When I first arrived in Sonesta, I wasn't sure what to expect. It looked quite clean and the staff were approachable for the most part. I did like this one guy, I can't remember his name. But, he was very courteous and respectful. His personally was like a lighthouse. He was there to guide you back to your hotel room and what ever else you wanted. The rooms were quite nice and the amenities as well. The work-out room was very quaint, but it worked. The pool was quite decent and at night while the rain poured down outside through the windows. If you were alone, it was another experience. I loved my stay here.

As great as my stay was. there were some issues. There was a rude lady, whose name I don't know. The town was a crappy overpriced area where you couldn't walk around for nothing. It terribly designed. Ubers were in short supply and took forever for a pick up. Although package deliveries were easy to get, amazon fresh wasn't an option in this area. Without a car, you will either walk to wendys or some local pizza place. Or rely on deliveries for food. What annoyed me the most, is that most of every person in that town that worked somewhere would guilt trip you into a tip just for doing their job. All the uber/lyft drivers, restaurant owners, etc would do this.

The hotel decor is beautiful and beds real cozy. The main lobby has a gas fireplace so relaxing. The eating area is very nice. Staff are so helpful. Would recommend this hotel to others as a great place to stay.

Even tho there is a place you can order breakfast it would bring in more guest if the hotel had hot and cold breakfast included in the price of their guest night stay.

Love our balcony and fresh air coming in our room most of the night! Then being able to walk out in the morning after a cup of hot tea to enjoy like being home!

Not being able to turn off the light on our balcony and more plugs to charge our phones and computers would be great! Fridge is small and it looks like is room for a bigger one under the cabinet. Would also love a faster or express check in without the all the hotel disclaimers when you arrive here.

The staff was overall terrific and very welcoming. Also, the person who ran the cafe/coffee bar was so lovely and a great ambassador for the facility. Both check-in staff members were great!

My room didn't get serviced fully. There might have been confusion, but I returned to the additional towels I asked for, but my bed did not get bed, etc. I left a tip on the bed which was still there so I assume there might have been some confusion?

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable room for an excellent price. It was convenient to have snacks for purchase at the front desk. There was a pizza place and gas station right across the road. I enjoyed the seating area to work and eat. I could park my car outside my room with a sliding door, so I could easily move my work supplies in and out without having to lug them all through the building. Exceeded my expectations. I plan to book here anytime I am staying in the area.

Convenient to the highway and our destination. It was modern and had many upgrades including the bathroom- beautiful waterfall showers.

Breakfast wasn’t included, not even continental. That would be nice. Plus the extra $100 fee that they charge as a hold while you stay there until you check out it makes it feel like they assume you are going to damage something.

We Loved that we could use the pool and whirlpool. Also the room was so comfy & clean.

Saturday when i went to check out of one reservation and into my next one the girl at desk did something really wrong with my card. Next thing I know fraud department was calling me. Couldn't use my card all weekend. Or even access my funds. This morning I call my bank & there is a hold on card. Said its been compromised and they have to issue a new card. What a huge inconvenience. But we still enjoyed are weekend & stay at hotel. Just wish she didnt make such big mistake. Tried telling her gentlemen from Friday night did everything but she didn't listen and I'm waiting on a new card!!

great indoor patio with fireplace and outdoor sitting with some rooms (ground floor) with direct access to it, nice efficient parking lot very ample, laid back staff welcoming, pool quiet full of natural light despite being indoor, large room and desks, plus relaxing sofa

no direct access from the patio to the pool have to circle all around it to enter by inside corridor

Loved how our room seemed to be soundproof. Didn't hear anything, that can remember from the hallway. The room was laid out nicely. The staff, the front desk was very pleasant.

Since we stayed for only one night, I wasn't really looking for any faults. Perhaps if my stay were extended I might have had time to pick on something, but, no, nothing was unpleasant.

Marilyn the coffee woman was very friendly. The staff was very accommodating. We would give you a very high rating for a clean relaxing Hotel
