Nice hotel in the heart of Kaysersberg. Second time we are staying here. Staff very helpful. Breakfast very good and a lot of different food to choose from. The homemade granola is a must!! WiFi everywhere and working well. Treatments possible bit we didnt have time for that.

Combination with the shower and the sink in the room is not the best idee. It was also a small odeur from the drain in the shower. No change of towels And theres only public parking, approx 200-250 m away

The staff are outstanding and (as this was our second visit) looked after us as if we were regular customers. The room was ideal and the location superb

It feels like the hotel needs a proper bar. The facility is more a drink that can be served in the breakfast room. If there was the facility to sit and read whilst enjoying a glass of local wine it would give reason to stay in, rather than always go out.

A very nice, modernized hotel, clean room, good ample breakfast, situated in the very center of the beautiful village.

The room is slightly smallish, especially as the tilted roof diminishes the space quite considerably. Also the bathroom is slightly smallish, with little/scarce space to keep your personal toiletry articles. Otherwise a very pleasant and well planned and functioning clean room.

great location, arrived late (10pm)and were warmly welcomed in and Albon (Italian gentleman) prepared us some soup, quiche and sausages for food as everywhere was closed nearby,

couldn’t fault the property, it’s just a choice thing, we had room 305 and it has a separate toilet, but the shower and sink are “open” in the room next to the bed. I’m just not a fan where the bathroom facilities are open and on show in the room, prefer them behind a door. other than that room very comfortable.

Great location, in the middle of the town, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was adequate for the most part and quiet, good water pressure for shower, bed was warm and comfortable for the most part.

Breakfast was just ok, small dining room and very over crowded, skipped breakfast on last day as didn't feel like fighting the crowds. Room was not warm due to the heating system not staying on. Had to constantly get up to turn the heater back on, especially during the night as the temperatures at night were rather cool with occasional rain.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Air conditioning was awesome. Super comfortable beds.

The breakfast set-up was AWFUL. Everything everyone wanted was crammed into one corner of the dining room causing a total bottle neck. The place needs 2 coffee makers in opposite locations. The coffee maker was super slow and there was a line for coffee all throughout breakfast (and occupancy was not even high!). All the diners were in each other’s way. It was bad.

the room was comfortable and clean, with a big comfortable bed. the AC was working and thankfully quiet. Breakfast was very good, but in a small room. Location is in the centre of town, nearest parking 100-150m away. friendly staff. would go again

The location was amazing!! Right in town, next to the square. Awesome!! After being at a hotel in Belgium, which placed us in the attic with no lift or airco, The KLE was wonderful!!

Location is excellent right in the centre of the city. Hotel provided me with a free parking spot in a short walking distance. Hotel seems pretty new and well designed/decorated. Hotel offers a restaurant/bar in addition to the morning breakfast. Elevator available.

The room was relatively small but especially the open bathroom space. However the most negative point was the smell that kept coming from the hydraulic tubing (sink or shower?). I meant to inform the staff but forgot when leaving. This should be fixed because it is truly unpleasant. Heating system took a while to raise the temperature.

Nice location. Clean and friendly staff. I smelled a very good bakery from the hotel restaurant early in the morning. I think the breakfast must be good. We had to catch the early bus at 5:50am so we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast maybe next time.
