A lovely 'family-feel' hotel with a great spacious room and nice buffet breakfast. A great location too, right opposite Freedom Square and close to the Old Town. However, what makes this hotel truly stand out is the exceptional level of customer service. Early in the visit, my wife had an accident and this necessitated staying additional nights due to her immobility. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly supportive. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Ellina was very efficient at checking us in and then after the accident, she was very supportive in a practical way. However, I must mention, in particular, the support of Alonja and Andrei. Their level of professionalism, kindness and support was unbelievable - they really did go 'above and beyond'. We will always be extremely grateful. For us, this is the number one hotel in Tallinn. If you are looking where to stay in Tallinn, you will not regret booking here - truly outstanding.

Nothing at all. Everything was better than expected. There is absolutely nothing to criticize. The Palace Hotel is a credit to the Radisson Group and the amazing people who work there.

The location was really good, pretty much across the road from old town. Breakfast had a great selection of food. I loved that you could use the pool, sauna etc without additional charges. And the little bag of sweets on arrival for Christmas were so sweet. I will be staying again. Also the hotel smelled like mulled wine which I was obsessed with 😍

Hard to fault anything. The only annoyance was you can hear people slamming their doors and it also rattled my door when they did. But I am just sensitive to noise especially bangs, so not a big deal

My wife and I had a great stay here, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was big and comfortable, and there is a lot of natural light. It is really close to the centre of Tallin, maybe a 5min walk, and the breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choice. There are spa type facilities on the bottom floor with a small pool, a jacuzzi and sauna, it is included in the price of the hotel and we used it one afternoon, nice and relaxing. The bus connection to the airport is really close (a 1min walk). Overall it was a really nice stay, with kind staff and at a great location. If I go back to Tallin one day, I will be staying here again.

The only thing I could mention (and this is more of a suggestion than a complaint) is that there could have been a bit more choice of fresh fruit for breakfast, they had fruit cocktail, but it had really bitter grapefruit in it which ruined the taste of the other fruits (at least for me). Apart from that, everything was really good.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I'm not sure what mattress they use but it was a dream. The room is a decent size and the shower pressure was good. Black out blinds were good for the white nights in summer. Location is super handy for going to/from the airport and you just need to cross the road and you're in the old town. I would say this is better than staying in the old town itself because you avoid the cobbles with your suitcases and it's handy for getting buses/Bolts.

Parking while easy is relatively larger added expose (€21 pet night, total was 35% more than if we'd stayed without a car). If you stay somewhere farther out this isn't an cost But if staying here then you dont need a car in the city. So if you're flying in and staying here, and want to rent a car to drive somewhere after, I recommend waiting until you are leaving Tallinn to rent it

Room was great. Stylish, comfortable and well designed. Breakfast was lovely, great choice and good quality. The pool and spa are really good, tasteful space and great way to start the day. The location was perfect, just on the edge of the old town. Nice quality drinks from the bar and wonderful staff throughout.

It was really no problem, but breakfast was really busy at the weekend if you arrived at peak time, the very accommodating staff struggled to seat everyone and keep us with the demand of topping up the coffee machine etc.

For me, the most important positive factors were: (1) the friendliness of personnel (2) facilities to relax (spa) (3) seamless service like no lines to breakfast or reception. In all these dimensions Palace Hotel Tallinn exceeded my expectations.

There is nothing really that I didn't like. For the price we paid, it was a perfect hotel. Just an observation: I found that the breakfast was a bit simpler than in other 4-stars hotels in Tallinn. But we've got everything that we usually eat, all must-have items were available. Besides, the breakfast service was excellent. In general, the customer service in this hotel is wonderful.

We chose this hotel first because we were looking for something close to the old city and with a free spa, as we know that the weather outside might not be very good, and also because it was the only one in our search that had more positive reviews than negative ones. We visited Tallin to celebrate my birthday and my husband's birthday. The hotel is close to everything, and we did all the tours on foot, without the need for a bus or taxi. The spa is open until 10pm at night so after a tiring day it was great to be able to relax in the pool. All the staff were friendly, from reception to the breakfast staff, always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to the breakfast management who surprised me with a cake on the morning of my birthday. It was a very kind gesture. The rooms are clean, the pool area is pleasant, and there are many options for breakfast. Thank you everyone, we had a great stay.

Wow, a brilliant hotel. The staff were excellent, they were friendly. They also had a "can do" attitude. They also were very respectful which is a credit to the hotel. The room was excellent. Comfy beds and good ammenities. The house keeping was very good. The rooms are clean and tidy. The meals were very good and breakfast was brilliant. Such a good variety of food...the bacon was very nice to see on the menu! Location is perfect for tourist to see the Old town as it is virtually at the front door. One of the better hotels I have stayed at. I certainly felt at home!

A great place to stay in Tallinn. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of food and drink. The gym is well equipped, but the best part was the fantastic spa facilities. There is a large swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, as well as a standard sauna and a steam sauna - we used these every day of our stay! The hotel is also a few minutes walk to the old town square so a great location.
