The room is very clean. The king size bed is super comfy! Love the toiletries too.

I was feeling a little unwell and didn’t want to walk out for breakfast. We went to the cafe within the hotel and was surprised that they had only set meals and some pastries, coffee, tea on the buffet lines. They offered eat all you can set meals. We tried 4 types and they were all awful. I actually asked if they could give me some pork/chicken porridge as I wasn’t feeling well. But the staff and kitchen crew said no - very rigid!

Everything about this stay was exceptional. Wifi was strong, allowing me to work without a hitch. Shower was warm Bathtub was wonderful

When the do not disturb sign is on the door, it means do not disturb. I work through the night, and sleep during the day. Was woken up every day because staff called my room to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was sleeping, and recovering from a cold. If I wanted my room cleaned, I'd have removed the DnD card, filled out the card that requested cleaning, or called the front desk. Do not disturb means do not disturb, and calling a room is very disruptive.

A big shout out to the staff at Double Tree Hilton Zhongshan! My partner and I were there for 5 nights. One night, we spilled a glass of water on the bedside table. And in our frantic hurry, used a bunch of tissues to wipe the table and our electronics/ personal belongings dry. We had 2 small rings, which we accidentally threw into the bin with the wet tissues. We spent quite a long while searching for them, after the housekeeping came. After much thoughts, our last bet was, could they be in the tissues? We asked the staff for help with description of the items etc. When we came back to the hotel in the evening, the concierge immediately said they found them! Nice, clean and safe in a double tree envelope. We really appreciate what they did, it meant searching through the trash etc. And of course, felt silly that we were so careless. A huge huge thank you to Cindy from housekeeping, Tina and teresa too! Now, this is exceptional!

Great service at the front desk, everyone is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious. We booked 2 corner rooms which shared a main door. Once locked, the entire space is ours :) Perfect for family. Location is less than 5 mins walk away to Zhong Shan station, shopping malls and lots of food.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very straightforward to walk there from Taipei train station so getting to and from the airport express train is easy without having to change to MRT line. The nearest MRT is Zhongshan station which is the green line and it is easy to get to most places on this line. There are many restaurants next to it and the major shopping area is just a 5 min walk. Check-in is very easy and the front-desk staff could not be more polite. The room is very spacious and I like Crabtree and Evelyn bath products. I will stay here again next time I go to Taipei.

Property was modern and clean, lots of places to sit and relax. Rooms were spotless, beds so so comfortable! Lots of amenities, amazing gym. Bar is small but comfortable. Staff are all amazing and friendly. Right next to Taipei Main Station so good transport links.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was punctual and the staff was kind and polite. There is a coffee machine provided in the room. Overall the facilities are very well provided in the room with USB ports as well. The front office staff were very helpful in providing us information and directions to local food places. Location is easy to locate about 200-300m walk from Zhongshan MRT station. There are many taxis and nice cafes around the hotel as well.

We have got a free upgrade on our room upon arrival, that was surprised! From the moment we check-in at the front desk until the minute I leave the hotel, I felt comfortable with their genuine services. Bedding was comfortable, ambience in the room was great, we stayed at the front corner at 8th floor, which provides great scenery of Taipei City (ZhongShan District). It was indeed a very convenient neighborhood and easy travel spot for tourists. Recommended to include breakfast in the booking, attentive staffs in the restaurant, breakfast taste good (I personally prefer English Breakfast selection)! We could order based on our preferences on breakfast. Will definitely return to stay again!

The bathing area tiling is not easy-dry type, so it caused a little damp even after an overnight. There is no ventilation fan at pantry/vanity area, not even inside the bathing area, so I was kinda worried it may trigger the smoke alarm after hot bath. The surfaces of these wooden carpentry has damp defects (I guessed it caused by the humidity/the vapors from the bath) which may caused uneasy feelings to guests. I hope the hotel management team will look into these mentioned concerns.

Great location with walking distance to MRT & plenty of eateries/shopping mall. Room is very clean and comfortable. We experienced earthquake while staying at the hotel. Information was broadcasted to room PA and well handled by staff.

The hotel is easy to reach by train, surrounded by plenty of good restaurants. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful and they even let me to store my luggage 3 days prior to my check in! There are 2 selections of breakfast and I chose Asian breakfast with congee. The amount of side dish just for the congee is insane, and all dishes are really good.
