Had an excellent stay. Everything very nice and clean and Gym and Sauna amazing. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Not so far into central Helsinki maybe about 20 mins on public transport. I also liked that I could stream Netflix from my phone to the T.V. I would like to stay again.

Only a small thing but there's is no free coffee in the hotel rooms, everything additional in this respect has to be paid for and to be honest it is a bit expensive. I usually need coffee first thing in the morning when I wake up so found it a bit difficult to start my day. It was probably best to pay for breakfast. This is the only small thing.

The bed was comfortable, the linens were lovely and clean, there were many large fluffy pillows. I felt like a sickly king in the best possible way. Clean bathroom. Plenty of towels provided. I'm very fussy about lighting, but the soft bathroom light was very pleasant. Having access to a laundry room was great too! Everyone at reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. I was given the option to move to a higher floor during check-in, which was super nice :)

Lights in the bedroom were all very bright, even when dimmed. The hotel is a bit labarynthine, but I appreciated the directions provided during check-in. Drinks at reception were steeply priced, though when your tap water is this good, why not? I do wish the hooks in the bathroom were a little bigger so it would be easier to hang a toiletry bag from them. While I'm glad it's there at all, the laundry machine is a slow beast and there is only the one.

location is very although bit outside of the center of Helsinki but you have a nice restaurant in the hotel and some really nice bars around there. The staff was super friendly and I really appreciated their afternoon "tea" :) on Friday afternoon when arriving at the hotel. I was traveling with a small dog and I appreciate what they offered for my dog also a one-time fee for a pet is awesome instead of paying a fee per night. When we need a hotel in the future in Helsinki we will stay here without any doubt. Also, the hotel room was super quiet, bed was big and comfortable. Very happy with everything!!

The room was large, clean and and modern with a great bed. The hotel had a lot of accomodations to suit anyone's needs. I was especially impressed by the communal kitchen, although I didn't get to use it myself. The area is interesting for young people/ people who like to go out, but if you want complete silence for sleeping you probably won't get it here.

The breakfast was very Nordic, which is nice if you want to try it (once) while visiting but not worth it otherwise. I would not get it again and I definitely wouldn't pay so much for it. For 40e you could get a much better restaurant quality breakfast for a couple, rather than eat cold hard boiled eggs and porridge.

The hotel was close to public transportation, so it was easy to get around. The room was comfortable, very clean, and huge, especially for a solo traveler (or at least compared to what I'm used to in Japan). I ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant on the first morning I arrived because it was before other shops in the area opened. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The staff were the best part by far, though. 10s across the board. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful but one staff in particular went above and beyond to help me (gave perfect directions, helped me download the transport app and tickets, googled things for me, etc.). Would definitely recommend to others or consider staying here again in the future.

Not a negative really but a complimentary bottle of water or something to drink upon check-in would be nice😅

Super clean, extremely friendly staff, tv with phone pairing and free WiFi allowed the kids to watch all their favorite shows, simple but oh so tasty breakfast, bunkbeds were a hit for my daughters, fantastic location between all the cool places for kids and diners, restaurants, playgrounds. We stayed for two nights and never got around to try out the saunas and gym but I am pretty sure those are awesome as well. All 8 thumbs up from our family.

Bathroom was quite tiny, but it was modern clean, and the room itself was bigger because of it so a win from other angle.

Pretty much everything! On-line check-in, BREAKFAST, room size, bed size and pillows, interior, night light in wc, common spaces (did not manage to try the sauna area), location, wifi etc. Will def. stay again and recommend!

Overoll liked the hotel very mych! Just small personal things, like the air conditioner screen light disturbed during the night and room was a tad too chilly (conditioning could not reach the temperature I set it on). Could have a few more drawers/spaces to keep your stuff on, on a longer stay. Early Friday morning the cleaning of snow started outside, right in front of my window and woke me up, but that is not hotels fault 😊

The staff in this establish are outstanding, from the lovely, helpful reception staff, to the waiting staff, to housekeeping, everyone was so friendly and warm. I also loved the sauna and tranquil yoga studio which was perfect to unwind after a very long journey. The hotel is in a very interesting area of Helsinki which is a short tram or bus ride away from the city centre. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe getting to and from the hotel, even late at night. Breakfast was lovely too.

No negatives - all positives!

The style and the design of the hotel , the common kitchen and the bedroom first of all, was so fancy! The common kitchen is completely designed with SMEG tools, and everything just looks so tidy and lovely! Another great part was the wellness area and the Sauna, probably one of the best i've ever been! They provide tons of towels and Rituals products for everyone. Everything makes you feel you're in a 5 star hotel, with the mood of a hostel, with the common kitchen. Just what i wanted!! I have to mention that Heidi and her colleague went beyond my expectations: We had to catch a train at 11 pm at night but they still allowed us to use the common kitchen and the Sauna(!!!) even if we checked out in the morning, and that felt very special. Thanks to all Folks hotel staff, will definitely come back!

nothing at all. Maybe just the electricity shock I got each time i was opening doors, because of the tech clothes we were wearing and the carpet floor XD XD It was just a joke. everything was perfect and doesn't help me with the "back to life nostalgia" ! I miss Folk's sauna!

The room was spacious and had all amenities to be comfortable. The bed in particular is very big and comfortable, we had an amazing sleep! The place was spotless clean. The shower was also spacious and the ritual soap were a nice touch. We absolutely loved the sauna, we used it as much a possible and it was really enjoyable, especially cause it was free. Lastly, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will come back for our next Helsinki stay!

Nothing really, we couldn't try the restaurant as it was a bit over our budget but everything was perfect.
