Seamless digital check-in and instant access to property and room. No unnecessary cleaning if staying less than 5 days but still access to request services at any time should you need it. Access to kettle and microwave and hairdryer in your room. Late check-out at 12. You can't beat the location.

Some cleanliness mishaps in the bathroom, but not a big deal. No small broom or simple cleaning supplies should you need to maintain simple floor cleanliness during longer stays that still does not require a full cleaning service.

The room is spacious and big.

The curtain is very difficult to close and the room I stayed was on the 5th floor. The elevator was broken and not working. I had to carry my luggage to the 5th floor. It was very tiring. Going up and down was very difficult when checking in and out. I was tired from traveling and now I have to walk into the room. I suggest that you should clearly state whether the elevator is working or not.

it’s not very fancy but at the same time it has everything that you need. location is amazing. you are directly in the city Center and close to Nokia arena. once I received the entrance code access to the building and my room was super easy. I was positively surprised by how quiet it was despite staying there on weekends and despite the hockey world championship ongoing. mostly young, easy going people in the building.

didn’t receive the entrance code automatically but had to call the Omena hotline when arriving in Tampere. would have preferred one queen-size or king-size bed instead of 2 90x200cm movable beds that are put together.

The room was far bigger than I thought it would be. TV, table and chairs, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, coffee and condiments. The bathroom was spacious, also catering to those with disabilities/wheelchair access.

Nothing at all, really. It's good to note there are 2 entrances to the hotel. One on the main street and one around the corner, down the side-alley. Both should work with your code for entry.

Great room, comfy bed, had everything I needed even a microwave which don't get in many hotels.. It's very clean and spacious Great location 2 min walk to Tampere station too

There wasn't a safe to put things in but that is the only downside although the room was quite secure as u needed the code to enter.

Mainly all was good. Seperated twin beds ourselves. Clean, good location (main street, very close train station and bus stop to airport), smooth check-in.

Maybe we were missing reception, common area. Everything was automated, no interaction or people around. For some people that could be advantage.

Quite central hotel, close to the train station and to the main avenue where all important buses pass by. The price was reasonable. The check in and check out processes were very efficient (and online). The room was much bigger than expected.

I have never seen any staff member. The toilet seat broke and was not repaired during my stay.

Room was very well sized and clean, addition of a fridge and microwave was very handy for keeping drinks cold. The location is excellent being just 5 minutes walk from the main train station and close to a department store as well as two tram stops. The keyless system was very practical also.

Not sure whether single rooms are available with longer notice, but as a single traveller I would consider this option, especially given the budget-oriented nature of the hotel.

As my previous Omena in Helsinki, what you get for what you pay is great. Not for people who like to be welcomed by reception staff - you get sent a a door code. I may be confusing the Tampere and Turku Omenas. I think this one also had the red bathroom unit, but this was newer and more solid. Good to have coffee, kettle fridge. Location is just a few yards off the main street in the city. This was cleaner and tidier than the Helsinki hotel. I seem to recall it being a better shape than the Helsinki Kamppi hotel.

Again a bed with a headboard would make me feel a little more anchored. Nothing left to dislike.

excellent location of the hotel - 3 minutes walk from the railway station. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room is comfortable, fully corresponds to the description, clean, tidy, USB sockets.

The noise from the corridor is well heard. I'd recommend asking for a room as far away from the lift as possible.
