The room is spacious and well-maintained, with a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. The hotel is in a fantastic location and offers convenient, free parking. Overall, a great stay!

The front desk experience felt impersonal, like dealing with a computer rather than people. After a long flight, I requested early check-in but was met with a rigid, generic response about policy, even though rooms were available. At 12:00, I repeated my request in person but was still told to wait until 13:00, with no flexibility. At check-out, I asked for a printed invoice but was told they couldn’t provide one because I booked through a third-party site. These interactions lacked any personal touch or flexibility, leaving a disappointing impression on my stay.

We had a great stay! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful The room was clean and had a microwave even though it said it didn't online. The plaza this hotel is located in was AWESOME... A dispensary, the BIGGEST package store I've ever been to, Aldi, and Burlington coat factory. You didn't have to travel out for anything you needed! The bar located at the hotel was cool, had a band Friday and Saturday. Get the fried pickles and sweet potato fries! We hit up the free breakfast both days which had an abundance of items. All the juice and hot beverages your heart desires! The hotel staff was very on top of keeping the area clean. All in all, we will definitely be back!!!!

There was no bacon at breakfast.

The staff went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant, starting from the moment I received my room key - when I was offered help with my luggage - to providing me some toothpaste when I ran out of my own- to letting me get a cup of tea before the breakfast service began. I will always be a Hilton patron and have high praise for this hotel in particular. It's the staff that make the difference. They seem to take pride. They exemplify the motto: "Class is a job well done!"

The modern paintings in my room are not among my favorites, but that is a minor thing and almost not worth mentioning. It would be nice to have tea as well as coffee in the rooms

I like the sleeping condition with the comfortable pillows and the cover. I feel like to buy a pair of pillows like yours. I like the breakfast. It is hot and nutritional. Cannot complain.

I wish we had a microwave oven and a fridge. I had a lot of leftovers from the restaurants and didn't feel like to throw them away. The food is costly now. I don't want to waste any. The hot water at the breakfast area was not hot enough. It might be OK in the morning, but the water was getting cold later in the day. It's not hot enough to make a cup of tea.

The Hampton Inn never disappoints. It's centrally located to the western suburbs of Boston and close to shopping, dining, and movie theaters. The sports pub on site at this property is a bonus with good food and lots of activity, but you can usually grab a spot at the bar even on game nights. It's easy access to the Mass Pike for airport travel.

The only downside is the bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner on move in.

Location was perfect for where we needed it. Breakfast was decent but the price we paid was a little much but we paid it. Staff was friendly and beds were comfy.

Not having a microwave in our room when it said we should have. When asked about it they said they didn't have a room left with one available in it.

I liked the staff, the room, the cleanliness of the place and the breakfast. I checked in late and found the front desk person to be very kind and professional. The breakfast and the dining area were the best I've ever encountered.

I found a spot to park but it was difficult. I know it was late but there were only a couple of parking spots available.

The hotel is located close to the major highways which makes it a quick detour to spend the night if you're traveling. The parking was convenient and the facility was very clean. Our room did not have a mini fridge in it when we arrived as we asked but they brought one up immediately. The room was clean and comfortable for our family. Overall a great stay!

I've always heard how wonderful the breakfast is at a Hampton Inn however I was not impressed. The standard cereal, coffee, juice and fruit but the bananas were ready to make banana bread. Yuck! The egg omelets were just frozen and reheated. The turkey sausage was less than stellar. The woman working at the breakfast area was lovely so no complaints there. The food quality definitely needs some improvement.

Clean, neat, quiet and comfortable. I liked the soap dispensers and the shampoo/conditioner and shower gel dispensers in the shower. The staff were all very friendly.

I wish there was a mini-fridge in the room as the ice bucket is quite small for something other than a bottle of wine/champagne.

I needed to be close to the Logan Express to take the very early morning bus to the airport, and this location was great. If I had had a car, I could have spent time at the Natick Mall, which is about 2 minutes away from the hotel, so if a traveler has wheels, the Hampton Inn, Natick is a perfect place to be.

There was no complimentary water in the room. That's it.
