Highly recommended! Great location, near all the major tourist attractions you will want to visit. There’s a small parking lot (you first need to check in at the hotel, and they will open the gate that has the name of the restaurant on it; it’s a bit narrow, but we managed to park there fine but you need to book it in advance). So, it’s best to park by the hotel on the street when you arrive, take the bags out of your car (you’ll need to climb some stairs with those), check in, and then park and forget about your car whilst you’re in Tallinn. The staff was top notch and everyone spoke excellent English. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We were very happy with it. The beds were great, we slept very well. We used the laundry service as we are travelling through the Baltic states for a few weeks and everything went well. The breakfast buffet was also very good. There’s not a huge choice but just enough to please everyone and the food quality was really good. We didn’t try the spa nor the restaurant for dinner. Extremely happy 👌

Great location in the heart of the old city. The staff are personable, helpful and knowledgeable and the bar is nice. Breakfast is heavy continental buffet style and they can also make eggs or omelettes. The restaurant was booked so we did not try it but there are many other good restaurants close by.

Duvets are too hot for me although my spouse loves them. There was no sheet under the duvet so I had to sleep on top of it and use a bathrobe as a light cover. This was less than comfortable. Please, use a sheet so hot blooded people like me can chose not to use the heavier bedding.

Great location, nicely appointed rooms, friendly staff, lovely pool/sauna.

We had a slightly bumpy start having booked two Executive Double Rooms with Courtyard View (including a sofa bed). On this occasion we required use of the sofa bed but were provided a room with a single arm chair only. Karl (I believe the Manager on duty) was incredibly professional and provided several options and this was resolved for the second night of our stay onwards. I did notice some nasty looking mould on the shower head and tiles in the bathroom which was not what I'd expect in a hotel of this calibre.

I had an excellent room on the 5thh floor with a super large and comfortable bed and spacious practical bathroom. Both had large windows that opened (always a bonus in this vacuum packed world!). The hotel spa was off the scale magnificent & highly recommended.

The decoration of the room was a little bland for a 5 star hotel. A shame there were no black out blinds in the room when it is never dark in the summer. The hotel facilities like the bar, lobby area and restaurant are on the small side - felt more like a Parisian hotel not a 5 star city hotel.

The decor, location, and value for money are massive positives. The barman (apologies, we didn't catch his name but he served us the evening of 5th May) was particularly memorable for exceptional service! Always available, welcoming, intuitive,professional, and knowledgeable, (plus makes a mean cosmopolitan cocktail!). The hotel has a beautiful mixture of old and new, we had a very comfortable stay. My Husband loved that the room included a 'pillow menu' and this is of no extra cost to the guest. Not to mention the spa is a lovely bonus! Unfortunately we were not staying long enough to try the restaurant, but it looked fabulous!

For a 5-Star hotel we expected a better quality iron and hairdryer.

The room was very comfortable, the location was exceptional, the spa was good!

Very annoying that the spa was not available until 3pm. If you do not manage to get into the spa after check in, you would be extremely disappointed to not be able to use the facilities in the morning. We tried to access the spa after breakfast only to find out it is not available. when you are looking for a spa hotel, this is not what you want.

Excellent location in the heart of old town in Tallinn and very quiet rooms. We had balcony (tiny) room, but it was so nice to open it and get fresh air in even in October 2023 when it was -2C outside. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had good choice and plenty there.

Staff at breakfast looked a bit scared unless they were all new staff. Enjoyed the subtle music while eating breakfast. First day we had breakfast menu on the table, but second day it wasn't there and we noticed you had to ask if you wanted to order it.

nice rooms with very comfortable beds; excellent location; good breakfast, very good dinner at the Tchaikovsky restaurant (albeit with very mediocre service); beautiful spa;

service was not really up to the standards of a five star hotel (e.g. drinking water not refilled every day; dirty cutlery from the day before not removed from the room during cleaning); most of the staff (with notable exceptions such as the bartenders at the lobby bar who were excellent) was either detached or simply unpleasant; it's certainly not only an issue of cultural differences as we've had excellent service all over the Baltics (including Estonia) except for the Telegraaf

Very welcoming staff and service! Very good breakfast. Located right in the old city center, but with excellent sound isolation for such a location. The rooms are very well cleaned, and the "pillow menu" is a lovely detail.

As a minus, I would say the ventilation in the bathroom isn't very good, resulting in some odor. The water in the pool is great for refreshing, but during cold weather, I'd prefer the jacuzzi to be warmer.

Spa and pool were a nice extra, I was lucky to use the pool and sauna when it was not crowded, as it is quite small. Good public transportation and easy to get to and from airport on bus. Check-in was a good experience with very helpful introduction to the hotel and the hotel services. I had a lovely light dinner at the bar, with exceptional cocktails. The staff made a single traveler feel welcome.
