The location is okay, there is a shop and public transportation stops nearby. The breakfast was quite rich, with many food options. During my stay I didn't hear any noises from people in other rooms.

I wouldn't recommend this accommodation if you enjoy chilling in your room, as the room is quite small and simple. There is a list of rules and fines for breaking them, I was quite anxious about the noise rule, as I didn't know if, for example, taking a shower at night, packing your stuff later at the evening and so on will be a reason for the fine or not. To get to the breakfast, you can use the breakfast tunnel. Even though once in a while there are signs that show you in which direction to go, is a bit scary at times and feels like a guessing game. :D Your room key has to be used A LOT in the halls to open certain doors, which can get a little annoying.

It was my second stay at the property, this time I stayed in a flat - I did not try the breakfast, therefore I cannot comment. The property is a students' hall of residence and as such it comes with a long list of threatening fines for potential naughty studenty behaviour, as well as a fair amount of heavy doors and locks to get thorugh until you finally arrive to your room, which can be challenging if you have luggage and /or shopping. But as long as you are aware of that, then it should be fine,just to bear in mind that it is first and formost a 'Students Home' with everything that comes with it. I stayed in Kings flat: spacious and with great views, especially from the corridor, the flat itself is basic and a bit tatty (I used my own pans to cook, which then I left them with my family) - but functional. There is a good TV and a good oven, the bathroom too is spacious and typical of student's residence. The location is awesome, I took many walks by the bay and towards Seurasaari (to the right of the building), and Toolo Bay is to the left of the building. The tram stop is only 1 minute walk, and so is the bus stop - both connect to every corner of Helsinki.

As I said, if you go prepared that it is a student's hall of residence, then it's fine

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was on the top floor!! Amazing views. Really lovely breakfast! We thought it would just be continental but there were eggs and beans and even sausages one day! Rooms were simply furnished but we had ample space between 3 of us and wish I had an apartment that size back in my home city. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone headed to Helsinki that might be budget conscious. Also we had a hire car and could park out the front every night!

The only tiny negative was that the shower was onto the bathroom floor. But that's probably just a cultural thing for me, but the shower was hot and pressure spot on.

Very good location near tram and bus stops and a good supermarket. The apartment had a small kitchen with a fridge so preparing a meal was easy. Breakfast served was excellent with many healthy options. The sauna and a terrace on the top floor with views over the rooftops was someting special. A good place for an independent traveller and a longer stay.

The requirement to take my rubbish to a separate building was surprising. I'm used to recycling but at the end of your stay you need time and your room key for delivering the bags across the yard.

The location was excellent, 1 minute walk from some of the main trams stops, and plenty of buses. About 5 minutes walks from the bay and beach. Plenty of supermarkets all around it (K-markt and Alepa), and also some good restaurants. I cannot comment about the breakfast simply because I did not go, but I knew it was included in the room rate. I would definitively go back.

Nothing really, breakfast served in a different building, but I guess that was not a big deal, but perhaps extend the hours, such as until 10.30 or 11. I was in tower A, breakfast was in tower B (so for those in tower B they would be in the same building).

Breakfast was excellent with many options. It gets repetitive but fine as there are multiple options. Room was spacious and kitchen has all required utilities. Next to tram station and Bus station, very easy to reach any place in Helsinki. Staff is friendly, helpful. Has a common area which can be used to work or relax.

Sauna sometimes did not work during my stay. May be a temporary issue.

Enough room, very nice staff, nice breakfasts with really good juices. Great location which allowed for easy access to public transport and sightseeing on foot.

It would be nice to have water in the room at least upon arrival, there weren't any toiletries available (apart from hand soap) or slippers. Bathroom was in general quite a surprise. Apart from such minor things, it was good.

I always stay at this place when I am in Helsinki great location, sauna affordable price for the room, nice and modest breakfast, helpful staff interior design is modest and nice the Towers themselves are very interesting from the architecture point of view

The bathrooms could be a bit unclean in the day of check-in. (2 out of 5 cases) the rooms that face the road can be a little bit noisy bc of the traffic, but it's compensated by the great view and is really not that load. I could fall asleep without earbuds.

Comfortable room with equipped kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, and the room is clean, although the sliding WC door was quite strange. Nice variety of the breakfast menu. At the reception, you can find various maps of Helsinki. Quiet neighborhood and close to Sibelius park, near the tram stop. No 2, 4 and 10 go to the city center and next to the Central rail station.

We booked a room for 3 adults, but on the arrival, the room was prepared only for 2. But just in 15 minutes, they brought one more bed.
