We got given an upgraded room and it was spacious. Location of the hotel is convinient, it stays among others hotels at this area. Breakfast was sufficient, but no so varied as at Raddison Blue. There was pancakes which you need to wait and before a half of hour the staff stopped cooking it so you need to take it in advance. The spa was great. It’s titally the same as it shown at the pictures. The sauna with salt was relaxing. And the spa is available not only for guests. It wasn’t crowded on Sunday midday. The parking is available at the garage, open parking area behind and in front of the building. It’s also public paid parking. We paid for the whole period at the hotel, but we get parking warning. The hotel staff was helphul, and mentioned that sometimes it happend, so we shouldn’t be worried. But it seems that here is some trouble of communicating between hotel and parking inspectors. Meanwhile there is cheaper parking in 2 blocks.

The staff at the breakfast area started clearing the dishes from the buffet half an hour before the end of breakfast. I couldn’t cut cheese. The restaurant at the hotel had terrible service and food wasn’t tasty. I totally not recommend it, even the weather outside is rainy and windy.

Best price in town for Genius Traveller. You will get experience of small Spa for the price of Bed and Breakfast. Really good breakfast for four star hotel. It is nice that you can choose between different price packages (quite often I leave at 6 am, without breakfast) It is nice bonus to have bathtub 🛁 in any room.

Outmanned reception (most of them trainees), maybe self check-in could be a good resolution for that problem. But it is hard to implement for such big chain like Radisson. No extra administror/concierge, as it was before. They combined two hotels under one roof, so it is a lottery to have either smaller room in new SPA" part (easer access, but less comfortable rooms), or bigger room in older but still fresh and tide conference hotel (in our room there wasn't any fridge).

This is a great hotel if you're looking for a longer stay and also want access to both a gym and a pool. The location leaves a bit to be desired, being 10+ minute walk away from the Balti Jaam Turg (Baltic Station Marketplace). I say that as a negative because there are actually many other places closer than this place is. The spa & pool are great for relaxation and while busy, aren't excessively busy. We were in a great room because it faced Vanalinn yet was on the highest floor that minimized traffic noise. There are large windows for lots of natural sunlight. I also liked how the hotel's first floor lobby is half empty -- like a ghost hotel. You walk past multiple restaurants and front desk areas that are simply not serviced by any staff.

The hotel is dated. The rooms, carpets and furniture look "old."

January 2024

The room was very spatious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was very warm, which at this time of year was nice. The SPA area I was a little bit disappointed with - I was hoping to be able to swim a little, however the pools are more suited for relaxed lounging around nad fun for the kids. But I am not complaining too much - it was nice to warm up in the multiple pools, all of different temperatures, after a whole day of exploring the city (at temperatures below -20C in January.....brrrr). The saunas are also very nice (a choice of a traditional hot sauna, salt sauna and aromatherapy). It's great that you can buy single day access to the pools, saunas and gym for 10 EUR if you don't have it included in your room rate. The best thing about the hotel is probably the LOCATION. It's a short walk from the Old Town (500m), and less than a 1km to all of the viewing platforms on Toompea Hill with the most beautiful view of the city (it's all so close, that it's a great chance to go up to these platforms to see the sun rise over the old architecture - amazing!).

Don't expect to be able to do some laps in the pools, just take a chance to relax. As always don't trust wide-angle pictures in hotel galleries too much ;) In the winter, because of the quite intense heating and impossibility to open a window, the air in the room gets very dry. Pack extra eye drops, especially if you wear contacts, because your eyes might feel a little more dry than usual.

When we arrived, we had a few queries and questions that we wanted addressing. We spoke to the front desk, who were amazing (all members of the front desk had exemplary customer service) who then directed us to speak to the general manager, Toma. There are no words to describe how truly amazing Toma was. She spent time listening to our feedback and our questions and dealt with everything immediately. Our stay was incredible and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Any issues that we had were dealt with immediately. My advice would be that if you need to ask a question or you have a problem, just deal with it in a mature and compassionate way with the front desk and/or managers and you'll be fine.

- The value for money was astounding: the price of the room included unlimited access to the SPA and Aqua Center which we enjoyed a lot! The price was the fairest possible considering all the services that the hotel offered - Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The room was tidied and cleaned every day to a great standard - The position was great, close to public transport, 15 minutes walk from Balti Jaam and Telleskivi Creative City - Quite useful to have a café inside the hotel - Check out at 12noon instead of 11am like most hotels we stayed in in the past

We found ourselves in need of a few items (e.g. internal tampons, hot water bottle, scissors) but unfortunately the reception wasn’t equipped with them / couldn’t provide them to us. Not a real downside as all was fine in the end! We enjoyed our stay a lot and can’t fault anything but very minor things.

I had the pleasure of staying at this modern building and it exceeded my expectations in every way. I reserved a room on the top floor with a stunning view of the old city, and the location was incredibly convenient, with the old city and public transport connections just a short walk away. The check-in staff were attentive and made me feel very welcome. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide selection of delicious options. Although I didn't have the chance to dine in the on-site restaurant or try out the swimming pool (which was unfortunately closed for renovations during my stay), I can confidently say that this hotel is a fantastic choice. It deserves a solid 5-star rating for its exceptional service and prime location.

- Location - Spa included in price - Comfy bed I really like this hotel and would stay here again in my next visit to Tallinn. Breakfast had a variety of food and was good but I would probably not include breakfast for my next visit .

- We loved the spa area with pool , jacuzzi and saunas , however it was very busy during our stay which took away a bit from the relaxing experience. There are signs in the pool area that no jumping is allowed in the pool but there were kids jumping in the pool all the time and no staff there that supervised. - I was looking forward to the salt sauna but there was no salt when we went - Stain on carpet in room

Large well-equipped gym Large jacuzzi in the spa (2x) Decent discounts on spa treatments when hotel quest Always good pancakes for the breakfast

We stayed total 4 days during the 2-week period (not in a row) and during this time the breakfast was exactly the same every day. Some variety would be nice when on longer stays. During first stay we requested double bed. We didnt get that but instead they upgraded to the superior room on the 2nd side of the hotel. As per my previous experiences in the hotel - only difference was a bit more room. Unfortunately, that first night the room was quite dusty but we didnt bother to complain as we had long 14h flight and just needed some sleep. The 2nd time (3 days in a row) room quality was significantly better and no issues with the room (proper double bed as well).

The best part was the swimming pool, that’s the reason I booked this hotel.

The room smelled like somebody pooped under the bed! Most likely the smell from sewage, but it wasn’t only in the bathroom, it was in the room all over the place. I didn’t wanted to make drama and discreetly asked the receptionist to do something about it, to spray some freshener or something, but was secretly hoping when they’re gonna see how bad it is, they’re gonna offer me a new room. We came back to the room after a couple of hours and nothing have been done! Only when I told I’m not going to sleep in the smelly room when I’m paying €100, they moved us to another one.
