Location close to 81. Room clean and quiet. Close to food and gas. Loved the shower stalls. Staff was accommodating. I asked about staying back at this hotel on our return trip and was told to call from the road, give the information that we had stayed on Sunday. 7/31, and our information would be pulled up to confirm the reservation. That's a plus when one is traveling unknown roads.

I prefer a firmer bed, but was so tired from the drive, I hit the bed and slept for four hours.

The staff worked very hard to get us in our room early. We were going to the pickel festival up the road and they were very helpful to get us in early. Thank you so much 💓

The only problem we had was the pillows. We always bring our own whenever we stay at a hotel. Thank God we did because we would have gone out back to Walmart for new ones.

Traveling from upstate New York to North Carolina stoped half way this location was perfect a nice breakfast good variety nice to see employee kept everything clean and filled

Easy check in, elevator could be a little cleaner carpet needs cleaning and rooms painted but rooms where clean

Having a safe friendly place to stay with my pet. They are very kind to pets. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. One of the staff members her name was Empress was exceptional at greeting us and making sure we were taking care of.

I have no complaints.

The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and the pool was down for maintenance but the website didn’t say anything to this effect. We booked this site with the intentions to have our young child swim while visiting.

The breakfast staff was amazing!! Very attentive and made sure food was always available. Even offered to make our waffles! Made sure everyone eating knew where everything was located (butter cream cheese etc) and kept asking if we needed anything. Best customer service I have ever experienced ..even better than restaurants serving! Beds were very comfortable too!

This is not a complaint...only constructive criticism. Could use a little fresh paint or updating to make it look a little "cleaner" or fresh.

Thank you to the lady that came in and went above and beyond her job duty’s to make everyone a hot breakfast because if she hadn’t we would have had no breakfast

There was a small problem with the room we were assigned, so staff changed us immediately to a better room. Very nice and attentive staff. The bed was good. Friendly staff in breakfast room made us food even though we missed the deadline.

Grouting around jacuzzi moldie and carpet on 3rd floor getting off elevator frayed and all over appeared dirty. Staff at front desk super nice and helpful!!!

carpet in the rooms were starting to feel greasy, may be time to change them.
