We have stayed in this hotel for several times now but this time we had an early check out and when we asked about breakfast boxes then a staff member kindly wrote down a note and when our 5 year old asked what will be in the box and also asked if there is any sweets then the lady in the front desk gave her a little wink and said that she will make sure that there is a little surprise for her. And when our alarm went off at 3:30am then the first thing she said was that let’s go and have some sweets for breakfast…little things that made our early morning hassle-free!! Thank you and we will see you again.

The location is perfect for travellers!Just minutes walk from Tallinn's main attraction points, and also bus and train stations are close, if you want visit nearby cities.City bus communications are also close, and efficient to reach parts of the city, if you are in a rush. The hotel itself is well maintained, staff friendly and helpful, rooms are quiet. cosy, very tidy and has a lovely lightning ideas. Breakfast was amazing, wide choice and really tasty.Perfect for quick morning bite, or full meal. Sauna and jacuzzi it's just what exactly you need to relax, after all day traveling. Quiet background music makes breakfast and spa experience even better.

All i wanted that Spa working time could be a bit longer, because time flies when you relaxing.

Great hotel, had a totally lovely stay. The room was big, a lot of smart lighting options. Especially loved the bathroom design, which also had interesting lighting options, also on the mirror. An option to unlock the door with your phone, which was new to me. Good central location, quiet street. The staff was nice. Amazing breakfast! Really enjoyed it every morning. A wide range of salad options, from fresh vegetables to pickles, including fruit salad as well. Cheese, meat, fish, spreads, eggs, a lot of hot dishes, sweets and amazing pancakes! Even had sparkling wine, beer and my favorite: tomato juice with Tabasco! The coffee was great. Spa and gym available. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

You should put up signs in the spa that tells people to shower before they use the spa. Not nice to see people just getting in the spa in there swim suits dry and dirty...

The main advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very near many of the main attractions, including the old town, while also being on a quiet street. The room was OK, with a decent size and a comfortable bed. There was a kettle in the room, which was great. Breakfast was fine, but some improvements are needed (see below).

There seemed to be a lack of sufficient staff. I noticed that there was noone at the reception desk at certain times, even though the door to the hotel was open and unlocked. This could be a security risk, and does not add to a feeling of comfort particularly for females who are traveling solo, such as myself. Breakfast was OK, but not the fantastic affaire others have been writing about. For example, the supply of fresh fruit was not brilliant. The variety of bread was minimal and the orange juice was, frankly, undrinkable.

The <<Hestia Hotel Kentmanni>> is well located, about 1 km south of the Old Town of Tallinn. There are also many bus and tram stations close to the hotel [< 1 km], which makes it easy to visit other attractions outside the city center (e. g. Lahemaa National Park, Kadriorg Palace). In general the hotel is really good, offering a delicious, divers breakfast [I strongly recommend the tomate cream and sweet stuff!], a Spa and a fitness room. Also [our] room was pretty big, esp. the bathroom.

It can be seen (partly) that the interiors of the room are already older. Speaking for myself, the mattresses were to hard. The bathroom, that was pretty big, seemed a bit 'cold' and empty. Unfortunately, the drain (of the washbasin?) also smelled unpleasant at times.

The roofs at the top with balcony were very charming with a bench on the panorama glass to just gaze into the night while reading a book. The breakfast is up to a very high standard and the location of the hotel itself is just perfect to be at the freedom square in around 5 minutes and it is also very fast to get to from the airport. There are great restaurants around as well as massage places.

The following point is more about giving a direction for expectation of spa: Personally I am used to middle european term spa which means an area you can really relax. The hotel is family friendly which is great but not if you want to relax in silence after sauna or read a book. There are no massages or treatments offered. Therefore personally I find the term “Spa Hotel” a stretch. It is a great hotel but not for spa.

Convenient location on a quiet street (US embassy is on the other side of street so much of street is blocked from car traffic). However the old town is just 500 meters away and the business center is also within walking distance. Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities and nice spa area included in the price. Overall of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Tallin this place was probably best value for money.

I could consider giving nine or even ten points if it wasn’t the horrible coffee. Coming from Finland I’m not particulary picky when it comes to coffee but this stuff was just awful. However, otherwise the breakfast is perfectly ok.

Nice hotel with cozy small spa and very nice breakfast.

Parking on site costs 25 Eur per day, which is ridiculous. Literally on the next street around the corner you can park car for 3.49 per day. Just download app- Barking and it will find available parking near you.

Quite new and beautiful facilities, from the lighting in the bedroom to the SPA area. Hearty and delicious breakfast until 11:00am everyday, which is nice to have time to enjoy the gym before. Quiet area for a good rest.

We arrived with backpacks, which seems to have bothered the receptionist. Or at least she didn’t seem to believe we had a room in such a nice hotel with our looks. She asked twice to confirm ID and also wanted to see the name on the card for the minibar (even though the full price of the night was paid), which she didn’t ask the couple before us. This made us feel unwelcome. Otherwise, 5 stars for this hotel.
