Loved everything about this small hotel. Very friendly helpful staff, fantastic location, warm, clean and quiet. Beautiful decor. Good breakfast. Staff are happy to hold luggage on day of departure. There is a small kitchen you have access to on the 2nd floor with large area to sit in as well. Outside terrace too but we didn’t use it because of the snow! Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Lovely historical ambience, large room, toiletries, comfy bed and pillows, tv, fridge, supermarket around the corner, lovely common room with sun balcony. 2 minute walk to old town, tram stop to go to the bus station, loads of restaurants nearby, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the Old Town near Viru Gate but it is just a 2 minute walk to City Hall and all the attractions. The location is perfect and quiet at the same time making it perfect for a good night sleep away from the loud late night bars and karaoke. The hotel is charming and full of character. The first floor kitchen is providing all you need for a coffee or tea or something you want to buy from a 24/7 Supermarket around the corner 1 min away. A recent review mentioned loud music on weekends from the club ? There is no club around the hotel or noisy areas so I don't understand the review..

The location is excellent if you're wanting to tour Tallinn's Old Town. The main staff person, Maria, is a real plus... very friendly and helpful, with recommendations of what to see and where to get grocery and pharmacy items.

The room we had was listed as a Superior Double, yet it was small and had a thin foam rubber mattress on the bed. There is no elevator, so if your room is on the second or third floor (as ours was) it's a long haul to get your suitcase up there, and there are no bell hops! Parking and breakfast are not included in your room price, but are available at an additional cost.

The place is tidy, clean well organized, room almost like big hotels, soap and paper are available, good TV, the place is originally part of the old city building with some smell of the history of Tallinn, the codes of the doors are fine and their is a reception person who you refer to in a designated hours during the day, so that was fine also

There is no small water bottle like normal hotels, but I knew from other friends who went to other places that the situation is like this in most of Estonia hotels, as the water in the taps are clean and we can drink it. But what was missing from my opinion is a cattle and some packages of tea and coffee and some sugar. it cost nothing and very important for any visitor

Very quick check in, excellent reception by both Xenia and Maria. Spotlessly clean, very nice salon with a kitchenette, if you do not take their breakfast you can make it here. The hotel is just outside the city walls, which means that it does not get all the tourist traffic, and yet you are in Old Town in 2 minutes. There are restaurants and supermarkets around.

Our second room, which we booked through Booking.com was in the attic, with a very slanted roof, which did not feel comfortable because one of us could always bang our head against the ceiling. Being a basic room it also does not have a fridge, and wifi was very spotty, mostly not working. This did not happen in our first room on the second floor.

Fantastic value for money. The location is ideal, right in the old town, close to all the transport connections, 100m away from a 24/7 shop. Outside of reception hours, fully online checkin is available (all doors open with codes). The room has a fridge, full-sized wardrobe, a desk - the amenities actually not present in some much more expensive hotels :) The bed was large and comfortable. Generally this hotel is great for longer stays, e.g. because your clothes actually fit in the wardrobe and you don't have to live out of your suitcase.

A bit tired, not fit for someone looking for high-end experience, but it's really cozy and comfortable.

I had room 23 on the first floor, it's giving directly onto a big living-room / kitchen area for guests, I guess this could be a problem if some guests use it and are noisy but it was not the case when I was there. Also, the windows are doubled and apparently thick, as we can't even hear the church bells when they ring! so well protected from outside noises. Bed could have been a bit more comfy to my taste but that's personal. Lots of mirrors in the room, which is great! Location is obviously amazing, close to the bus stop to the airport, close to the ferry harbour walking, in the old town, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The lady with the glasses is super nice and helpful, very much appreciated! Easy to leave luggage after check-out.

The location was at the gateway of the old town - Perfect The apartment window looked out into the carpark, so we could always see our car. The upstairs dining room was great. They also had a balcony but it was too cold (late November) so we didn't get to try that. A huge wetroom / bathroom

The actual location was difficult to get to by car, we kept getting disoriented on the busy roads and losing our way many times. The Hotel was tucked away in a small corner and was difficult to find until we practically fell on top of it. Roadside signage would help here. We weren't aware of any coffee / tea facilities until the evening of the second day (there were none in the room), but when we were told about the upstairs dining area, we were happy. It was so comfortable and quiet we even went there to watch some films on our laptop.
