The location was walking distance to everything. The one downfall was the homeless. It's hard to enjoy yourself when people are sleeping on rhe streets and walking in on the property trying to get a free breakfast.

The fact that the homeless/crazies can just walk onto the property. I'm from. NY and understand that homelessness is a big issue. However you have camps outside your window with no security for your customers. There should be a gate where you use your key to get in. Just a suggestion.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were really nice and comfortable. Staff responded quickly and were very polite when we thought we had an issue with the sink - there was no issue, we were just a bit clueless. The breakfast provided was great and it was only a 10-15 minute walk away from the walk of fame and there are several food places and convenience stores on the same road within a 5-10 minute walk which was very useful.

The walls were very thin and we could hear what everyone around us was doing, it’s also quite close to the busy road so you’ll hear cars all night, however this didn’t bother me.

Clean, great location for walking to Hollywood Blvd, quite, decent water pressure, tv channels were decent for late night tv. Didn’t really interact with the staff to much but when I did they were very helpful.

The breakfast could have been a little better. The eggs were not very good, the bacon was very soggy and not crispy at all, the sausage made my boyfriend sick, the waffles had a funny taste. The fruit was very good and the bagels were good. The orange juice was delicious but the coffee was terrible, not enough creamer could help it.

Clean room, would have liked a reading light by the bed some people still read paperbacks. They had a nice little pool. The front of house staff were very friendly, we felt very welcome. The breakfast was nice a varied, although the could do with a little more seating. you do hear street noises, but it didn’t bother us. The location was quite good, with a big supermarket across the road and a laundrette close buy. Parking at the back , and bus stop near by.

Nothing we can complain about. A night light by the bed would be nice and as said above some more seating for breakfast.

Nice and clean

A nice and homeless person came in and grabbed breakfast. I mean this could be seen as nice but it also could scare people because they might could be high or maybe didn’t clean themselves enough and touch everything. I’m just talking about diseases - maybe you could support homeless people in another way in doing a separate breakfast for them? Hotel visitors could also support with some extra fees.

location: walking distance to Metro (for Universal City) and Hollywood Blvd, close to restaurants. grocery store and convenience stores good breakfast, nice pool, friendly staff, TV in room, free parking onsite (if you arrived early enough)

parking too tight and not enough spaces for everyone shower curtain and rod in bathroom fell off a few times, water spilled out of shower onto floor no matter what I tried to prevent it couldn't find a guide to TV channels, but we found the one we were looking for by flipping through

Great location for exploring LA, doesn’t take longer than 30mins drive to most attractions. Walk of fame is two streets away. The room offers enough space and free parking which is a big advantage in LA.

The room was stuffy, the towels were rather old, worn out and thin, it is quite noisy during the night. For us this was actually a good find for the money considering the LA rates, but objectively this is very expensive for below average hotel.

Room was a good size with all the basics. The staff were friendly and attentive. Location was safe and convenient and great for my stay.

Room, linen and towels could have been cleaned better but still okay. Breakfast could be better with a bit of variety and better taste.

Good location, 10 mins walk to Walk of Fame, 2 mins to a Wendy's and IHOP, Ralph's supermarket across the road. Good breakfast, buffet self service, refilled regularly and available til 10. Bagels, waffle maker, fruit, omelette, pastries, cereal. Room cleaned daily, new towels and bedding. Bed very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Pool could have been cleaner! Great to dip feet in after a busy day walking but personally didn't trust to swim in it. Fan was noisy and right by side of bed so got quite cold at night with air blowing directly at you but too hot to not have it on. No usb charger by bed, bring a plug!
