Very convenient location for us, near the road and next to a gas station. Very private as you don't need to meet anyone to get into the cabin, very easy to get in (classic box with a code for the keys inside). We had space to park the car. Big bed and enough space in the bathroom, the room itself it's not big but it had everything we needed and it felt warm and cozy enough. Overall a good one night stay, good price/quality ratio.

It took us some time to find our cabin. It's possible that I didn't understand well the directions but for some reason we couldn't easily spot cabin number 3 from the car when arrived. You have to pay to rent the bed sheets, it's not much but it'd be perfect if they were included (same with towels)

I stayed here for an extended weekend in Ivalo, Finnish Lapland. It is fantastic value for money, and was a lovely, warm and cosy place to stay. The accommodation is basic, no cooking facilities, and consists of a sleeping area and private shower, toilet, there are 4 such units in the main building. It is ideal if you have a car, I didn't but I also did not mind walking the 4 km into Ivalo town. There is a safe and wide footpath and cycle lane that is separated from the main road. It is possible to get a breakfast, or tasty toasted cheese and ham sandwich and coffee in the nearby Ivalo River Camping reception building located about 200m as you head for the main road. The accommodation is mostly suitable for solo travelers and couples.

Local transport consists of taxis and regional buses only. All are comfortable but it is wise to check out bus availability and timetables before your trip because there are limited times available to other regions of interest like Inari or Saariselka. Soundproofing between the accommodation units is minimal but this is not really surprising considering the type of accommodation this chalet is.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable. It had the necessary items to refrigerate, eat microwaved meals, and had a kettle for hot drinks. The check-in and check-out method was seamless. The location is ideal - 6 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from Ivalo, and within 30 minutes to Saariselka and Inari. P.S. - You only need to drive a few minutes north of Ivalo to see a spectacular showing of the Northern Lights. Definitely a great deal for the price.

It would be easier to include the price of linens and towels in the original booking. The entrance door lock and opening/closing functionality was odd. It would have been useful to have a curtain for the shower so water doesn't splash everywhere. The walls are very thin so you can very much hear your 3 possible neighbors. If you'll be staying here during cold (-20 C and below) temperatures, the room will not warm up comfortably and there will be lots of cold drafts. (It makes for good sleeping under the blankets though.) If the sink/shower drain does freeze, you simply need to run scalding hot water down the drain.

It is a minimalistic stay, but has wifi, a working desk, washing machine and basically, all you need for short stay. Outdoors there is a table and bench which is nice during good weather. I traveled with a motorcycle and found this to be a good spot to rest and spend the night on a stormy night (for street bikes, keep in mind steep incline and loose gravel to park next to the lodge).

The room is really small. I wish there was a covered sport outdoors in case it rains and still to be outside (as essentially you get a room with bed and table which has little space for anything else). Linen is at extra charge, so this makes good value if you have your sleeping bag.

Room has everything you need for short stay. Location is very good as it’s close to the bus stop and there is also restaurant selling basic needs aprox 200m away.

The sound isolation is very poor. My neighbours had a loud conversation in the middle of the night (2am) and didn’t take others into consideration at all. I could hear every sound.

right size for one person, walking distance to city centre-Ivalo. quiet neighborhood. WhatsApp communication with the caretaker was quick.

couldn’t lock the door or got locked in. each time it was a struggle 🙈 I know others had similar problems, I could tell from the noises.

A cozy and warm place, a bit small, but really good price for the area (the best quality/price I might say). It looks much better when you are in than in the pictures. The bed was wonderful. The only thing is that it's a bit far from the town (Ivalo), 1 hour by walk (you can do it walking straight by the side of the road) or 5 minuts in a 25 euro taxi. The bus stop is very close. Positive thing: you are in a very quit area in the beggining of the forest.

The accustic isolation regarding the other attached cabins is not that good, but nothing umbereable

The room was very clean and comfortable and good value for money. I also like the microwave oven, kettle, fridge and basic meal utensils. The private shower and toilet compartment is last s plus feature for the cabin styled accommodation.

If you stay for less than 3 days the bed linen and towel are not included in the rates.

The room is spotless. The facilities are enough for a short stay. The host replied messages fast and always gave useful information to cope with my problem.

The cottage is far from city center. Visiters could buy some food before heading to accommodation.

Very friendly and kind staff, they were very communicative and allowed us early check-in and late check out. The location is good, close to a small restaurant and bus stop. You can reach the town (supermarket and more restaurants) by 45 minutes walking. But there is still low light pollution so we can enjoy the northern lights. I think it is good value for money

Noise isolation could be better
