We enjoyed our stay the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good too, we were able to find everything we would want in a breakfast. We liked that the Inn was pet friendly because we were travelling with a small dog. We appriciated the well-lit parking area because we felt safe when taking the dog to the designated pet area at night.

The only issue we had was that there is a small gap in the entrance door and there was a man sitting in a chair outside our room smoking a cigar. The smell of the cigar got in our room. Thank goodness he didn't stay out long.

The same breakfast every day! And this was my fourth time visiting the hotel and the hot tube is still broken. But why I didn’t like was the sign they put in telling the guest that the piece that was broken they can’t find it on Amazon, that was kind of sarcastic. The truth is that the hot tube is been couple years broken. The staff this time wasn’t that nice like the one prior

This location was a perfect stop for our family as we traveled from Maine to Long Island, then back to Maine. The suite we booked was perfect for our family of 5, and we particularly enjoyed the room's pull out couch area to accommodate our larger group. The pool was wonderful, and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel setting. All of the staff was friendly and the room, lobby, kitchen and grounds were all well kept, clean and nicely decorated. The location is easy to find for travelers. We have already made a reservation to be back! Thanks for a great experience.

Missed having microwave in room. Since there was still chill in air, would have been nice if 2 gas fireplaces, in lobby & bar/dining areas, were lit for ambience. Unfortunately, in Breakfast Room just before checkout, my wife spotted short, dark hair floating in cereal bowl. Both of us have white hair. She lost her appetite & didn't want anything else. She took photo of the bowl, if that would be helpful for Comfort Inn's review if you wish photo in an email. Prefers not to post it below

This hotel surpassed our expectations. We were looking for a pet friendly hotel with a reasonable pet fee. This hotel has separate pet-friendly rooms with exterior doors outside of the main hotel. Room was large, clean and bright. The staff was super friendly. They have a bar that was open when we arrived and Cracker Barrel is right next door. It has the feel of a resort.

Great location close to everything. Kids love the pools.

We have been staying here for the last few years when we come to visit family and the hot tub has not worked any of the times but has water in it. Been told they were waiting for a part. But I don't think it takes a couple years for a part to come in. Wish they had longer breakfast hours as when we were there even during the week the kids like to sleep in. Felt a bit rushed out of the breakfast area.

The hotel was very conveniently located to attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. It was clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the small sitting room as we had friends over for drinks before going out that night. The bed was comfortable, linens clean and fresh. Bathroom was average, our shower did have a crack, which did not affect the shower, but made it a bit less of a luxurious/spa feel. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast was poor to average. Offerings were limited at the last half hour of the breakfast time when we arrived. The waffle maker was very, very slow and in the end I could only get enough for a half of a waffle.

The bedroom is spacious, the sofa is stylish, the bed is great, the bathroom is great... the staff were smiling and very welcoming.. can't wait to stay there again. I really loved it. In recent years, Indians have been buying up all the hotels. Please do not sell this wonderful hotel of yours to Indians, we do not want to be exposed to the smell of onions in elevators and sleep in stuffy bedrooms. Merry Christmas

Staff was friendly and most helpful. Room was great. Breakfast offerings a bit on limited side (no adult cereals other than packaged oatmeal mix), but adequate. Hotel was a notch above what we have experienced in Comfort Inns previously.

See comment above about breakfast. Otherwise, everything was fine. Note that listing on booking.com indicated that breakfast was not included.
