotel personnel have their act together, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning had a nice variety. The food was good for a hotel.

I can't think of anything that merits a dislike. We had no problems.

Location

I did not recieve room service and I was there for four days. I was told that house keeping came in to clean and nothing was done besides the garbage bag being changed. I waiting all morning until I had to leave in the evening and that’s when they must’ve came and didn’t tell me that they didn’t clean the room. I took pictures of where hair wasn’t swept up that was there prior and a stain of soap on the wall that wasn’t cleaned and couldn’t been cleaned.

The staff was excellent....... The hotel was very very clean on the inside and out... They're always somebody walking around picking up trash very nice very clean very friendly... The only thing was a few minutes that you have to either try or Uber to the beach but other than that the hotel was great....

That I had to Uber to those Beach es other times I was my hotel was like two or three minutes away from the beach but it was okay just had to Uber

I enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the hotel at no additional cost and the staff was very responsive when I pointed out my room was noisy due to the AC, they changed the room without hesitation. Once I could sleep quietly my stay was much better and comfortable.

I was placed in a room with a noisy AC the first night and didn’t get much sleep. The matter was resolved once I made a complaint the next day.

Location and friendly staff

Nothing, everything was great!

The front desk supervisor Sierra was so patient and helped me to resolve my issue at check-in. The staff were super friendly and acccomodated any request I had. Beds were super comfy....didn't want to leave!

The complimentary breakfast could have been alot better compared to other hotel chauns that offer the same amenity

Nice and clean hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the facilities were clean. The pool was small but a pleasant spot to hang out at.One highlight was Mr. M's sandwich shop. One word describes it best: DELICIOUS!

The location wasn't the best, and about a mile or more from restaurants. There was a small shopping square across the road.

I liked the location with close shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the interstate also. Spacious and clean rooms. The beds were very comfy and they had good pillows. We enjoyed breakfast as well.

With the room being so spacious the AC unit seems to have trouble keeping a nice even temp throughout. The mini fridge may have needed maintenance because we lost our stored food and ice cream.

Confort, location,

Staff at night was in a bad mood. Price was not equivalent from the treatment we received. And the shuttle was not working at night, which was not told in the beginning of negotiations. Besides, no flexibility to negotiate the extended time from plane arrival. I had to buy 2 nights, almost $500 and we slept 1.
