The room was nice and quiet, thou quite small. Free toiletries included only combined soap/shampoo, which was bad for hair (bring your own shampoo!). Breakfast had lots of options, and coffee/tea were available 24/7 at the reception. Public transport to the center (Viru keskus) leaves in front of the hotel and takes only few minutes, tram is walkable (7 minutes) which takes you to city center or to the airport.

Pillows were horrendous, hard as rock, totally unuseable! Bed was really hard (which I didn't mind, but my daughter did).

The room was nice and spacious. I liked that there was coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby. The hotel is very well located in the city center and offers a perfect breakfast, great selection of sweet and savory food. I really like it!

When I checked in, the receptionist told me almost no information, I had to find it all myself on Booking's Q&A. The next day, when I was having a cup of coffee at the reception, I noticed that his colleague had given completely full information to the other guests who had just checked in. I think that all receptionists should give the same information to their guests.

The room is small and feel so dark, need to clean better the bathroom because look like the humed is destroy in the details.. and makes you feel like if they don't clean that much... They have a bottle with gel shower but was enty and even when they clean the room you never saw the refil... I mean I always have my personal stuff with me but was the same case with hands gel so... I don't know oohh and you don't have where you put your clothes and in winter that is a mess

We arrived at the hotel early before 9am and asked the hotel staff whether we can stay in the lobby until check-in. He kindly checked my reservation and told us that they can already let us into the room. We were really impressed and we really appreciate his flexibility, thank you so much!!! To be honest, my mother was exhausted by the long travel from Japan on that day and thanks to the staff, we could get unbelievably good and unexpected rest at the hotel. He really made our day, and overall stay in Tallinn was great too because of that! We had sauna in the room and it was very good. Everything was simple and eco-friendly design and we liked it a lot. The cake in the breakfast was also yummy. All the staff including kitchen are very friendly and nice.

The hotel is perfectly located: 10-15 min walk to the downtown, 5 min to the coach station, 5 min taxi ride to the airport. Rooms are recently renovated (at least looks like it) and have everything you need: minimalistic yet functional. The breakfast is really nice, with lots of options for everyone.

Something is seriously wrong with running water. This may be not the hotel's problem but the city-wide one; however, the water contains a lot of either chlorine or something else which causes your skin to itch and redden. There is also some kind of residue or sludge in the tap water that makes one uncomfortable with drinking it (although the hotel promotes drinking tap water in rooms). I would seriously recommend not to drink tap water and spend as little time as possible in the shower.

Overall I love this hotel! I stayed there many times. Location is fantastic for me - walking distance (in good weather) from airport, Ulemiste shopping mall and bus terminal. Hotel seems to me new, clean, very comfortable. It meets all my needs. 24h reception (I often arrive in the middle of the night or leave at 4 am), always warm and cosy inside, free coffee/tea/water. Free internet. Good mattress and pillows. Very well working shower. Temperature in the room is always appropriate. Breakfast is a separate topic. Large choice of all kind specialities - salty, sweet, fruits etc. My kids love it! There is a good restaurant inside the hotel as well as in the neighborhood.

This time I was missing the bed table, at least a small one to place mobile phone and hand cream and some chair to put all our clothes.

The room was spacious and clean. I requested a quiet room as I'm sensitive to noise and the room I was given was lovely and quiet. The staff were very helpful and helped me store luggage. Convenient location for going to the bus station.

Minor point but I brought 2 adapters from the UK that I've used in hotels all over Europe and this was the first time that they didn't fit any of the sockets around the beds because of the way they're built into the wall. I eventually realised that there was one regular one by the doorway presumably for the vacuum for the cleaning staff so I ended up sitting over there to straighten my hair, which wasn't ideal but at least something!

- best location to the central bus station and to the old city (you can take easily the bus 67 or 23 which run every 5-10 min, 2 stops and you are in the old city) - very nice facilities of the hotel to their guests (free coffee/tea/hot milk/water) - nice colors of the room (dark green and gray) - good and rich breakfast - relaxing atmosphere - books, toys for kids which are very helpful for little ones who always want to play - very good staff (ladies are always on duty) - shoe cleaning machine👌 - bolt service cheap and easy For my opinion, it is one of the best hotels there to stay for short or long break in the Tallin. Everything was perfect 🥰 They take care for a little detail to make your stay nice and comfortable. Thank you!

The hotel is modern and stylishly designed, with a unique flair. The staff is very friendly, always smiling, and ready to help, which was a delight. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and quiet, adding to a feeling of safety. The room was impeccably clean! While some might find the mattress a bit firm, I found it very comfortable. The room also has air conditioning. Although the breakfast area is small, the breakfast itself is excellent, offering a good variety of hot and cold dishes, vegetables, and fruits. Additionally, coffee, tea, and water are available in the lobby at any time. The hotel is a bit further from the old town/center, but it's an easy walk. There are also bus stops right outside, making it convenient to travel to and from the city center.

I don’t have any major complaints, but there are a few minor suggestions for improvement: I was disappointed that the room did not have proper glasses, and instead, the staff only provided single-use paper cups, which isn't very sustainable. Additionally, the bathroom sink was extremely narrow, making it inconvenient as water splashed everywhere. I appreciate that the single-use shower gel and shampoo have been replaced with refillable dispensers, but not everyone prefers to use them. There was also no shelf in the shower to place personal items. Lastly, it would be great to have more hangers available in the room.

I travelled by bus, which is why I chose the hotel. It is very close to the bus station, you can easily walk there even with a big suitcase like me. The room was nice and spacious, spotless.

The shower door was not the most logical solution in my opinion but it didn't bother me much. The girl at the reception seemed to have a very bad day. I hope she can smile at least sometimes but at me she didn't. I did not feel very welcomed but that's alright, I just stayed for one night. Also, the staff at the reception would need a stricter dress code. They really didn't look good in hoodies and faded loose t-shirts...
