Location-wise, it was very convenient (in the central area and close to public transport). The room was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities (I really appreciated the kettle, coffee and coffee maker, the hairdryer as well as the iron and ironing board). Contactless check-in worked very well and I found the door code system very convenient. I used customer service with no problem. It was a good deal for money considering hotel prices in Finland. Overall a satisfying experience.

The first day of my stay was unexpectedly hot and the room had no air-conditioning (to my knowledge), but this was a rather exceptional scenario for Finland and it was just that one day. Having to take out the garbage is a bit of an exaggeration in the context of a hotel stay (and since final cleaning is included in the price), but this is just my point of view.

Great location - easy walk to many city centre sights. Tram and bus stops very close by. Supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Warm room, comfortable bed, good hot shower. Basic kitchen crockery and equipment including microwave, fridge and kettle. Easy check-in via emailed access code. Good communication with customer services. Use of luggage room via access code allowed us to store our bags for the day after checkout.

Room decoration maybe needs a freshen up.

You get what paid for. The location is really great and near everywhere. The room we had was on top floor which I prefer. Check in and check out is very smooth.

They should move the check in time at atleast 15.00.

- Very centrally located - Room was spacious - Communication with the hotel was excellent, whatever I sent them via messaging was responded to very quickly - Laundry machines and driers available for free usage! - State of showers, toilet & beds were good - Not much noise from the outside - No problems with the check-in and check-out whatsoever.

- Hotel's garbage bins located right below the room meant many flies were attracted to the room. This is the big downside for me, because there is no AC and so we HAD to open the windows. - No kitchen utensils for cooking, but microwave, kettle and eating utensils are provided

The check in. And while we were there, there was a fire alarm late at night. It is comforting to note that the property's response to the fire alarm ( which ultimately was only a false alarm) was immediate.

The property has advertise that they have a luggage room available for periods of short use. Use of the luggage room is usually availed of when the check out time is earlier to the departure time. The departure time for us was at 18.45 hrs and the check out time for the property is 11 hrs. Despite messaging several times for the day's code for the luggage room the property did not send the code to us and we found a nearby facility. Needless to say, it inconvenienced us a whole lot.

Located some ten minutes walking from the central train station and some ten minutes walking from the market place and touristic boat terminal, the hotel is basic and practical and makes your stay in the city very easy. There are plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants in the area, so lots of options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel is located is a busy but somehow quiet area, not far from many touristic attractions. All is being arranged by SMS / Text messages or e-mail. You hardly get to see somebody at the hotel. This system is very practical and works perfectly well. It's just that if you prefer to meet human beings and have a chat at the hotel lobby with the staff, that might not be the place for you.

Good location; close enough to the main railway station that a taxi driver told us to walk to it, rather than pay him to take us. Walkable to all the main tourist attractions. Late-night kebab shop with sit-in available just across the road. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Door codes allowed all travellers to come and go as they pleased. Bedrooms were warm and clean, beds were comfortable and the showers were very good.

Bedrooms were a little on the small side and one of them didn't make the best use of its available space.

Nice room, with everything needed. Everything was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, simple but nice bathroom, nice space to sit and relax by the window. The fact that it had some kitchen supplies was really useful. Close to two supermarkets and also close to the city center and central station, just a short walk. It was even more central than it appeared to be initially when we booked it. The fact that it has a luggage storage was also a great plus, since we needed a place to keep our bags for a few hours until the check-in. Also, a great brunch spot really close. Definitely recommend.

We had an issue with the check-in code, which was really quickly and efficiently solved with a phone call to the support. Other than that, everything went OK.

The room was basic, but didn't require for more. Just a place to spend one night. The process of checking in is ok. Had no problem. Its overall good thing. The price is really convenient and good comparing the service and the location. It the strongest thing. Best buy.

Sending SMS for rating the quality of cleaners or similar things. Not all have free phone rooming and definitely not obligated to rate everything. The place is clean enough and good enough with the price they give service they provide. Still the more effort can be made in cleaning in the terms not to leave the bathroom floor wet as I may not bring a slippers. But overall it ok for the price I paid for a FIN.

In short the hotel is very nice from everything in terms of location, room and the people you talk to via phone or email are very, very good people. As for security, the hotel is very safe and the hotel is located next to everything in terms of restaurants, supermarkets and tourist places, they are all really close to you, but you have to look for the places. Everything is close. Without a car you will walk on your feet. People are good there. I really speak from my heart. Yes, there was a little sugar, but for me, that's no problem. Yes, the hair device did not work, but there was no problem either. I respect the hotel and I respect the people who were there. They call me when I need something
