Very delicious breakfast options. Kind staff. The amenities were also very nice but unfortunately with one day to stay I didn't take advantage of everything. However, the overnight was generally comfortable outside the heavy comforters. Maybe could've done with thinner blankets.

Thinner blankets. A bathtub instead of a shower, heated floors ideally, and maybe offering a transgender sauna or an option that would make it more accommodating for us to use a public sauna. Perhaps a separating wall?

Quite large, quiet and clean room, great breakfast buffet even with vegan (and gluten-free) things, friendly staff, good location, bus and tram stops around the corner, enough soap/showergel in the bathroom.

mattress/topper was too soft/saggy (not good for people with back problems)

The location is great, walking distance from railway/bus station. Lobby bar is the cosiest ever! Breakfast was tasty, nothing special but tasty. Shampoo and hair conditioner were fantastic! There's iron and ironing board iin the room.

Perhaps it' doesn't havethe newest renovation, you can see it in the room. There wasn't salmon for breakfast.

Very nice and clean hotel. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the personnel nice and helpful. Sauna was available every evening, divided into men’s and women’s sauna.

For some reason we couldn’t open our windows in the room but A/C was installed.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Comfy bed. Quiet. Nice big sauna. Location perfect for downtown or go to the ferries. Amazing breakfast.

Some of the curtains don't block the daylight effectively. This is important to me especially when the sun comes up so early in the summer.

The night of our arrival the man at the reception was very professional and polite .Give me fast and with efficient way all the info need it for me to know. Also the lady that was next morning there was very helpful and polite.

Well they could still improve the vegan options in the breakfast boof but nothing bad really to say

it should be possible to open the window in the room. But here not possible ! This is unacceptable in hotel of our choice and also this is bigger minus for Sokos Albert hotel.

Super-friendly and helpful staff, parking spot, clean and very comfy room, comfy bed, stable wifi, mostly good breakfast. Great location, close to the centre.

One flaw only - please stop making scrambled eggs or teach your cook how to do it properly ;)

Good location, right in the downtown, many good restaurants nearby, rooms are clean and equipped very well, very friendly stuff. Unexpectedly I came 3 hours earlier the check-in time, but the receptionist kindly gave me the room key straight away and I could have a good rest after long and tiering journey.

Friendly staff, clean and relatively spacious rooms, good breakfast, located close to central Helsinki.

No space for keeping big check-in bags (other than the the floor)
