Everything was good the pool was warm, room clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good different each day just super early 6am till 9am. The location to LEGOLAND was 25 mintues which was perfect for 3 vists. There was a gum and wash room which i used for my 5 days stay. Everything was amazing 👏

Only thing as the bed not so comfortable 😴 it would be good to post there a security deposit fee when booking and how much also. After that everything else was amazing.

I liked the size of the room. The staff was nice and helpful. I like that they offered breakfast. Breakfast isn't to bad there. I like that they had a heated pool, even tho it doesn't state it on their website.

Breakfast wasn't the best could have been better. They don't let you know about the heated pool on their website. When we used the heat in our room it smell like death and a fire.

Location. Cleanliness and Breakfast.. Very nice bathroom ... even though the breakfast was called a continental breakfast it had a lot of variety it had about everything but eggs which I was fine with.. Grits were amazing n so were the muffins

They had left food in the fridge n the room smelled funny I didn’t realize it till I was leaving because the fridge is a bid hidden covered by a cabinet door.. I did advise the front desk and they were very apologetic .... who knows how long food has been there.. Also they need to upgrade their A/C system it’s old and did not cool very well ...

Big room. Comfy bed. Breakfast was great. Coffee was available all day.

First room we checked into smelled a little musty. Advised the front desk and they put us in another room that was just perfect.

the person in the front desk on Sunday, she was a little rude when I asked about late check out, I’ve try to explain we are in a soccer game that ends around 10:30 and literally she told me: we don’t have late check out, I told her that I received and email from the property about that I can ask for a late check out and she told me: rules change.

It was amazing, can't wait to stay again and say hello to Kim. She is so friendly and very helpful in the one night i stayed there with my husband.

Nothing i love everything

We did not have breakfast. Close to Legoland. Building was clean, staff were friendly, bed was very comfortable.

Room needed maintenance. Toilet handle would stick, when I looked under tank lid it was rigged with some wire, TV remote had no backing (batteries were falling out), desk chair was broke in a reclining position (made it hard to put our legos together), and TV channel guide was not updated, so channels did not match the TV. The white cloth shower curtain had a big gross looking stain in the middle of it, the cloth chair in room had stains on it.

The guy staff white older guy was very rude he should treat the customers better. I think he was upset because he was working with the breakfast.

The staff was wonderful

There was remodeling going on (which is fine) but the floors were so noisy from the above rooms. So just keep in mind once that third level is done😉

The breakfast was great. They have different daily menu items. That day was sausage gravy and biscuit and make your own waffle station!
