The amenities are very near and easy to travel around KL via Monorail.

The room we stayed indicates multiple defects and was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilet (water and fungi).

Excellent room, breakfast, service Staff the restaurant were very good taking care of the guests well

Check in experience was horrible, waited for more than 1.5 hours No towels at the room and when called room service, they told wait for 4 hours or use bath robe to wipe off yourselves...never heard such a worse service from anyone in my life

We rented two bedrooms suite and it is very big. There were some compliments snacks and drinks. The location is good and breakfast was superb especially if you are a vegetarian. Very surprised when I been told 99% of the foods are vegetarian and I can enjoy most of the foods.

You need to pay for parking. The hotel a bit old and it needs some upgrades. Air conds was not cold enough

Locality, friendly & helpful staff especially Berjaya Cafe Mr James and Hotel Manager Ms Low Siew Peng, provided a lot of helps to me & my family and my sister family Club Premier room B1901 & B3219 are nice and comfortable 4 of us joined the Christmas Eve buffet dinner, I think is a success. Hotel Manager Ms Low came personally and with us the entire night, overseeing and ensure everything is in good order. She even help us to take family photo. Fantastic Hotel

The hotel is in a prime location which means u can walk to the pavilion mall and other malls around. The mall adjoining the hotel is affordable and lots of food options We were given a free upgrade and it was spectacular Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms The views are breathtaking Check in and out easy The breakfast even though vegetarian was amazing. We throughly enjoyed it especially the freshly made parathas and the yummy croissants

Paying 30 ringit for a lost room key The rooms although well maintained now do need to be redone. Its showing age and use Housekeeping is okay. I was not impressed

Breakfast was okay but would be nice to have more choices instead of just Vegetarian food.

check in Indian lady was not helpful and not smiling also mall no market and due to pandemic many stores were closed and A/C was either cooling or not cooling no temp. control and staff were smoking in service area of floor 19. breakfast were not as usual before 2020 and was vegetarian food only which was no variety and same food style everyday.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The views were amazing, as the windows were top to bottom transparent and facing the city skyline. Both bathrooms were included with bathtubs. And they were spacious too. And also included were daily breakfast buffet. Delicious spread. Overall a comfortable and great stay.

I didn't like how the elevators were not working smartly, even though there were 6 lifts, i felt that only 2 were working during peak hours. I stayed on the 41st floor, but going down the lift stopped on every level (quite annoying). *Only the lifts shoud be upgraded to smart process. In the room, there was an iron board, but no iron. And my sister's room water heater was spoilt on the 1st night, even though the switch was already turned on more than 15 minutes. (Next day was rectified) That's all.

Our premier room was big, clean and with couch, chair, working desk. Bathroom was nice and clean, with separate shower, WC and bath tub. All necessary amenities were provided. Complimentary chips, cookies and soya milk drink were for guests consumption. Room service was great. Near the monorail station which connectivity to other parts of the city. The Berjaya mall is next door with many restaurants.

The mattress in the room (2412) was not comfortable at all. It is in rundown condition and springs were poking in my back. The pillow was very thick and not as per my tastes. The bathtub was leaking and had to call room service to clean and mop the floor.

Foods delicious. Require more varities for breakfast buffet.

Check-in counter really suck. Last friday due to tight company event schedule, at 1pm I went to register &, being told room.x ready. I have no problem on this. At 4pm, i would like to collect room key & being told to queue up! Why should i queue at the same check in line whereby i have already register earlier! Luckily new staff(indian lady) managed to help me without queuing again.. honestly..this is the worst hotel service for check in / out i ever seen. Even 3 star hotel is doing much better than this hotel. Please tell ur counter staffs to improve their service & shows welcome face. Check in queue like helll😡 btw, my room water heater was not functioning at all.
