Location is great, if you don't mind catching the metro to the city (very efficient metro, and very easy access from the hotel). The codes for entering the rooms worked really well as well, and breakfast at the nearby cafe was also a good option to have (at a price). The hotel has a common area, with a kitchen, a living room and sauna, and the place was sparkling clean.

We had breakfast included in our rate, but the cafe nearby (where breakfast is to be taken) didn't have the complete information on how many people in our party were to have breafkast. We ended up having to pay ourselves for these extras. The hotel ended up refunding the money, but it took some time to have this all figured out.

The location was excellent. The metro is only 5 minutes by walking. All the things you might need during your stay are very closed: supermarkets, restaurantes, shopping centre, public transportation, etc. Even though my room was in front of the freeway, I can´t listen noises, it was very quiet. The kitchen is spacious and has all the elements you need. The sauna clean and in excellent conditions.

We enjoyed how the room was close to the station and transportation links. The room felt very comfortable and cozy, with great lighting. The beds were very nice with the windows having a sceneric view of the snow and trains, which is lovely to wake up to. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the shower was multipurposeful, it had a thoughtful design especially with the toilet having its own bidet. The kitchen was small and functional with microwave and fridge included as well as cutlery, dishes and kettle. we were also provided with teabags and coffee granules.

Hotel didn't have reception which made ID checking a bit more difficult for us and for people arriving at night time would probably have to wait for a while to be processed.

Hello, My stay was perfect. It is a quiet accomodation. It is very clean. It is close to the Metro, bus stations and supermarkets. I am happy with the cleaning. I could warm my food. It is like an apartment. I felt like at home. I met a member of your staff. She opened the front door for me on Saturday evening. Overall, everything was correct.

When I arrived on Thursday 28th december 2023, the lift was working. Then from Friday 29th december 2023, the lift was not working. It was hard to use the stairs with my luggage when I left Monday 1st january 2024.

I absolutely loved our room and probably next time we will request the same one if it would be available. The room was equipped with everything you could ask for, from all sorts of kitchen utensils to pans, plates, towels, iron, everything everything. I was so happy with the location as it has easy access to the metro station, and supermarkets, and cafes. The staff members were so prompt with their replies and always helpful. The accommodation definitely enhanced the holiday experience.

The only thing that was not working was the wifi that was not connecting, but this did not bother us. If we wanted it that bad we would've asked the property managers for help.

A very convenient location and good for saving money. There was a microwave, one fork, a few knives and a spoon. Very convenient for saving some money as I did not want to eat out every day. Was easy to check in. A 24/7 grocery store was close by too.

The room was facing a big road so there was a bit of noise from the road but it wasn't much at all.

Main reason to book this hotel, that it was dog friendly and near the Helsinki Metro and accessible with late night arrival. The location is excellent and the check-in online with code was very convenient late at night

The general impression of the hotel is that it is an old hospital or government building. The room was great with many windows and great views, and well organized for longer stays, but the general impression is that it needs some cosmetic changes in the paint work and furniture, to give it more of a hotel feel, rather than a Hospital.

What isn't there to like about this aparthotel? The room was very clean, a good size, comfortable, and had everything you need for your stay. I was in Helsinki for 4 days. The metro station is around a 3 minute walk from the apartment and there are shops nearby for your every needs. The management for this place was very good. I got updates about my room code, when to check in/out, the services available and all in all, it was an excellent stay.

It would be nice if there was a little safe in the wardrobe just for extra security

good location , near supermarkets , near metro station and near bus station which makes it easy to reach Helsinki center or other main landmarks fully equipped shared kitchen , rooms were clean and comfortable , highly recommend if in the area

Three convenience stores (one of which operates 24/7), large park and metro/bus hub are located at a walking distance. The hotel is located next to a busy road, but the sound insulation of the double-glazed windows works well. At night there's not much traffic, so I managed to sleep perfectly well with opened windows. The room is simple, yet it has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Heated flooring in the bathroom is a great bonus.

Air vents were rather dusty and looked like they needed some cleaning.
