Everytime when I come to Tampere, I live in this hotel and it is always as good as always, 1, Spacious room and very clean. 2. Bath product with brand Ritual 3. Very nice breakfast 4. Facility as Gym and Sauna, but I didn't use it this time.

some improvements this time: 1. I asked the lady who checked me in for a printout of receipt. She told me I should contact booking.com as the hotel don't get the payment directly. I thought it is weired but understood the logic. The day after, another lady who checked me out printed out the receipt even before I asked. It means the receipt can be obtained from the hotel and the checkin lady should probably have known that. 2. The free sitting places in the lobby is still very limited. just one sofa with 3 places.

From the moment the double doors slide open and you are greeted by train noises this is a well thought out and themed hotel. Lucky enough to get a high floor north facing room. These have separate WC and shower rooms with sink outside. An odd layout but it works well. Excellent buffet breakfast. Heavy metal theme to the bar may not suit everybody. Pretty good gym. Excellent sauna as expected.

Inadequate provision of lifts could mean long waits or simply no room to get in. The cupboard that the room fridge was placed in need better ventilation as the fridge was running hot and causing the worktop above to be warm to the touch.

The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, a culinary delight that transcended my expectations. This hotel stands out in a landscape dotted with uniformity.My stay here didn't just meet my expectations; it surpassed them, leaving me eager to return.

Easy check inn , very comfy bed , I had a bath tub in my room ( as requested ) , nice Ritual amenities , good housekeeping as well . The room was quiet . Very good breakfast (very crispy bacon :) and lot's of fresh fruit and good selection of sweet pastries . Helpful staff . This was my third visit and will certainly book again .

A bathrobe and slippers would have been nice .

I liked the modern decoration, the beautiful bathrooms, amenities - iron, ironing board, powerful hair dryer. The hotel staff was excellent - welcoming, open and communicative.

I did not like that the instructions were also in Russian. I feel uncomfortable because it is the language of the aggressor country and we all have translater in phone if someone doesn't understand something. Would suggest to replace it with other popular language. There were products from the Rituals brand, which are synthetic, with a distinct smell and an unnatural composition - I would like something more neutral and natural.

Bed was so comfy and the room clean. Breakfast was lovely and good and there were so much different things! You will leave the breakfast with a happy and full stomach. Sky bar was expensive, but the drinks were tasty and the views were beautiful. So it was worth it. We also were very happy to notice, that you can change the room temperature yourself. The location of the hotel was very good, the railway station near, little market next to the hotel and you can just walk everywhere. Elevators of the hotel were fast, so if you are in the lobby and going all the way up, it doesn't take long. If you have a car, remember to ask a good parking spot during the check in. The staff will help you and tell you a place, where you can park your car without paying overprice. Overall we were very happy and our stay in the hotel went good!

The room roof was a bit thin. Room above us had people who were stomping/jumping(?) on the floor very loudly. Luckily they stopped before midnight.

The whole experience was very satisfying. Our room was nice, clean, quiet and comfortable and we loved the scenery from 11th floor. The reception and restaurant staff was helpful and friendly in a relaxed way that made us feel home. We enjoyed our meal at the restaurant, listened live artist downstairs and spend nice time at the fabulous sky bar. Loved the nice design concept of souvenirs and very good breakfast. Also the location was perfect for us since we game to Tampere by train.

Not much reason to complain, but two things I noticed that I would like to mention. The room temperature felt high. Thermometer showed 20 degrees, but it felt higher. Little less would have been good for us and for the environment. Another thing was that the choice of proteins for vegans at the breakfast could have been broader. But even as it is, it was an excellent breakfast and I would like to thank you especially for delicious tea in really good teapots.

Great location, very central and modern. Air con was a welcome addition to the hotel room. Great selection for breakfast, but rather chaotic, too busy.

Breakfast was chaotic, too many people. It felt like half the city were there. I have never seen such a long queue for hot food, people were queuing beyond the entrance to the dining room.

Superb location next to train station. Staff allowed us to store our luggage at their storage room as we reached 6am. Breakfast was amazing, I love the variety.

The ceiling of the room… i cannot describe its condition & it made us uncomfortable.. the basement parking was also alittle confusing at the beginning.

Spotlessly clean, quiet & great location. Good choices at breakfast choice. Sky bar was lovely with fab views across the city & beyond.

Only minus was the room was quite warm. Our air conditioning appeared not to work & windows didn’t open (on 16th floor), but not a huge problem.
