Great location, close to restaurants downtown. All of the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Convenient parking in back of hotel. The breakfast had waffles with Nutella, good choice of yogurt, fried potatoes, cereals, and more. Very clean facility overall.

The facility was recently upgraded, from what was once an old, run down hotel. You can see this from the current elevator. It seems like some of the upgrades were superficial, like new wallpaper and appliances, but vestiges of the old place remain. Our heater was old and noisy, odors like cigarettes smoke come in from outside, some hallways are musty and smell of animals. So, depending on what room you get your mileage may vary.

I found the breakfast superexcellent. The location was warm and quite pleasant. I had no problem parking my car as there was an extended parking space. ...And and I would definitely stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and I must highlight the super delicious Indian dinner served in the hotel's restaurant—it was a delightful experience! The only drawback was the wait time for dinner, which was a bit longer than expected. However, the quality and taste of the food made it worth the wait, and I appreciate the effort put into preparing such wonderful meals.

Delicious and large hot breakfast, a workout room, friendly staff, updated rooms with nice touches (great ceiling light reflecting the stripes at night) and a strong shower. Bonus for uber flattering mirrors. Also a block from the lcbo, a 24 mcds and a freshco grocery store so if you need supplies they're closeby.

This is waterfront Thunder Bay near a main bus terminal. I made sure to be escorted home each night as there are a lot of people around asking for money or calling out. Totally fine to still walk as long as you have company- location is great with amazing restaurants and bars nearby (Tomlin, Barkeep, the waterfront, hit Ramada hotel bar for a drink).

When we first walked into the hotel, I was quite impressed. beautiful place. The people who checked us in, very nice people. Went to our room, Very nice . beds were very comfortable. when we went to bed for the night took us maybe half a minute to fall asleep and heard nothing till morning. there was bottles attached to the wall, for pumped hand soap, Will most definitely be back again, next time we come to Thunder Bay. First time we stayed here, but definitely won't be the last!!

What did I not like? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Love the hotel. The hotel Is SPECTACULAR!!!!! Staff is GREAT! Spacious rooms, love the hair, hand products! There is a really nice seating area, desk and you have a cute dresser or small table on each side of the bed. Definitely a higher end place. The bldg inside looks newly remodeled and it's VERY well maintained. Rooms are spotless. There is a really nice special coffee machine in lobby. We would definitely stay here again. Parking is in the back of the hotel, limited spots.

The town is not the best, I dont think I would visit ever again. It's clean but it's very sketchy.

We want to give a special thank you to Shreya at the front desk who was very personable and helpful at check-in and arranging our room request. She went beyond our expectations. The breakfast was exceptional -- loved the crispy bacon and the cheese omelets. One comment, though -- the shades were all pulled down when we entered the breakfast room, and I think it makes the room feel better to have the shades up. Even though it is a street view, having the natural light is nice.

Rooms newly renovated and modern. Suite size very nice. Was not expecting second half bath- very nice surprise. Continental breakfast items consistently refreshed by staff, great selection of hot and cold foods. Staff was friendly, chatty and took pride in their building.

The layout from the front entrance made it a bit tricky to get everyone in the door without shoving each other in the closet or bathroom. Got hassled for money in the parking lot- would have felt safer with a fenced in parking area. I did notice fence posts were up,so may be in progress.

Very cool decor and exceptionally clean. The staff was so friendly and check in very efficient. The room was very big and the furniture was so comfortable. All the products in the bathroom were from a very high-quality company that smelled amazing The hotel was worth way more than the price I paid, amazing deal. I could also see the lake from my room. The breakfast had a ton of good options, even dairy free yogurt!!

The big parking lot was across the street from the hotel but there was some limited parking behind.

The interior of the hotel is pretty impressive. The gym has a new tech cycling machine, which was quite fantastic. Breakfast was relatively nice compared to other accommodations we have had. McDonald's is located just right beside, which adds bonus points.

The parking place from the back is small, so it is easily packed with customers' cars. Once you leave the spot, you might lose your spot and have to park in another lot across the road.

Clean Modern. Good Breakfast. Bacon, Sausage and Breakfast Potatoes, the usuals. Friendly Staff. Due to the situation, I booked 2 nights separately, and the staff was able to "merge" the 2 nights, so I can stay in the same room. McDonald's next door, which is nice.

The elevator is a bit old. Point Deducted for some Maintenance Issues. The TP Holder not working. The use of Non-Adjustable LED Light at an Adjustable Socket. (You may or may not see a strong flicker)
